I find open worlds game sometimes quite exhausting, but this Zelda is so creative and have some crazy and out of the box ideas, that convinced me to donate 90 hours of my life playing it, but It's not perfect. Even so, what we have here, is so superior compared to similar games in scope, exploration, mechanics and design, that its faults becomes something minor. Tears of the Kingdom is truly special and even better than Breath of the Wild. Probably the best 2023 game so far and the best last battle I've played.

Given the way most AAA franchises are treated by studios, with routine and uninspired follow-ons or remakes (looking at you Assassin's Creed), this is a triumph from Nintendo. If you think this is a $70 DLC, or just two DLCs put together due to the sheer size of the world, then I just don't know what you expect out of a video game.

If you think this is a $70 DLC, or just two DLCs put together due to the sheer size of the world, then I just don't know what you expect out of a video game.

If you didn't like BotW, you won't like this. It has a much bolder storyline with some added creativity that feels like a (close) return to form of the narrative-driven Zelda that I missed in BotW. The world is still an open world, which means most of the side quests are still scattered in pockets – stables, villages, etc. But that was also the remarkable thing about BotW: you really could just go anywhere and they've retained that. But they've added some linearity to how you should progress, which I quite liked.

The main mechanical difference is the relationship between monster parts, materials, weapon breakability, and rupees with the new Fuse ability. Feels a lot more balanced vs. the hundreds of Bokoblin fangs you could gather in BotW only to be able to use them in...elixirs? A much needed upgrade.

Main complaints which I overlook for the sheer imagination and scale of this game:
    - Performance is extremely laggy in some areas. And that's with the internal witchcraft Nintendo already has to make this game seamless as possible.
    - The added collectibles. I felt like the orbs and Koroks were enough in BotW. Here, they've added even more and it's what most AAA franchises do to make the game "interesting" after you've beaten the main storyline.
    - The scattered armor sets. I felt like BotW rewarded you for exploring the world, whereas TotK requires you to. Good armor you could purchase, special armor was findable. The sheer size of the world requires many more hours to really find the good armor than probably should be required.

Many other aspects of BotW were improved: more linear main dungeons, a harder final boss fight, the ability to revisit main dungeon areas, and again, can we talk about that story?

TL;DR – it makes BotW look uninspired and simple, which is just saying this should be Game of the Year.

If you like the old Zelda games you will be disappointed. Combat is fun but there is so, so much walking and doing nothing. The Death Stranding of the Zelda franchise. And the world is pretty empty. Bring back the old Zelda style, cause this one isn't it.

Just about the perfect sequel. Whereas Breath of the Wild was a game about the joys of exploration and discovery, this is a game about the joys of creation and ingenuity. Whereas Breath of the Wild was about finding and climbing the mountain, this game is about flying up the mountain in a space shuttle, blowing up the mountain, and using it as parts for an unheard-of death machine. (metaphorically, of course.) Where Breath of the Wild let you choose where to go and when to do it, this game lets you choose how to go and what to do. It manages to add amazing new areas, along with somehow making the old ones feel new again. It manages to be both an outstanding vessel for your creativity and a fantastic open-world RPG. Every new mechanic works beautifully. Everything is well thought out. While the moment-to-moment writing and dialogue isn't as on point as in Breath of the Wild, this is a small blemish in an otherwise nearly perfect game. The overarching story writing makes up for it as well. The physics and creativity the game allows are breathtaking. The score/soundtrack is fantastic. The game feels very different to Breath of the Wild, but not in a way that is better or worse. Just... different. Some parts bring joy. Some fear. Some amazement. And almost always, they are absolutely incredible. They managed to make a sequel that is equal to Breath of the Wild. A truly *ahem* breathtaking experience.

The game uses the same gameplay mechanics, physics and chemistry engines, assets, and overworld as its predecessor, which makes things feel stale. The re-use of the overworld especially, after the longest wait for a new Zelda ever, makes this game impossible to rate too highly. However, it does also add a lot of new stuff.

