Intense, brutal, scary and intransigent, Devil Daggers will be madly loved and quietly hated. Because what it offers is clearly addressed to a kind of player who can feel Heaven in a Hellish FPS. Probably one of the most punitive games of all time.- Gameblog.fr

A very well executed translation of the Persona world in the versus fighting genre. Arc System Works delivers a rich and beautiful game, all the while staying as true as possible to Atlus' franchise.- Gameblog.fr

A traditional Shoot'em Up served by a magnificent script and enticing storyline, with the added blissfulness of Akira Yamaoka's soundtrack. Too bad the hitboxes and readability of the levels and ennemies are less than stellar.- Gameblog.fr

Monster Dash is a Canabalt clone of sorts, where you just push forward further and further, destroying loads of ennemies with a vast arsenal of weapons. Those are the only real fun you'll get, the reste of the formula is so repetitive that boredom comes quickly.- Gameblog.fr

The Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U port is rather successful, although playing with the GamePad is not easy at first. Fortunately, shortcuts on the touch screen are nice, but that being said, nothing beats a good arcade stick of course! Another interesting point: you can play on the GamePad screen itself. Regarding game modes, the Mushroom Mode is good fun, but not for long, and the online mode works pretty well. In short, TTT2 on Wii U is as good as the other consoles versions, but its new features, funny at first, finally don't bring so much to the experience.- Gameblog.fr

The Forest is one of the best survival games to date, especially because of its interesting story, inspired by horror movies like The Descent. Everything is here to remind you that the surrounding nature will do everything to destroy your morale and your life. Oppressive, stressful, but so exhilarating, The Forest is made for any survival games' fans, even if it suffers from weird physics and perfectible AI.- Gameblog.fr

ANNO 1800 succeeds in making itself playable and enjoyable on home consoles. It's rather beautiful, and the gameplay with the controller is successful, although it will take a little time to get used to it. On the other hand, if the game is nice to the eye, it has a few technical glitches that will make the less patient players complain. Some of the game's loading times are quite long, textures sometimes have trouble displaying when zooming in and the framerate seems to be slowed down quite often. It's also a shame that the game is not as well supplied as its PC version. It lacks quite a bit of content. And even though you'll already have enough to play for many hours, you can't help but be disappointed. Anyway, it's hard to sulk your pleasure, ANNO 1800 on consoles is successful and will satisfy fans of the genre.- Gameblog.fr

While the country is going through an exceptional health crisis, MLB fans will not see their habits upset by the arrival of this new iteration, almost similar to the previous one. The graphic rendering is a bit more realistic, the sensations still just crazy but with more content.- Gameblog.fr

With its very efficient Ring-Con and a funny RPG game, Ring fit Adventure is a brilliant way to workout without even noticing it. If there is motivation, and a lot of space, you'll be able to do what you want to, at your own pace, with a few smiles. A very pleasant successor to Wii Fit, indeed.- Gameblog.fr

Addressed to both new players and longtime fans, NieR Replicant succeeds in transcending the NieR experience, thanks to its enhanced (yet imperfect) visuals, its full re-recorded soundtrack and voice-acting and its new gameplay mechanics to make it feel more like NieR Automata. For sure, the addition of new scenes, such as the Mermaid episode and an all-new ending, represent a powerful argument to those who are already familiar with the original game.- Gameblog.fr

Unavoidable rendez-vous for the old-school games amateurs, the Xbox Live Arcade offers now a much justified remix of Guardian Heroes, odd mix between 2D brawler and RPG blessed by a iconic music score. Most developers would have failed, but Treasure prooves, 15 years later, that they stroke the right balance between a demanding technical approach and the pure visceral fun of beat'em all gameplay.- Gameblog.fr

Captivating, relaxing, cathartic, Unpacking turns a strenuous exercise in real life into a magnificent experience. Undoing the boxes at each stage of the main character's life provides a nice sense of accomplishment. Not in the layout itself, although it's always rewarding to pull off a Tetris with your possessions, but in understanding where the developers of Witch Beam are taking us and how. Without saying a word, delicately, with devastating attention to detail and a sublime atmosphere, the game tells us a very true story, which we easily cling to. The story of an invisible and mute virtual person whom we are happy to accompany and who, in the end, perhaps knows a lot more than we think about our own life.- Gameblog.fr

