    I played past the 10h mark hoping it would get better but It did not, I just couldn't stand another minuted of this game. To me that has to be the definition of a 0/10 and I hope I can get a refund.

    It's does not have an interesting world/characters, combat gameplay is way bellow average, spaceship combat is even worse. Traversal and sense of exploration is non-existent and the story is    I played past the 10h mark hoping it would get better but It did not, I just couldn't stand another minuted of this game.     Enjoyed it at first but soon realised it was all a lie. Terrible design choices with UI. Mediocre graphics, bugs, bad story, boring combat. I could go on and on but I don’t want to waste another second on this game

    Prometeram td, e não entregaram tudo que prometeram, mt loading, planeta só pedra e terra, usar a nave é patético, vc só pode anda em volta da nave se não vc bate na parede invisível, combate horrível, gráfico ultrapassado, enfim jogo péssimo!

    This game was ruined for me by the AI. It is terrible, some of the worst AI I have ever seen. There was not much immersion in the game for me due to the main story and lame space travel, and the AI killed the remaining bit. You can shoot a 1000 bullets at the security guards as long as you don’t hit them and they don’t care. Just like I don’t care about this game.

    Starfield is a prime example of what happens when a well respected studio gets too arrogant.
    Gone is the true open world exploration of their prior games, the handcrafted open areas. Replaced instead by shallow, repetitive procedurally-generated landscapes with only the barest minimum of Human touch outside of designated city areas full of randomly generated and increasingly hideous    Starfield is a prime example of what happens when a well respected studio gets too arrogant.
    Gone is the true open world exploration of their prior games, the handcrafted open areas. Replaced instead by shallow, repetitive procedurally-generated landscapes with only the barest minimum of Human touch outside of designated city areas full of randomly generated and increasingly hideous NPC's.

    I've been a massive Bethesda fan since Daggerfall. The game that actually managed to somehow handle this better even with all it's issues. Where Daggerfall committed to the simulation Starfield stifles you at every turn, taking bad habits learned from Oblivion onwards with more unkillable NPC's then I've ever seen. Your freedom is stifled, replaced with false 'roleplaying' choices based on your background that never actually change much of anything beyond the tone of conversations. Your actions don't matter. You words barely matter.

    With Ken Rolston and Michael Kirkbride both gone Bethesda's worldbuilding backbone is completely broken and it shows in Starfield more than any other game. Even Elder Scrolls Online had Lawrence Schick to help guide the helm. Starfield DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A GAME DESIGN DOCUMENT to it's name, this is something Emile Pagliarulo himself admits and it SHOWS god damn. Not just in narrative and world building but in the inconsistent visuals, overly cluttered environments and quite frankly Schizophrenic (Todd's words) presentation.

    HARD AVOID this game. If you're still curious for the love of god just play it on Gamepass.    … Expand

Now keep in mind Shenmue is a game that came out in 1998/1999 on a console with 16mb of ram!!!!     Tout n'a été que mensonge avec ce jeu. On nous a vendu de l'exploration à gogo. Au final il n'y a rien que des temps de chargements avec un menuing des enfers. Pour le reste la quête principale est d'un ennui mortel, gunfights mous, IA des ennemis aux fraises, PNJ modelisés avec les pieds, aspect RPG négligé, aucun choix impactant, caméra fixe pour les dialogues qui cassent l'immersion,Tout n'a été que mensonge avec ce jeu.     Probably the worst game I’ve ever played. The story of the game is bland, the universe is boring to explore. This game doesn’t feel like a creative Bethesda game, it feels like a lifeless Xbox game. There is nothing to enjoy in this game.     Un juego con un motor de ps3, con una trama simplona y con la profundidad de una piscina infantil, donde la única innovación es utilizar la escusa del espacio para ocultar los tiempos de carga, tiempos que no entiendo ya que el juego esta lleno de una niebla densa que parece silent hill.

Story without soul, graphics that don't justify the enormous power that their console promotes (the game can only be played at 30 fps), repetitive missions, horrendous NPC-'s, mediocre game play, empty and lifeless worlds, a huge amount of bugs that isOne more game that does not survive the enormous hype with which has been promote it.     What a piece of dog crap Is this game: bugs everywhere, fps drops to 0 and 7, the npc IA Is very stupid, when you are approaching a planet you just get a low resolution jpeg image and when you land the planet dissapear, main history only last for 11 hours, tree and vegetation graphics looks like a ps2 game. Dont buy crap.

No space exploration in a space game, constant loading screen when leaving or entering any area or room, most mundane FPS gameplay in modern gaming.. AI is dumb as rocks, one of the worst optimized games out there (They had to cap this thing to 30 fps on a Series X, the "most powerful console") a 12 hour story for a game that'sOne of the most boring experiences in gaming I've ever had.     This game is very unfinished, it freezes frequently and it's almost a slide show. I can see how it can be incredibly fun but the game is not well made. Hope moders can fix it.

