Capcom repeats the formula of bringing several packs of good-old classic games on actual consoles with nostalgic vibes and lots of options like rewind, save, filters, etc... but we still miss some of our favorites.

Just the same game we already played on Wii with the addition of online multiplayer. Maybe it would've been one of the greatest downloadable games of the last 4 years, but as a retail title, it's a little bit disappointing.

The Elder Scrolls Online retains most of the elements that made the series famous in a new astounding experience. The transition from offline to online is smooth and the game itself is fun. Unfortunately the monthly fee and lots of bugs partially ruin the experience.

Gravity Crash is undeniably a well refined product: the graphics are derivative but amazing, the soundtrack is atmospheric and the whole package surely works. Yet the addictive "last one before i quit" factor, that's so typical of the great arcade classics, is kinda missing here, and the result is a game that will entertain you without making you go crazy. It's not an Apollo 13, but neither a big step for the retro-humanity.

This DLC is really good, and offers a few hours of great gameplay. Every single mission is studied to give the player the chance to consider how to play. With this DLC, players gain the possibility of exploring a brand new zone of Florence. Some audio issues ruin the experience, at least in the Italian version, but it's just a minor problem.

Powerstar Golf is a pretty decent old school arcade golf experience. The lack of a real online multiplayer mode is fairly balanced by an entertaining and challenging Rivals mode.

Stunning graphics, good controls and an interesting multiplayer don’t save Real Racing 3 from the freemium impasse. At the same price of its predecessor, it would have been a masterpiece.

Mario Sports Mix lacks the depth of other Mario's sport titles, but delivers a lot of fun especially in multiplayer. Basketball and Hockey will gives you plenty of replay value, while Dodgeball and Volley need a good amount of patience, especially in single-player.

This game looks old both graphically and for his gameplay. The Campaign mode is slow paced and looks boring after a couple of minutes, but it is necessary to play trough the entire story to unlock characters' videos and stories. The online experience is ruined by constant lag. If you LOVE Tekken, you'll like this game even for the offline multiplayer only, but other ways looks for a better beat'em up.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII is an old school strategic game hard to play on PlayStation 4 due to its complex interface. If you'll manage to survive the dull first impression, though, you'll find a deep and interesting game.

A standard episode that shine only for the good characterization and the last couple of minutes that introduces an explosive season ending.

A very short yet entertaining DLC, that will bring you again in Pandora for a little bite of turkey and apple pie cooked by Mr. Torgue’s Grandma Flexington.

Although it's clear that it doesn't express its full potential, Dead Nation proves to be a well crafted product that will probably appeal to both fans of the genre and potential newcomers.

Football Manager 2022 is a further step for the improvement of the series, which in terms of offer and managerial experience now seems saturated. The innovations compared to the previous edition are small and marginal, both in terms of content and improvements to the match engine.

Planet Alpha is a visually astounding platform and an enjoyable adventure in a wonderful alien world. Nevertheless it's a real shame that the experience is partially ruined by a series of clunky stealth section.

Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 is the classical "more of the same". This game is almost identical to any other Ultimate Ninja games for PSP. The only differences are the higher characters number and the new multiplayer options. If you're a BIG fan on the original anime, buy it. If you just want a Naruto game... you can have the previous one for a few bucks.

Company of Crime is a good tactical game with a fascinating setting and some new mechanics marred by the usual rush to release. AI and balancing issues ruin the experience making this game one to revisit after some patches.

If you are looking for a good sniping game, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts could be a good choice for you but, if you hope to find a full-fledged FPS with a worthy plot, the market will be able to offer products of a completely different level.

Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands is a good game, but it lacks an identity. Ubisoft followed the easiest way to forget the commercial delusion of the last Prince of Persia, going back to the previous trilogy. The result is a huge deja-vu, with some interesting addiction.

Aside from the the art design, Agatha Christie - The ABC Murders is an adventure game that is highly enjoyable and funny. Classic, but faithful to the novel that inspired it.