The best thing about this game are the Side Adventures. There's a huge amount of them and they have good variety. From a nice little contained story in Tarry Town, to the extensive adventures you get up to with the Lucky Clover Gazette; from a war between a fashionista and a traditional mayor, to infiltrating the Yiga Clan; from fighting with regular townspeople against monsters, to soloing an entire priate camp that has taken over Lurelin Village, and then rebuilding it. The Side Adventures are truly exceptional.

The biggest weakness of the game is exploration rewards. They are almost always not worth the bother. The game is massively bloated with useless costumes, and if not that, rewards are one specific item you don't need, a bad sword/bow/shield. a map to something useless, or at best a Sage's Will. This heavily disincentivises exploration and makes the game feel empty and unrewarding.

The Depths are a welcome addition, and can be good fun to explore. However, after a while they start to get slightly tedius and repetitive, with very little content in them beyond combat encounters and yiga camps.

The dungeons are a vast improvement on Breath of the Wild's divine beasts, and were genuinely enjoyable to play, one of the highlights of the game. But unfortunately they are still quite far the standard set by Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. However, the Water Temple is very underwhelming and worse than the divine beasts, and the Spirit Temple simply isn't a dungeon at all, although the leadup to it was great. The highlight of the temples has to go to the Lightning Temple, which comes closest to feeling like a traditional dungeon. The Fire Temple and Wind temple are also good.

The memories are far better implemented and far more interesting than in Breath of the Wild, but ultimately I still find them to be a bad way of telling a story in an adventure game; I'm not engaged if the story isn't contemporaneous and related to the actions of the player. The main questline is shockingly repetitive between the different regions, with an extremely fomulaic and repetitive story structure, and using almost the exact same cutscene four times; it's unbelievably lazy at points. The final few hours of the game are good fun however, with a great final boss followed by an epic and cinematic setpiece.

Despite the Sky Islands being the main marketing draw of the game, they are really quite underwhelming and there's not that many of them. The exact same islands are copy-pasted countless times, which is honestly shockingly lazy for something that is supposed to be the main marketing draw of the game. They're a decent addition but could have been much, much better.

The Fuse and Ultrahand abilities are fun to play around with, and very impressive from a technical, design, and art perspective. They can transform how you play the game and allow for a lot of fun gameplay experiences. They both must have taken a significant amount of work. Ascend and Recall are also technically impressive, and fit well in to the game; they make you quite fundamentally rethink how you approach exploration and combat respectively.

Unfortunately, although the home building feature is an amazing idea, is executed utterly abysmally. They honestly shouldn't have allowed this feature to be released in such an underdeveloped, awkward, and restrictive state.

Graphically, the game is certainly showing the Switch's age, and the successor can't come soon enough. Despite the ancient hardware the game can still manage to look really nice in parts, and although performance issues are more common than in BoTW, they're still relatively rare. The draw distance can sometimes be very poor. But usually, the experience is a good one. This game definitely shows the Switch's age but it *just about* gets away with it.

There is a lot to like about the game, but ultimately it's an underwhelming experience for me. It feels too similar to Breath of the Wild to justify waiting so incredibly long for it. The new abilities are very impressive from a technical perspective, and must have taken a lot of time, effort, and trial and error to work so well. The dungeons are a huge improvement to the Divine Beasts. And the side quests are by far the best in Zelda history. But this doesn't make up the lazy, repetitive, and underwhelming story, the terrible rewards for exploration, the dry soundtrack, and the extremely extensive re-use of content, especially in the context of the longest ever wait between 3D Zeldas and with no 2D entry to plug the ga

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view.

Chose qu'ils avaient bien réussi à faire a l'époque avec les Ocarina of time etc...

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA – TEARS OF THE KINGDOM REVIEW

As a long time, Zelda lover, for this new iteration to the franchise I was expecting Nintendo to polish some of the things I did not like from Breath of the Wild, and indeed they did polish them, but many other aspects were not touched and to me, personally that is something I did not like. Don’t get me wrong, this game is amazing, but if you disliked some of the things you played during the previous switch game, you will feel a little disappointed here.

