Though SRR displays good water effects and offers a number of play options, the lack of depth and simple gameplay will hardly keep anyone's attention, even if the surf's up.

This Jet Ski racer looks fine, but it lacks the addictive gameplay of its aqua-racing predecessor.

While Surf Rocket Racer is technically an arcade racer, it is missing that style, flair, and the "in your face", over-the-top sensation that successful arcade games have.

The game's attempts at arcade racing are very flawed, through poor level design which completely misses the scope for amazing "in your face" arcade levels, poor unrewarding game physics and also through badly implemented extra modes.