Rhythm Thief is a very good game with over fifty unique music minigame and a good simple story to tell. Sometimes it can be a little slow paced, with long exploration phases instead of just having the player in front of waves of new challenges, but it is still a funny and fresh experience.

A Diablo-esque game in a time when Diablo III is still the hottest game on shelves; the first dungeon crawler on 3DS, and with real time voice chat too. Heroes of Ruin is a good attempt to make a game like this on a portable console, but it is too easy and there's no end game at all.

An enjoyable Metroidvania with great platforming, gorgeous visuals and solid old-school gameplay... but also some balancing issues due to its procedurally generated dungeons.

The problem is that you can find the game frustrating playing it and you can't find a real cause to play it and to encourage a different approach to the gameplay.

The first Micro Machines game perfectly fitted for eSports, but if you're searching for a good-old-fashioned single player arcade title, you better look somewhere else.

No Man's Sky is a game in which the initial sense of wonder quickly disappears, leaving the player with a feeling of discouragement the moment he realize he's doing the same things over and over again. A terrible inventory and other minor flaws leaves this game in need of constant support from Hello Games after its release.

Romance of the three Kingdoms XIV is a strategic game, which is really thorough by the historical profile and perfectly represents the union between tactical and RPG components. Unfortunately, most of its dynamics seems to be too much difficult to players new to genre.

Awakening offers a solid set of maps and a new zombie experience, but none of them is a real crack.

The Chase Begins doesn’t introduce any substantial change to the LEGO City Undercover universe we've seen on Wii U. Still it's a good title, with an enjoyable campaign and lots of loading screens you’re not going to love.

There are just two good things in the Call of Duty: Ghosts – Onslaught DLC: the multiplayer map named Fog and the Nightfall episode of the Extinction mode. Not enough to consider Onslaught a must-buy.

Miitopia arrives on Nintendo Switch in a new and updated version with some improvements. Unfortunately, it suffers from old and repetitive mechanics, which can be easily boring as the 3DS title.

Swery's the MISSING is a touching game, with original thoughts behind a good and surprising plot. A mysterious and mystic adventure through classic puzzle-platforming. Sometimes is slow and unrefined but the good atmosphere deletes the pains of backtracking and dead times.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore is a port of the 2016’s gamereleased for Wii U. In the porting process, Atlus and Nintendo addedsome brand new contents both for the story and the playerprogression. The Switch version come with very fast loading times butwithout any noticeable graphics upgrade. If you like Persona and FireEmblem games and classic jrpg, you cannot go wrong with this game.

In an era where players still get amazed by the superficial damages of covers, Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered remains an exceptional escape from the ordinary, having the power to stimulate the demolishing fantasy of whoever wants to give it a chance. On the other hand, for those who have already razed all the buildings on Mars in 2009, it would be better to focus on something else.

On the Switch de Blob looks great, the cel shading has been polished and the image is bright and sharp both on TV and on the console screen. Too bad only for the pop up of graphic elements on the medium and long distance, always present but ultimately not really annoying. If its originality and its charm have never been questioned, repetitiveness and imprecise controls have to be considered before giving a final score. de Blob is still fun, but today's player must be ready to accept some small compromise.

Another bunch of good-old games from Capcom. Most of the 32 titles included in this 2nd Stadium have already been published in other collections so think about it only if you're an hardcore fan of the “Big C”... or purchase the preferred ones as single purchases.

Star Glow is a good SRPG, that has no major flaws, but does not offer anything really new. Still recommended to lovers of the genre and neophytes.

Dancing All Night is a decent story-driven rhythm game that every Persona fan should play.

This dystopian-futuristic stealth game has a good story and interesting gameplay mechanics. Too bad for the fourth, disappointing episode.

LittleBigPlanet 3 is not that evolution everybody was waiting for. The new characters are interesting and funny, but the level design looks like they’re not part of the overall experience. The gorgeous editor is still there, and it’s (again) the best part of the experience.