    SETTING
Sometimes Nintendo reuses their iteration of Zelda and Link, and this one was no exception. The spectacular intro of Tears of the Kingdom will leave you breathless, it is simply the darkest and most gorgeous intro in a Zelda game. From the start you know that this game will be complex and that the journey ahead will be full of adventure. Exploring not only the overworld of Hyrule but gliding and soaring through the skies of Hyrule is incredible. But hey, not only that, but you also explore the depths of Hyrule, so it is like three worlds seamlessly connected. It can be a bit overwhelming at times, but jumping off a ruin in the sky to land in the depths of Hyrule is amazing!

    MECHANICS
    • Exploration:
The core of the game, and the best aspect from Breath of the Wild. Now exploration is upskilled with the introduction of two new worlds for you to engage: The sky, the land, and the depths. Finding shrines of light is your main objective, you need to increase your stamina gauge and your hearts if you mean to survive. Yes, the land of Hyrule may seem the “same” as BotW, but many changes have been introduced. There are a plethora of caves, shrines, and places of interest in this game, that after 50+ hours of gameplay, I thought for sure I had done at least 70% completion… a meager 40%, this game is BIG! And yes, there are once again Temples to be visited, but not in the regular Zelda fashion that you know. Still, those temples made me feel happy as I really did not love the big machine like temples we got from BotW.

    • Combat:
Sorry but this is the main flaw of this game. I simply do not like to engage in combat. The combat is too simplistic, and it is a copy-paste from BotW… weapons break, but with the addition of a new ability to “glue whatever you find to a weapon” (which sometimes feels ludicrous to me) you can extend the duration of a weapon, but in the end they will break. Yes, even the Master Sword when you get it will “break” and you need to wait 10 minutes for it to recover. This system does not make sense to me!
Additionally, Link is pathetic in combat, if you get swarmed by enemies, you will die, a lot! So, the best tactic is to run away and find a sweet spot to try to smash enemies one by one. I did not like the combat in BotW, and I do not like the combat in TotK either! Instead of giving us the ability to “create” stuff to solve puzzles, I would have preferred a more robust combat system.

    • Abilities
As an engineer, I love to see how things can be built, and how to create new things. This game will provide you with that. The thousands of ways you can solve a puzzle are amazing, and the developers really did a good job here. I personally don’t like games where you need to build stuff, and in TotK I find myself many more times being frustrated because I’m locked down on a specific puzzle, than amazed for the way in which I cleverly managed to solve the dratted puzzle.

    VISUALS
When will we get a Zelda game with graphics like God of War, Horizon Series, Dark Souls, or Final Fantasy? I’m unsure why Nintendo keeps giving Zelda a cartoonish look when this series is so amazing. Visuals are ok, if you liked BotW you won’t have a problem here. There is a revamp and an upskill in terms of graphics in here, but the amazement comes not from the graphics per se but for the grandeur of the setting, the world, the bosses, the temples, and Ganon… oh my, Ganon and the dragons!

Is this the best Zelda game? Not for me, Twilight Princess will still be the best Zelda game, but this game has an amazing exploration system, which is undermined by the simplicity of its combat, a core and a foundation for the Zelda franchise. Still, you will have a blast with this game.

I hate it when people start creating bots to downvote something good because they are fanboys for something else. And I also can't stand the fact that people rate something as 0/10 because of one big problem they have with it.
Because of this I won't give 9/10 but 10/10. I hate the terrible performance and graphical problems in Totk, too, but 0/10 on the other hand is absolutely unfair.

And those who rate this game as 0/10 because the story is "bad" or the characters "poorly" written, then they should stop buying Nintendo games because I can't remember any Nintendo game to be focused on a more than basic story with complex characters. Nintendo said already more than a decade ago that their focus is gameplay. The story is just a "pretence" to explain the world and not the main point of the game itself. GODDAMIT

TloZ: Tears of the Kingdom is a masterpiece. And of course nothing is perfect but it can get as close as possible. It makes Breath of the Wild (1) look like a demo because of the size of the world, the mechanics, the quests and YES even the story has a little more. Breath of the wild (1) didn't have as much story context/focus spread in the world and the quests as Totk has. There are story missions that give you context to what happened. But don't forget, the story still does not fill 99% of the time in the game.

