A ridiculously fun action platformer with Mexico as a colorful backdrop. This indie adventure in 2D may be simple, but it successfully combines an engaging combat system with some very entertaining platform challenges.- Gamer.no

HarmoKnight is one of those games that instantly charms you. The creators of Pokémon know their stuff, and among the things they know best is pure creative power, lively music and exciting creatures, all of whom are represented in this short, but sweet musical experience.- Gamer.no

Survival Instinct is a major disappointment with its brainless story and buggy, repetitive and lazy gameplay. This game provides neither chills, thrills or challenges for the player. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this cash grab as possible. What a terrible waste of a license.- Gamer.no

The third adventure of Army of Two is the weakest of the series, sending the player on a cliche-ridden journey through a boring Mexican landscape. Even in co-op, the gameplay is often monotone, focusing on all to familiar action with weak AI.- Gamer.no

Lego City Undercover borrows heavily from Grand Theft Auto IV, and mixes it with the fun gameplay we know from other Lego games. It's great fun to explore Lego City and the plot has some really clever twists that will keep you interested throughout the game. It's time for Traveller's Tales Games to come up with some new puzzles, though.- Gamer.no

While Slender: The Arrival is by no means a perfect game, it excels in inspiring the creeping sensation that danger is lurking around every corner, that something is out to get you. It succeeds in making me afraid to check what’s behind me, but also afraid not to check what’s behind me. That’s the mark of a good horror game.- Gamer.no

Shootmania Storm is pure adrenaline and competition, mixed together with simple, yet intuitive shooting mechanics, making for one of the most entertaining first person shooters in a long time, despite certain rudimentary flaws.- Gamer.no

Persona 4 Golden is part detective novel, part teenage simulation and part asian RPG – all being important pieces which combine to create some of the most memorable and entertaining moments I’ve ever had with a JRPG.- Gamer.no

Bioshock Infinite is a visionary piece of entertainment where the gameplay, characters, art style and story all come together to make what undoubtedly will be considered one of the best games of this generation.- Gamer.no

Taking control over the fictitious banana republic Tropico is still very entertaining. The changes from Tropico 3 are not overwhelming, but for new players the learning curve is a bit steep. However Tropico 4 is an addictive title and a safe alternative to Theme - and Sim -games.- Gamer.no

The unique gameplay where unlit platforms disappear makes this game original and entertaining for a while. Closure serves good logic based puzzles, but can become somewhat repetitive after a short while.- Gamer.no

Frozen Hearth is an overambitious RTS game, with several good ideas such as specialization of your army, and focus on battles instead of base management. The lack of Internet support in a game designed for cooperation, as well as many glitches and unpolished features are major drawbacks.- Gamer.no

Age of Empires II recaptures its status as a classic with an HD remake filled to the brim with content. With eight campaigns, a robust multiplayer, Steam Workshop integration for modders and a map editor, strategy fans will find that Age of Empires II HD is definitely worth the price of admission.- Gamer.no

Solid gameplay combined with superheroes and villains make an interesting and enjoyable fighting game. A surprisingly lengthy and entertaining story makes you feel like you're part of a superhero movie, and the challenges will keep you coming back for more.- Gamer.no

Luigi's Mansion 2 does exactly what a good sequel should do and builds upon he solid foundation of its predecessor whilst also bringing fresh new elements to the table. Our frightened protagonist is as charming as ever, and the game's mission based structure is a welcome addition over the open world setting of the original game.- Gamer.no

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is a mediocre shooter where the shooting actually isn’t all that bad. It’s just all the useless stuffing that comes with it that really makes it bad, like the clichéd story, the poor graphics, the linear fashion with which you take every single shot throughout the campaign and the complete lack of polish.- Gamer.no

Both long-time fans and new Sly Cooper players are probably going to like this game. It seems like Sanzaru Games didn’t dare to make too significant of differences from the earlier games. Some of the mini games get repetitive and annoying after a while, but if you just work your way through them you’ll enjoy this game.- Gamer.no

While it will certainly satisfy fans of the series, Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate certainly isn't for everyone. The cycle of gathering resources and completing quests can become a little stale and monotonous. Thankfully, a robust multiplayer mode makes the overall experience more rewarding and fun to play.- Gamer.no

Blizzard's newest expansion keeps StarCraft II as the king of real time strategy, even though I'm not a huge fan of the narrative. The campaign is composed of well-crafted and varied missions, while multiplayer also offers some new and interesting additions to the formula.- Gamer.no

Despite being neither revolutionary nor completely true to the original Castlevania concept, Mirror of Fate is enormously entertaining in its own right. It is a delightful mixture of action, platforming and exploration featuring a satisfying combat system that works extremely well in 2D.- Gamer.no

Grand Strategy simplified, but still grand. March of the Eagles gives the players clear victory conditions, a shorter time range and simplified economics and politics. This makes the game more focused, and easier to learn. Multiplayer against a group of friends is a blast.- Gamer.no

Tomb Raider is trying to tell Lara’s origin story in a mature fashion, and it somewhat succeeds by depicting the island as an organic living being, and making sure Lara is a believable character with great performances by actress Camilla Luddington. The rest of the game is less impressive, with the sheer amount of jarring enemies, stale combat and tacked on multiplayer.- Gamer.no

SimCity is a game you can lose yourself in for hours at a time. It's a game where you can keep digging deeper and deeper in underlying systems and play a plethora of different ways. Mostly though, SimCity is a game where you can allow your creativity and organizational skills to work in tandem, just the way you wish.- Gamer.no

Crysis 3 is a stunningly beautiful game, which also manages to stand out from your regular shooter thanks to a few tricks up it's sleeve. The nanosuit is truly empowering and the bow is a great addition to the formula, but the game’s stealth elements and AI are simply lackluster, and with such a cliche-filled story there is simply too much to be desired.- Gamer.no

There are good ideas in this attempt at a dungeon simulator, but the execution is poor. The constant micro management becomes a chore, and the lack of any meaningful interaction with both units and dungeon ensures the highs are few and far between.- Gamer.no

Anmynor Puzzles is a puzzle solving game where you control various golems in their quest to move runes to a given destination. While the game is rich on gameplay elements, most levels are very basic and lacks challenging puzzles. Anmynor Puzzles also suffers from difficult camera management and some glitches.- Gamer.no

Proteus is a down-to-earth game about nature, in all it’s glory. Your first encounter with the island, it’s animalistic inhabitants and the living, breathing, musical atmosphere is sure to send chills down your spine, and the fact that the third visit manages to be just as exciting is a testament to Proteus’ greatness.- Gamer.no