Track Lab is an original and unique game. It is not the best puzzle game you will play, the editor is limited and rudimentary. Nevertheless, music lovers will find it fun and interesting.

A good graphic lifting that hides a lazy porting of the original 3DS game.

God Eater 3 is a nice action RPG, a chapter that walks in the footsteps of the brand it belongs to.

Danganrompa V3: Killing Harmony is one of the best, if not the best in the series. It’s a pity that its excellent plot won’t make it to mobile games services.

Until now we've got plenty of HD collection, remake and reboot, but it's still a good thing that sometimes an old masterpiece comes back for the sake of gamers. This is the case for Zone of the Enders: HD Collection, a good game which again presents one of the best sagas of the last console generation. Unfortunately there is not much to play for for those who bought the original game, but the games themselves are worth the cost.

Stellaris: Console Edition arrives on Xbox One and PS4 a year late. It’s a good conversion, but Paradox needs to update the game soon to bring the true Stellaris experience on console.

Another Pokémon game and probably a new commercial success, with an interesting storyline, but limited by an undeveloped gameplay.

Cloudbuilt is a simple, fast and fun platform that features nice cel shaded graphics and a lot of complex levels to explore. Unfortunately, the controls are so hard that they partially ruin the game experience.

Kryptois back in this remake of the original 2005 game that still delivers a quite entertaining '50s old-gen TPS experience with an all new level and the predictable aesthetic lifting.

Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS-Force for PlayStation Vita is fun, with a huge load of contents and with decent graphics. Sadly, due to the lack of an online multiplayer, if you don't have good friends to play with via ad hoc, you'll probably play it alone.

New year, same problems. Without deck customization, Magic: Duels of Planeswalker 2013 couldn't be a masterpiece, just a good game.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is a solid experience with a standard approach to the genre. The main problem is that Infinity Ward hasn't found a way to make the game remarkable.

Liberation Maiden has a good quality/price ratio, although with some changes it could have been a much better experience. As it stands, however, it's just a good downloadable action game.

More accessible than Monster Hunter, but also less enjoyable, Kiwami is the definitive edition of Toukiden. New content, new storyline: it worth the attention of the fans, despite a combat system that allow a little bit of button mashing.

The concept is interesting and the setting fascinating, but the game can't offer anything more than the beautiful Mark of the Ninja.

Considering the fast-paced action of the singleplayer campaign and its rich multiplayer, the only ones who might be disappointed of Zipper Interactive's work are those looking for a really hardcore strategic experience. Compared to older iterations of the franchise, Special Forces is in fact much more simple and accessible.

Fuse is a mid tier in the TPS chart. Insomniac has created a plain game with no outstanding qualities. The overall experience is still good enough and the multiplayer mode is the core element of this game.

A good looking quite-old-style RPG, with a solid story and some very nice gameplay mechanics... not perfect, but still enjoyable.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker has a great gameplay and narrative depth. Despite the great variety available, it soon becomes repetitive, leaving the player less involved as at the beginning.

Kirby Star Allies is at its best when played with a couple of friends (or some kids) on the same couch: it’s like a chaotic, colorful and messy party game. If you’re planning on going solo, though, just be aware that it’s also super easy and reaches the end in a handful of hours.

Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne HD Remaster is still a great old-school JRPG today, despite feeling the weight of its years. This new edition manages to remove some dust and offers the chance, for younger players, to recover an iconic title from the past, but it is undeniable that the remastering work could have been done in a much better way.

Despite a fragmented, impactless storytelling, Moncage is a fascinating and clever puzzle-adventure with quite challenging perspective-based riddles.

Lamplight City is a successful point-and-click graphic adventure in terms of storytelling and with a convincing and pleasant retro – pixel art style. The almost total absence of enigmas, together with the lack of interactivity, prevent him, however, to aspire to the top of the genre.