Not to forget the musical improvement and the fascinating atmosphere because of the dynamic playback of single music notes depending on your interaction and position within the world.

But the biggest and most important plus here is the gameplay and the quests: Tears of the Kingdom is filled with quests and things to do which can suddenly create context to another quest, the main mission or a new area.
Botw(1) was way more basic when it came to quest and mission which were VERY often poorly rewarded so you stopped caring about sidequests after a while. But in Totk you get multiple rewards/items from certain quests. Some of them even give you great advantages, open new paths and improve your equipment.

The world is full of stuff and things to do. I don't get why people say things like:
"The entire world+story feels forced, and carried by a gimmick which distracts you from how empty and lifeless TOTK really is"
WTF MAN? did you even bother to enjoy the atmosphere? If you can't stand your own thoughts for one second you didn't get the Title "breath of the WILD". It's NOT "Breath of Duty: Modern wild II"
It's an open world game which give you atmosphere and time to breath the wild in.
    Get it?

Of course I consider that these type of critics are subjective and we all just say what we think about a game or movie. But when I give my opinion I also try to consider what it's made for and if I personally only can't stand some aspects of an art piece.

It's just that I absolutely don't agree people saying it's the same as Botw (1), nothing changed or that you don't know what to do.
This just shows you guys are NOT "made" for this type of games. You need something right in the face and don't like to think even a single second about the world and its possiblities.

As I said above: It's subjective, but statements like these are ignorant and just false.

    EDIT:
It seems haters have been caught mid-suavemente:

Couldn't wait playing this game and it did not let me down. There is so much interesting stuff to explore in this world. The new mechanics mean that nearly every single thing on the map is interactive and can be used to make a useful weapon. Really awesome. It has also a really great story, especially if you get all of the memories.

First: I like this kind of games where doing side activities, but why the hell there are so many shrines!? I would more like a 70 shrines, and dont miss a piece of stamina because there is less shrines than i need!
Second: Yeah, it is a good game but it has too many things that are just frustrating like the fighting system.
Third: All the abilities like Ultrahand or recall aren't as good as other things. BOTW did it better with fighting abilities.
Fourth: I hate zonai devices. Thats it.
Fifth: Bosses are too hard in the beginning. I did whole dungeon in depths under death mountain and only thing that was stopping me from kicking his ass, was my sword dealing only ten damage. After getting the 35 sword it was easy as defeating normal enemy.
Overall, looking what i wrote it sounds like i hate this game. No, i like it, but for 70$ starting getting bored doing sidequests and trying few mainquests, it's your decision is it worth it. If you played BOTW you could give it 10/10 but for me it's solid seven. But if you are a Assasins Creed fan you could say it's 6/10. So it's your choice.

New mechanics like creation make this game so fun, and if you aren't a builder it's ok, you don't have to use it and enjoy the game at your form, only it's necessary in shrines. Talking about the shrines, i consider them enjoyable but not as much as they were in botw, that is the only low point that i see, but it's ok.
I'm in doubt about the bosses and the temples. The temples are great, easiers than botw, but great. It's just that they turns repetitive as you progress. The bosses now feel more variated, but they are easy. Also, the final boss is better than Calamity Ganon and i LOVE IT, it's "easy" but i love it. In conclusion, i think that this game is perfect, cause they took botw and they perfected it, covering all the low points of this and making them more entertaining. To no one's surprise, this game is the definition of what open world games have to be. 10/10

The game is much better than Breath of the Wild simply due to the fact that you can make a flying machine and get around the climbing that you had to do in the BoTW. It is also much bigger and direct continuation from that game which is nice if you really liked BoTW. I did not even get the climbing gear this time around because the flying machine that you can make really makes exploration so much easier, I recommend to do the Fire Temple ASAP so you can unlock the rest of your abilities and get the companion that blows up the giant explodable rocks that you encounter alot in the multitude of caves and mines you explore.