Dragon Quest Builders is not exactly a Minecraft-like, it uses some of its mechanics to make an hybrid experience between RPG and builder genres. The result is interesting in the story mode, but unfortunately it lacks possibilities in the free mode.- Gameblog.fr

As enjoyable as ever, with its elegant electro playlist and classy visuals, Lumines Electronic Symphony is very similar to previous versions. We'd have hoped for more new stuff, especially for this price tag, and the lack of real multiplayer play is really a downer.- Gameblog.fr

Splatoon 2 keeps everything that worked in the first episode to deliver a strong but somehow light sequel. Fortunately, the Salmon Run mode seems new enough to bring back the fun, as this cooperative option took us by surprise. Fans will love, haters gonna hate, but Splatoon should benefit from the Switch phenomenal success to increase its fan-base.- Gameblog.fr

Observer System Redux is an absolute must-have, whether you played the original game or not. If you're keen on Cyberpunk and horror, you'll find here exactly what you want: a beautiful game, with a stunning universe and fantastic dialogues and storytelling. Improvements are more than welcome and offer a more attractive and intense experience. The best game Bloober Team has delivered. It clearly doesn't deserve to be lost in time like tears in rain.- Gameblog.fr

We could not have thought of a better way to end Kiryu Kazuma's adventures. More than a simple GTA clone, Yakuza 6 is a generous game which will provide you with a hundred hours of an amazing gaming experience. You will never be bored with the never-ending amount of content available in this game. Moreover, Japanese culture enthusiasts will have a great time hanging out in a very well modeled versions of Hiroshima and Kabukicho. A must have.- Gameblog.fr

Terraria is a small production that offers a cross between Mario and Minecraft... like a 2D platformer with craftsmanship and free construction. Quite limited in its realization, this title makes you play immediately for hours if you like the concept. Just take breaks from time to time!- Gameblog.fr

With Final Fantasy XIV : A Realm Reborn, Yoshida and his team have won their bet, and offer a radically different game than Final Fantasy XIV Online. The game has some very interesting systems, starting with the evolution of your characters and Jobs. Moreover, it is a very accessible game that you can enjoy easily and quickly. A great alternative to games like World of Warcraft, with a Japanese feel that should delight the fans of the series. This time Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn deserves to be successful.- Gameblog.fr

A nice mobile version of the famous PC and consoles hit World of Tanks. Blitz is aiming for short game sessions and quick action, and the developers did a good job out of it. Only the imprecise controls need some time to get used to.- Gameblog.fr

Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is not a remake and a simple remaster. You’ll find everything exactly as it was in 2006 but with better graphics. Even if it’s still fun to kill hundreds of zombies, the gameplay, the controls, the structure and some technical aspects are painfully outdated. The game has truly aged badly and could have benefited from a deeper work by taking some of the evolutions of the next installments.- Gameblog.fr

Almost alone on his playing field, Madden NFL 13 can take its time to make progress. Nevertheless, EA switched to the new Infinity Engine for the better, in terms of contacts, animations, and the like, even though visually, the game isn't looking any better than the previous one. The content is there, but there still is some bugs (sometimes funny ones), and it doesn't quite stand up to other sports simulations that may or may not have competition to overcome.- Gameblog.fr

For its last platformer chapter, the Shovel Knight series let us play through the Monty Python King Knight, a wanabee king traveling the world to defeat its potential adversaries. Through this lovely pixel art adventure, the players will also discover the Joustus, a card game within the game, for ever more fun in every tavern of this grotesque world.- Gameblog.fr

There's no argument there: Resistance 3 is the best episode of the series. More enticing, more polished, and more fun. Some shortcomings prevent it from reaching the top of the genre, though, but it still comes out as one of the best FPS exclusives on the PS3.- Gameblog.fr
