Even with its limitations and with an approach that seeks to exploit fan service, MY HERO ONE'S JUSTICE 2 finds its way as a video game, with a good dose of fun, and that is saying a lot among so many bad games that have manipulated the passion of anime fans.- LevelUp

Another year, another Resident Evil HD Remaster from Capcom. This time they did a good job overhauling the cult classic from the GameCube era. We are happy with its looks and the new control scheme but the changes made to the inventory turn it into the most tedious and slow-paced game in the franchise.- LevelUp

A polished but predictable return from a master of survival horror like Mikami, The Evil Within succeeds in its cinematographic atmosphere and skilled craft, but lacks the sheer power of the true masterpieces of the genre.- LevelUp

Evidently, Battlefield 2042 was not ahead of schedule. The game greatly suffers from an incapacity to fundamentally understand what makes Battlefield a Battlefield game. EA and DICE failed to understand the assignment: this game is not what long time Battlefield veterans want to play.- LevelUp

Super Bomberman R 2 includes everything that worked in the past in a single package with few new features. The story mode is short and repetitive but shines with its multiplayer modes. Most of its potential in recycled content, it's still a good option to play with friends and it's your first approach with this legendary character.- LevelUp

Even after 13 hours of gameplay Outlast 2 continues to be a frightening experience. The game has some design problems, of course, but the flaws are forgiven when you get a true survival horror atmosphere all the way to the end.- LevelUp

Just Cause 4 does not represent a setback or a bad delivery in the terms of the franchise and if you are a fan of the adventures of Rico Rodriguez, you will not be disappointed after making the revolution succeed in Solis.- LevelUp

A heavier, slower version of Dark Souls, this gritty dungeon crawler succeeds in creating a distinctive feel but fails to achieve mechanical perfection and coherent design.- LevelUp

SaGa Emerald Beyond is a little bit of a mess because it is so ambitious, but at the same time it didn't receive the love and attention of other Square Enix IP. That makes it reuse a lot of content and being repetitive. Luckily, the combat it’s so amazing that you will have played for hours without noticing.- LevelUp

Exoprimal is a mixed experience. Its simple concept offers immediate fun, as defeating dozens of dinosaurs with the exosuits is very satisfying during the first couple of hours. Unfortunately, the combat system is unable to sustain the entire experience and avoid the feeling of monotony.- LevelUp

Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World is a fairly faithful remake that evokes nostalgia with charm, color, and a striking appearance. This is what happens when a remake is made with the heart, and it goes as a highly recommended experience for fans of the saga or the action and adventure genre.- LevelUp

Sea of Thieves' most compelling activity happens when player ships clash in PvP combat. However, PvE content is lackluster and easy forgettable, despite being set up in a beautiful world. This game has potential unlike any other and might be the game of we dreamed in two or three years.- LevelUp

Despite remaining true to the essence of the franchise, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts has no elements to highlight in the FPS scene and may represent an option that attracts the attention of the public that remains true to this CI Games proposal, but nothing more.- LevelUp

Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is a game with a value that goes beyond its renewed aesthetics, although its virtues may also be its biggest problem. It's fun when you master it and has all the elements of the original Alex Kidd in Miracle World from the SEGA Master System. The differences with that game, outside of the aesthetic section, are minimal, that is why, in essence, it is the same 8-bit game from 35 years ago, with linear levels, limited lives and instant death. If you don't like trial and error very much or prefer more permissive experiences, we recommend paying tribute to Alex Kidd in another way and better by playing rock-paper-scissors.- LevelUp

Gotham Knights has good ideas, unfortunately, never reaches its true potential. The combat is fun, but feels less agile than previous Batman games. Also, the open world is full of repetitive missions and the RPG elements are insignificant. However, we had fun with the story, charismatic characters and playing with each hero.- LevelUp

The current state of Marvel's Avengers is not much different from how we find Bruce Banner in the game's campaign. They are both in a bad position and they don't shine as brightly as they should. However, they also have the potential to be something bigger, stronger and special. In Marvel’s Avengers you will find a brilliant really good campaign and a competent looter multiplayer, but Crystal Dynamics still has work to do.- LevelUp

Crash Team Rumble is a solid experience. The platforming is on par with the original games, while the combat is satisfying and works very well. The final result is fun and has potential. Unfortunately, the game as a service structure is unoriginal. There is only one main game mode and a limited number of characters, so the game gets repetitive quickly. If it had a free-to-play format, it would be an exciting release. However, as a $30 USD game, it's hard to recommend.- LevelUp

If I had to describe Mafia III in one word, that would be disappointing. A huge open world, good voice acting and an impressive soundtrack flesh out 2K's big bet. Unfortunately, repetitive missions, technical setbacks and a barren city end up diminishing the game's potential, putting its flaws on the spotlight.- LevelUp

Dissidia NT for PS4 is a game that loses itself in its attempt to be different. It is full of fan service and this aspect is very well done, but gameplay wise the game tends to be chaotic, disorganized and confusing. At times, when everything works out, Dissidia NT can be a really great experience, and those times show you the potential this game had if it didn’t try to be so crazy and unique.- LevelUp

Beyond the controversy, NBA 2K21 manages to save itself only because of the special attention that the development team puts on its playability since the game does not offer anything at the moment other than its already known modes, which are beginning to being flagged by the community as old and outdated, as well as an online component that got eaten up by microtransactions.- LevelUp

Nikoderiko: The Magical World could be labeled as the son of Donkey Kong Country and Crash Bandicoot, but almost all the experience is based on the Nintendo IP. It’s great and it has the same level of quality, but we expected to see more unique ideas and concepts. Also, the Nintendo Switch version is not the ideal way ti play it.- LevelUp

If you are looking for a game that will make you laugh, High On Life is the one. It's a bare bones FPS with acid humor, brilliant characters, and it's filled with absurd situations; it will make you feel inside an Adult Swim series. However, its limited exploration and rhythm, the game is better committed to making you laugh rather than shoot.- LevelUp