New Hope has changed after the Apocalypse and the new generations are hungry for battles. The core of the fun is the same as always and Ubisoft should have dared a better plot and new mechanics.

Hitchhiker: A Mystery Game by Mad About Pandas it is a product as simple as it is mysterious. Do not be fooled by the cartoon aspect, the adventure you will be called to live is much deeper than it appears on the surface.

March to Glory is a competent napoleonic wargame, simple enough to be accessible yet interesting in the tactical gameplay. Serious issues on the UI and content side prevent it from being a real hit.

Yoshi's New Island is a good platform game which simply can't stand up the mighty awesomeness of the original Yoshi's Island. The game doesn't use any of the Nintendo 3DS' unique features and the level design is good but never great. But the game is still fun and lovely.

Going back to Paradise City is always fun, but this Burnout starts to show its age despite a very good (but expensive) transition on the Nintendo Switch.

It could have been a fantastic VR porting but this version of Borderlands 2 lacks any previously released DLCs and PlayStation Aim controller support. Too Bad.

Fe is an emotional experience, a game made to open the eyes of players on the tragedy that is consuming in the hearth of the forest. You will not find deep gameplay or mechanics never seen before, but the stunning art direction could be enough to amaze you.

An interesting twist on the survival genre. A point and click adventure with a very original black and white style and a branching story telling that leads to a number of different endings.

Lost in Shadows is the classic game for passionate gamers. Like Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, this game isn't perfect, but the great visual style, the perfect atmosphere and the high quality of the main concept, are enough to turn a simply good title in a valuable piece for any collection.

Although gambling isn't as thrilling as it would be with real money on the table, Full House Poker proves to be a well crafted game that will surely keep poker fans busy for several hours.

Absolver has a very fresh concept that combines fighting game and GDR mechanics. The result is quite good: the combat system is one of the most customizable we've ever seen and the beautiful world of Adal is a pleasure for the eyes. Unfortunately the lack of a map and the devious level design dilute the experience and the main quest is only a pretext to introduce the player to the PVP.

A challenging and attractive narrative adventure with roguelite elements that deserves your attention despite its rough edges.

Serial Cleaner is an enjoyable and engaging stealth game with a cool art style.

Resident Evil 4 is still a brilliant game, but this HD version is not what we were dreaming of: it's just an upscaled version of the GameCube edition of "Resi 4". After 6 years of loyalty, we deserved something better from Capcom.

Starship Troopers Terran Command fits nicely in the ever growing RTS family. It does what is supposed to do, without daring too much. The franchise based on the namesake movie is respected perfectly and fans will be happy.

Cobalt WASD is a very funny and competitive multiplayer game. Even if at the beginning it could seem a simple game, the rich inventory allows the players to play in a creative way. Tactical approach and lightening fast reflexes are the basic requirements to reach the victory.

It's a Ron Gilbert Game, without any doubt. The Cave has his irony and his typical gameplay, but it doesn't set a new standard for adventure games. Is it sufficient? For us, it is.

Backbone is an interesting 2.5D side-scrolling, noir, pixel-art adventure set in a dystopic Vancouver. You are a raccoon detective in a world where everyone is an animal.

Although good, the gameplay becomes a tad too repetitive in the long run.

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi possesses many good qualities. Its extreme complexity makes it a top notch historic sim for every veteran but, on the other hand, results being inaccessible to all newcomers. Those who will invest their bodies and souls in Koei Tecmo’s new title will get a highly satisfying experience: if you’re not among these brave players, it would better to try something less demanding.

Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls is a nice spin-off expanding the story from the two main episodes, also shifting to an action-shooting oriented gameplay through a third-person camera. There is enough to enjoy for the fans of the series, but graphics feels quite old albeit the remastered visuals and there are also old problems imported from the original PS Vita version.

What if the ideas and the themes of Philip K. Dick’s novels become a videogame? The result might be Californium, a first person-adventure with a simple and extremely linear gameplay but with great storytelling and an inspired setting.