The story is boring, voice acting is mediocre, and the character faces are embarrassingly bad. And for a space game, Starfield seems to hate the idea of space. There is essentially zero actual space flight. No taking off, no landing, no super speeding through a solar system. JustStarfield feels soulless and heartless. It lacks what made past Bethesda games so great: organic exploration. The story is boring, voice acting is mediocre, and the character faces are embarrassingly bad. And for a space game, Starfield seems to hate the idea of space. There is essentially zero actual space flight. No taking off, no landing, no super speeding through a solar system. Just loading screens. That's what Starfield is; menus and loading screens. It feels like a game that had alot of ambitious ideas and not enough time to execute them. Hopefully modders can do the work that Bethesda failed to do.… Expand

    I did not know this was a flight simulator. I could not even make it through the intro. I do not ever want to control a space ship with a bunch of confusing panels and controls. I do not want to take 30 minutes changing settings and getting invert correct. The people design look like they came straight out of Fallout 4 for PS4. The only graphical enhancements are due to new generation capability and ray tracing, and nothing to do with Bethesda designing new characters. The game is a whole is dull, drab, brown, PC, and feels like it is a remaster of a game that came out a decade ago. I signed up for a free month of game pass to try this game. This was the last straw. I took Xbox Series S out to garage and de-assembled it before soaking it in caulking. I am done with Microsoft. I am glad they bought Bethesda because we do not need this trash on Playstation ever!… Expand

    Graphics is decent but some are not policed, Story is generic, AI is bad it's from other game.
    you go. played 20 hours + and feels like a waste of time. you do the same thing over and over and it's not rewarding. This game was so overhyped Fallout 4 is way better than this game.

    Arguably the worst single player Bethesda game ever made. Terrible soapy graphics with a green filter that makes your eyes tired. NPCs are terribly stupid, quests are not interesting and there are a lot of loading screens, outdated graphics, the game is not optimized. Terribly boring game and it's not an RPG.. It's not worth 100 euros. For me, Bethesda is completely dead...

    Um dos piores jogos que já joguei no Xbox, um jogo vazio, muito repetitivo, gráficos abaixo do que foi mostrado, mecânica totalmente bugada, npc cheio de erros gráficos e no resumo o pior lançamento da Microsoft. Ficar hypando jogo da nisso, agora eu tenho que ficar ouvindo os sonysta zoando!

    The loadscreens and limitations to the "open world" killed immersion for me. The game can look pretty but at times it just looks absolutely horrible. I have this game on gamepass luckily as I would never pay full price for this.

Copypaste galore of identical buildings and identical caves full of identical furnishings and identical encounters makes Dragon Age II’s map design look diverse. Another dead brain A.I. with no improvement what-so-ever from previous Bethesda's iterations. A lot of useless social skill tree making it pointless to skill up.Overhype for what was supposed to be another Bethesda game. Boring story and empty planet to be discover.. if you spent hours of your real time to go on your space adventures instead of point and click, you will be greet with jpegs version of the planet from your ship’s window.. With nothing new to offer instead of the setting is in space, this is good ol' Bethesda game over and over but should have no place in 2023 unless for nostalgia reason. And if you want to waste your 12 to 20 hours before the game supposedly to 'get fun', then go ahead, enjoy the ride.… Expand

    The game seemed interesting to me at first but as the narrative progressed it became very tiring. Lots of loading crashes and bugs that break the immersion of the game. With high expectations I was disappointed.

    People think this is fun/funny but they're usually distracting when a game tries to be serious.

    Otherwise, performance is horrible, I have a 3080 and the FPS in the cities and random, empty, planets drops from 120 fps to under 30. It has such a massive gap in FPS for no reason at all, even in scenarios where nothing is happening on screen. NMS had seamless landing on planets and flying in a planets atmosphere and was more stable yet this has the backing of MS and 9,000 members of staff.

    BGS have made the same reskinned combat/AI/animations for over a decade and a half and its time to hold them to a higher standard.    … Expand

    It's hard for you to believe that this is a game from 2023. I believe it when you say it's a game from 2013.
    Bethesda spent 7 years making a pile of **** from 10 years ago, and someone paid for it....
    Bethesda's lack of ambition is not without reason.

    This game is a last gen game. With so much media hype behind it that it convinced me to pick it up. after buying it and playing it for 10 hours or so I realised it was a scam. Holy balls, this this utterly boring and broken. The staunch support is probably Xbox guys wishing this was good.

This is a culmination of all the bad things in Bethesda games without an open world experience. The combat is no different than fallout 4s. While they did improve the dialogue it wasn’t any different than oblivion. TheThis is the worst Bethesda game I’ve ever played since morrowind. I really wanted to love this game but due to several factors I honestly believe it deserves a zero. This is a culmination of all the bad things in Bethesda games without an open world experience. The combat is no different than fallout 4s. While they did improve the dialogue it wasn’t any different than oblivion. The beginning of the game makes no sense and they give you an entire free space ship for no reason. The story was bland but also the bugs are major issue which caused this score. Basic thinks like reaching through locked containers all the way up to wild looking characters ruining immersion. I’m also not a fan at all of the pronouns selection or seeming proliferation of homosexual characters and quest lines. For all these reasons and just a sloppy feeling game I think it deserves a 0. I think this will be the one and only 0 from BGS, or at least I hope. Major changes are needed if we are going to have a good elder scrolls 6 because this is not the right direction.… Expand

    Played a ton of bethesda games skyrim is my fav, maybe 100 updates later this will be good but the gameplay is boring and far to easy the loading screens and copy paste planets make the game feel slow and rudendent and it's overall a very unpleasant time beside the ship crafting and the story way to casual they gave it the ow2 treatment...

    O jogo em sim promete muito e não entrega nada. Um jogo completamente bugado, gameplay quebrada é não tem nada de revolucionário ficou devendo muito. Muitos problemas de travamentos e muitos loadings excessivos que acaba com a imersão da gameplay.

    É incrível como a Bethesda não consegue de jeito nenhum fazer um game que as expressões faciais dos personagens sejam no mínimo decentes, planetas vazios, personagens com carisma de uma pedra, diálogos chatos e monótonos, de fato decepcionante

In some areas the assets feel as old as morrorwind, for example trees in the starting cities are so bad they stick out, for all the wrong reasons.     It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

    While it has weak spots and doesn’t push many boundaries, Starfield is still an excellent RPG experience. Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
