Thanks to the added dimension brought by the new powers and the slimmed down presentation, Sonic Colors is a fine example of a modern platforming title as well as the best 3D Sonic to come out in many years. It is the less-heralded of the two Sonic games to be released this year, but it is the one most deserving of a purchase.- GamePro

You'll find your comrades oblivious to gunfire mere yards away; facing an enemy gunner, with their weapons conspicuously inert; and haplessly running into your line of fire. A pretty big step up from "Brotherhood of the Blade." The storyline has been upgraded and fleshed out to a nice degree, and the new attack types are fun to tinker around with and work in to your overall combat strategies. Matt Hazard is not a great game. It falls victim to a lot of the cliches that it pokes fun at and Matt Hazard doesn't have the star appeal of a Duke Nukem or a Marchs Fenix.
