    WET is an aquired taste, and while some gamers will love to splash around in this off beat amusement of campy action, others will simply shake their heads.

    Well worth checking out if you can stomach lots of blood, cheesy dialogue, some overly scripted moments, dreaded QTE, in fact all the ingredients that make an action packed game that's more expected than inspiring.

    Wet is definitely a competent shooter and hopefully it does well enough where Artificial Mind and Movement will get a chance at another title.

    On the whole, the game feels like it struggles with itself: On one hand it presents some enjoyable artistic and campy elements, as it plays homage to an old film genre, and delivers a star cast of mildly acted voice talent complemented by a superbly fitting rockabilly soundtrack; while on the other, it tussles with quirky gameplay mechanics that sometimes just don’t work.

    Wet has a great story with some excellent voice acting from the main players – the people behind Pelham, Ackers and Rubi all manage to carry off that dark, menacing vibe without straying into comic book territory. It’s just that the game lacks any real staying power – the scoring mechanic isn’t strong enough and the inconsistent pacing will fail to draw many players back after the initial playthrough.

    F.. the review. Rubi and the Wet Team get 10's. Yeah there are some really inexcusable glitchy stuff, but the story and the feel are incredible.

It's also very challenging, I beat it on hard but could never finish on the hardest setting, truly a challenge. Everything about the game is so over the top you can't help but wind up grinning from ear to ear while playing it! It's almost like playing a game version of a Guy Ritchie or Quentin Tarantino flick, even at the full price this game was worth every penny.… Expand

Wet is fun to play, and thats why i rate it so highly, the only real drawbacks being potential for replay, and possibly gameplay becomming drawn out and samey, those are why i havn't rated 9 or 10.… Expand

Rubi Malone (the heroine) uses guns and a sword to kill the bad guys with. She can go into Bullet-Time just like Max Payne and is acrobatic like Lara Croft. The action is very arcade-y as you go for big scores by chaining kills and hitting multiplier icons. The game is good fun with its punk rock soundtrack and retro advertisements. However, it's much too short and the controls are very clunky at times. Despite the flaws and repetition, I enjoyed it. I would rate this with a 7.5 out of 10.… Expand

I applaud bethesda for releasing a game with a grindhouse/Quentin Tarrentino feel but you could of done so much more with the combat because it gets grating and repetitive most of the time but it still is pretty satisfying. Hopefully this game gets a sequal and improves alot ofthis games flaws. I want to give this a higher score but the repetitive combat lowered it. Though it's still a really good game.… Expand

Je pensais caler le bureau avec ce sous-produit mais en fait non, même un bureau ne mérite pas ça.… Expand
