Visceral and bloody, DOOM brings the classic FPS feel back to the modern era of gaming. Players will learn to strafe, jump, and shoot demons in the face like it was 1993. While the multiplayer component cripples the experience, DOOM represents id Software's righteous comeback to its former glory.

Well made, but shallow and lacking in content, IS Defense is a simple but intense Tower Defense arcade game, with some good ideas regarding progression and strategy, but ultimately offering too little content.

Rather than a game for the hardcore Pokémon enthusiast, Pokémon Rumble World feels like it was made for a casual fan that likes the beat'em up elements of the series better than its RPG traits. The other issue with Pokémon Rumble World lies in its graphical presentation, more akin to the first 2009 release than to a modern game. Something should be done about it.

After 16 long years, PC gamers can finally play one of the greatest RPGs of all time. Final Fantasy IX may not have next gen graphics or high quality sound, but it does give the player a great story to follow with unforgettable characters.

An unorthodox and wacky shooter, Battleborn oozes style and charisma, but its deep and original game-system is not for everyone. The game will give a lot to those who can understand it, but might be a little misunderstood by those who are looking for instant gratification.

The best Indiana Jones game ever made. It looks amazing, the combat is great, it has excellent pacing, the vehicle sections are thrilling and exciting, and it leaves you feeling like you have experienced an awesome adventure. Not many games can say that of themselves.

Alienation is a great game that people who love Housemarque games will enjoy. It may lack a local coop mode, but the online is pretty solid and the best way to play the game. Arcade shooter enthusiast will embrace the challenge for many hours.

Instead of improving with time, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is the kind of franchise that keeps making the same mistakes over and over again. It may be fun in the beginning, but the very mechanics that should sustain the experience make it rather dull after a short while.

Bravely Second is what an old school JRPG should be. The problem is the adaptation and its silly dialogues. The core experience lies on its entertaining combat system which makes the game a long-lasting joy.

A return to form for the Star Fox franchise, Zero is a winning mix of Nintendo's innovative gameplay and Platinum straightforward, dashing action, but it can be confusing for newcomers. It will be divisive, but it shines.

Without a story or a proper introduction, Wasteland Workshop feels a bit thin. The traps and the arena concepts are fun, but everything else gets lost in the already complex repertoire and, in the end, the whole package seems disjointed. Good thing this DLC is a cheap one.

Double Helix made a lot of adjustments to the overall Killer Instinct experience. The graphics and audio presentation are great, even the solid gameplay mechanics that it already had were improved. It may not be something that you should buy right away, but it is definitely something that competitive gamers should be grateful for.

DiRT Rally's realism will be satisfying for those who really love this sport, those looking for a challenge or those willing to invest many hours in order to master it. But it is also inaccessible, not very innovative and uninspired when it comes to presentation.

Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is the worst entry in a series that was never good anyway. The production values are abysmal and the new features are shallow and insufficient. The game is simply not worth it even if you are a Dead or Alive fan.

Quantum Break is clever and fun, but it falls a bit short of the expectations that its long development process and robust marketing campaign created. The TV show felt uninspired and the decision-making was not as transcendent as we would have liked. The game is good, just not a revolution.

Hyrule Warriors Legends is a worthy adaptation of the original game. It has a nice amount of content and features beloved characters from the Zelda series; however, the performance issues hinder the overall experience. It may be a repetitive game but all Dynasty Warriors games are like this, so you should not be surprised by this particular trait.

Pokémon never looked better. Pokkén Tournament does have really cool graphics for a Wii U title and an amazing soundtrack. It may not offer enough content for all the Pokémon Trainers out there, but at least it brings enough fan service to entertain fighting game enthusiasts. Having said that, Pokkén Tournament falls short in its quest to become a competitive fighting franchise due to the lack of balance between characters.

This new edition of Heavy Rain highlights one of its best features: a great art direction and presentation. However, apart from the graphic improvements, there's not much else. It is a great cinematic experience, but the lack of additional content keeps us from recommending it to someone who has already finished the game in the past.
