Codename: Panzers Cold War isn't good, but isn't bad either. It will probably be overrun by the sheer quality of the other RTS games. Hardcore strategy fans will find this title too shallow, while gamers that are looking for some fast paced action will find it elsewhere.

New Play Control! Pikmin is not only smart, but also a very fun addition for the Wii. The controls are almost perfect and that's what Pikmin is all about. We strongly recommend this title for every gamer that has never played a Pikmin game before, but also for every gamer with a little Pikmin heart. Even though the game is a little outdated it still feels like the game that the GameCube version should have been.

Mario Power Tennis doesn't work quite as well with the Wiimote as we hoped for. So if you already played Mario Power Tennis on the GameCube, there is always that feeling that you lack control. And where is the online game mode? Games like Mario kart and Super Smash Bros. Brawl have it. In the end Mario Power Tennis will do just fine on parties, but misses out on a lot of opportunities.

Halo Wars can be classified as the first successful console-RTS. The development team kept an eye on the limitations of the player, put in a fair amount of action and turned Halo Wars into a real console game. Gamers that have never played a RTS or stopped playing it because of its high complexity will find Halo Wars a very entertaining game. Die hard RTS fans will find it a little bit less entertaining.

Again Sega doesn't seem to realise what made the old Sonic games so much fun. By wielding a sword, the game loses a lot of speed and the choice to let Sonic play short and meaningless missions doesn't fit the franchise. Even Sonic fans will have a hard time liking this game. It seems that Sonic blew his changes on the Wii.

On rare occasions the game shows its potential. When making the right moves on your balance board while the finish line is in your sights there will be some form of satisfaction. However, you'll never find enough motivation to play on because of the simple fact that there is nothing to unlock. What remains is the question whether the target audience is the mainstream or the hardcore gamer. The controls feel a little bit hardcore while the game feels more casual. Killzone II is without a doubt a diamond in Sony's line-up and already a game that has GOTY written all over it. Its feels more than refreshing to play a sci-fi shooter with realistic gameplay. In single player you'll be dazzled with details, a strong AI and beautifull graphics. And even though it's all going to be over in a blink of an eye, it gives you enough satisfaction to last a whole lot longer. As a delicious dessert you'll get the multiplayer, which is so addictive that it almost turns into the most important part of the game. Killzone II is something to be proud of as a Dutchman.

Stoked is a good snowboard game. The vibe and the wide environments are a pleasure for the senses, and while the trick system takes some getting used to, it takes an hour or so of practice to get to the bottom of the mountain in style. The challenges you have to do pale by comparison, unfortunately. Also, the online-mode offers no challenge whatsoever, leaving you bored in a matter of hours.

The game offers a nice storyline with a couple of pretty decent missions, some entertaining side-missions and a very tasteful multiplayer. But, there remains a little voice in our head that says that Rockstar could have done more, because of the repetitive structure of the missions and a storyline that didn't feel like a real surprise. The huge enviroment will gift you many hours of gameplay and the traditional style of playing works more than fine. This being said, Sacred 2 offers few new features but in the end the balanced gameplay and varied mission structure will be worth you while.

Mirror's Edge is a unique experience. The controls work great and the visuals and music fit perfectly with the rest of the game. That such a unique concept contains a few flaws, like the short story mode and some frustrating gameplay moments, isn't a shame in the least. This experiment is a succes!

Rare hasn't succeed in making use of the ambitious prospect of being creative in putting together different parts to make good vehicles. The missions are too much alike and way too short, but everything outside of the main missions is fun to play.

PES 2009 has been beaten by FIFA 09. Of course, EA's game has made tremendous progress in this year's edition, but the fact is still that PES 2009 has little technical improvements above the previous editions. The game is still fun to play and not a faulty purchase, but Konami will need to rethink the concept to beat their competitor next time.

Call of Duty: World at War has a good, but not so memorable single player experience and a fantastic multiplayer. The cooperative mode is the best thing about the game, so people without Xbox LIVE Gold should wait for the game to appear with a budget price.

Naruto 2: The Broken Bond is in every aspect an improvement of Rise of the Ninja. If you enjoyed the first game than you'll definitely like this one. Because the game is very easy to master and the various game elements offer excellent gameplay the game is ideal for gamers that are new to the series. And even if you do have an natural intolerance against cartoony game characters you will still play the game with a smile on your face.

We're getting a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of Cliffy B interviews, quotes and other Cliff related stuff that have roamed the world wide web the past few weeks. But in all fairness, Gears of War 2 is a more than worthy sequel of its predeccesor. The co-op mode is still a very attractive part of the game, and the same goes for the Horde mode. With more enemies, more levels and especially more blood it offers just what you expect from a sequel. The game rarely suprises, but it hurls enough cannon fodder towards you that it will blow you away.

We find it a bit strange that it took the developer three years to make a DS version of the game. But, with Exit making finally making it's appearance on Nintendo's handheld, they can add another successful puzzle game to their ranks. Exit is mostly a game for the strategic thinker, so be sure that this type of puzzling is your cup of tea. Exit DS has it share of flaws, but with its charming looks it will, eventually, get your attention.

Naruto is a great action game that lives up to its series with ease. What stands out is the overal quality of the graphics, sound and the unique battle system. Unfortunatly there will be no 'friends battle frenzies' because of a total absence of any type of online play. Nevertheless Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm adds a new breeze of fresh air in the fighting genre and even the players that are new to the Naruto world will enjoy this game.

Quantum of Solace isn't a bad game, but certainly not a great one either. It doesn't really feel like a Bond-game either, but in the end the movies don't either. It's a fun game but there are certainly better shooters on the market right now.

We use the word Epic a lot in our reviews and that is simply the best description that we can give for most of the scenes in Resistance 2. On the outside, the game isn't the best you can get nowadays, but thankfully the main focus of the developer wasn't the engine. Instead they made a epic ten hour lasting singleplayer adventure, an interesting multiplayer and a co-op mode. The sheer amount of players than can battle each other in either one of the two multiplayer modes has never been seen before on a console and will make the game even last longer.

Red Alert 3 is at first a very enjoyable, fun and a more than decent RTS game. The three factions all pack a punch and equally offering you enough depth gameplay wise, without being to unbalanced. Over-the-top action was never this much fun and this is just the thing that makes Red Alert 3 one of the best RTS games ever. And that's something that even the little flaws can't prevent.

Fallout 3 will probably end up being one of the best games of 2008 and, in it's one unique way, a worthy sequel in the Fallout series. Bethesda takes essential gameplay elements from the original Fallout games and gives these elements a new twist. The Fallout 3 gameplay is perfectly executed and Capital Wasteland offers a fantastic world in which you'll find plenty to discover, even after spending dozens of hours in this world. Gamers, hide in your bombshelter and don't resurface before you've played Fallout 3.

At first the game will get your sympathy. It looks nice with it's 3D surroundings and cute looking cartoon characters, but it won't take long before the very, very bad game concept destroys everything that you might like. Tornado offers little less than looking around for objects and remembering were they are when you need them a second time. On top of that you hardly see anything of the surroundings, resulting in a well earned insufficient grade.

Guitar Hero World Tour offers a more than welcome evolution to the series. With superior instruments, a powerful tracklist and extremely addicting gameplay it has already earned a place in Guitar Hero history. Playing the guitar is still going strong, but with the change to play the drums or even sing a line or two, the game offers enough variation. Not every new feature is a direct hit, but if you liked any of the previous Guitar Hero games than you will have no trouble in liking this one. And if you're looking for the best music-party game the choice is even easier. What are you waiting for? Rock on!
