Dead Rising 3 is a lot of fun. It’s also a lot of zombies, a lot of cheesy story, a lot of uninspired graphics and a lot of crazy weapons and costumes.- Gamer.no

While there is a lot of fun racing game shenanigans to be had, there isn't a lot of variety between the various events you can take part in. This extends to the multiplayer aspect of the game, which ends up feeling hollow and empty.- Gamer.no

Rain Games have done a stellar job with Teslagrad. They have created an atmospheric world that drags you in and implores you to explore it. The graphics and art style are wonderful, the puzzles are logical and satisfying to solve, and the game is a proper challenge even for weathered gamers.- Gamer.no

Forza Motorsport 5 is fantastic in its best moments, but the game is lacking in content and feels unfinished overall. This full price game is also riddled with and harshly balanced around micro transactions.- Gamer.no

Ryse: Son of Rome is a game with great potential and even greater production value, but the experience is muddled with repetitive combat, recycled enemies and a general feeling of being rushed towards the Xbox One's launch.- Gamer.no

While Mario may have stumbled a bit in his last few releases, Super Mario 3D World proves that Nintendo is still one of the finest makers of platform games out there. Everything from the visuals, the music, character animation and level design is incredibly well thought out and implemented, and it is one of those games that's worth buying a Wii U to play.- Gamer.no

Playing this game is quite simply a pain, thanks to an entire armada of bugs and flaws. It's hard to imagine how Egosoft will be able to fix this mess.- Gamer.no

Killzone: Shadow Fall is a game you can toss into your new PlayStation 4 to get a glimpse of the possibilities of next gen. In some years it’ll be remembered as a rather timid launch game, but right now it can capitalize on being one of the consoles first games. It’s a competent shooter with a lacking campaign.- Gamer.no

A solid, fresh and addictive empire builder that is well worth playing for fans of the genre. But it needs more life and dynamic events, especially towards the end.- Gamer.no

Rocksmith 2014 is hands down the best music game I have ever played. It turns honing skills and learning an instrument into an incredibly enjoyable game which constantly feeds you positive feedback. You'll be coming back again an again, not just to play your favorite songs, but also to jam around with the virtual band.- Gamer.no

Contrast is a game with a beautiful mood, great music and a lovely film noir-inspired visuals. The plattforming and gameplay is mediocre, with few and short highlights.- Gamer.no

While the addition of Marvel's super hero canon is great, there has been done very little to improve the bog standard formula of the LEGO series so far. You still smash and build your way through various colourful levels, and it's a game flow that's starting to show its age. Once you remove all the fan-service you're left with nothing but an average game that relies too much on gaming OCD to be worth it.- Gamer.no

Phoenix Wright's latest misadventure in the courtroom is undoubtedly his greatest. The overarching plot is as well written as always, with plenty of in-jokes and pop cultural references. While the central gameplay of the series remains intact, the game manages to make it all feel fresh through a number of small updates that improve the overall flow of the game.- Gamer.no

Enemy Within delivers a huge amount of good content that gives the player a plethora of new tactical options. This is just what the doctor ordered for Enemy Unknown, prolonging the game with hours of fun.- Gamer.no

Knack is ultimately disappointing, and often straight out boring. With its non-engaging encounters and lacking exploration, it’s simply put not very good. There is some charming potential to be found, but it is not helped at all by the lacking mechanics.- Gamer.no

This refurbished version of Baldur's Gate II is true to its source material and does a good job in making one of the best fantasy epics in the history of computer role playing games available for a modern audience.- Gamer.no

Ratchet & Clank: Nexus is a blast to play, with a solid mix of everything that’s defined the series over the last eleven years. It’s only a shame the story doesn’t hold up, being the least memorable of the franchise.- Gamer.no

The Stanley Parable is a fun, charming and mind-boggling adventure that continue to amaze across its many endings and playthroughs. It’s a short experience though, and once you’ve seen most of what the game has to offer, you don’t feel inclined to take a second look at it.- Gamer.no

The Battlefield 4 single player campaign lacks both depth and complexity, which results in an all-over poor experience. Multiplayer has however always been the focus of the Battlefield series, and even though there’s few revolutionizing changes from Battlefield 3, the game is filled with new and interesting content.- Gamer.no

The third game in the Batman trilogy is both a prequel and a sequel, but rarely feels like either. Even though Origins is set five years before Arkham Asylum, the game features an experienced, skilled crime fighter and a Gotham that’s as infested with lawlessness as Arkham City. Origins also leans too much on old, familiar mechanics to really excel as a full blooded sequel, but luckily those mechanics still manage to squeeze out some fun.- Gamer.no

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is probably the weakest in the series, yet it’s not a bad game. It gives you just about what you’d expect, but not so much more than that. The dynamic sailing experience is one of the highlights, and the naval battles with the subsequent boarding of enemy ships will stick to your mind.- Gamer.no

Striking visuals and catchy music aside, there's not much fun to be had with Sonic Lost World. The clunky controls leave much to be desired, and the game seems to work much better overall when everything is allowed to run its course automatically. Sonic Lost World proves that Sega's blue hedgehog, in spite of his speed, has trouble keeping pace with the better, more modern platforms out there.- Gamer.no

Pokémon X is easily the best game in the series since Ruby & Sapphire released nearly eleven years ago (not counting HeartGold and SoulSilver), and it’s amazing how much a touch of 3D and some potent online features can add to the tried and true formula.- Gamer.no

Remember when FPS games were fun? Shadow Warrior does too. While it does drag on for a bit at times, it offers tons of enjoyable action in a world where bringing a katana to a gunfight is actually quite viable.- Gamer.no

A brilliant remake of one of the best Zelda games ever made. The motion control is fun, but at the same time limited to the technology today. Although I miss the opportunity to make notes on the map, this is the same fantastic game you remember.- Gamer.no

Aarklash: Legacy offers superb tactical combat in the style of classics like Baldur's Gate. It's a game with combat and little else, but if you fancy yourself an armchair tactician you owe it to yourself to give it a go.- Gamer.no

It's hard not to notice that the story is slow at times. Quantic Dream could easily have trimmed the fat during some of the longer sequences. At the same time the studio deserves praise for good digital acting and a script that is better than earlier attempts.- Gamer.no