It's pretty much the same game as Breath Of The Wild, now with side quests that involve some basic sandbox mechanics.

    - Main quest is super short, and super easy if you play the first one.
    - Same map, with more NPCs, and the same design flaws. One giant map that's still mostly empty. Narrow it down to the main shrine quests, and you'll get 5/15 regions worth of content. All the rest (including the new "maps") is just "exploring" and side quests.
    - The new physics engine doesn't really add anything new to the main quest, it just let's you move faster or build weapons with the same feature set as the previous game.
    - All shrines can be done in any order from the beginning, therefore, all shrines can be completed with relative ease without any experience level.
    - You get to explore new areas, only to collect items that make you explore more areas faster...
    - The "sequel" part only applies to the story, that in my opinion, are leftovers or uncompleted content from the first game that were not released due to time or development constraints. It's like the saying, SSDD.
    - Most new features are improved or patched versions of the previous game
    - After 50 hours of playtime, I'm officially done with any more Zelda games. Makes me feel like all my investment in the previous game (200 hours+) was for nothing.

In summary, it's Botw with a green tint instead of a blue one.

The new mechanics mean that nearly every single thing on the map is interactive and can be used to make a useful/powerful weapon or make a vehicle. Dungeons in this game have stepped up from botw with even just getting into them being immensely enjoyable. They are a lot more puzzle based than in botw which I like. A really great story especially if you get all of the memories (which are by the way incredible). The new abilities bring on whole new ways to solve puzzles and different options. Then there is the map. People are complaining that the map is the same as botw and want something different. While the overworld map is similar (and what do you expect from a direct sequel) there are many differences making each little place worth visiting. There is also the addition of the sky islands and the depths. The sky islands are brilliant to look around in. You are trying to get somewhere but then you see an interesting island and you have to go and investigate it. The depths are the same size as the over world map with so many things to do like boss battles from dungeons or completely new bosses found nowhere else. The idea of exploring a huge area where you do not know anything about it and steadily lighting it up bit by bit appeals very much to me and I would say at least 30% of my play through so far has been spent in the depths. First, let me start by giving some credentials, I have a bachelors in game design and a crap ton of experience too. Now let me state why this game only deserves 2 stars and why anyone who has ever played a better game should stay away.
This game is only fun, for people who have not had the joy of trying something better. This game is bread, sure it is decent, but not compared to ice cream.

The dungeons in this game are great, the shrines (or at least most of them) are great. Every other element in this game is designed to only cause you suffering. The number 1 rule of video games is that they should be fun, it is literally in the definition of game. Yet for some reason Nintendo decided that you can't have fun until you earn it.
What does earn it entail, well you must walk in a straight line for 2 hours to get to the fun. Don't bother fighting enemies, they only use up your resources, making you have to stop on your long boring walk to the content to go gather more resources.
Is that a tough enemy blocking your way, run past it, can't? Then go make food, where is the nearest cooking pot? 2 hours in the other direction. Honestly Nintendo could have saved so much time and money by just making the dungeons and shrines and having a loading screen in between each one that just says "SCREW YOU" because that is what the rest of the game is.
Breakable items were probably added to encourage experimentation, unfortunately there is just a best weapon combo because all weapons are the same, just with different damage numbers, so no need to experiment. All breakable items do is encourage players to not engage with the combat in the game, because even when you win, you lose (your items).
Stamina might as well not exist, until you upgrade it you can (slowly) run for 2 seconds then wait 3 for it to refill. And, just in case you want to try and run a little longer than 2 seconds, Nintendo yet again says screw you by making you walk so slow that it would have been faster to just not sprint at all.
What about horses, well, if you go out of your way to get one (or bring one over from botw) it can save you some boring walking time, but not much as the game map is so vertical and the horses are not able to follow you, meaning you can only really use them around the plains, so you can't use them to get to a single freaking dungeon.
Surely gliding is better, no, stamina means you can only glide short distances and you don't recover stamina while falling so, once it is empty you are done gliding, Nintendo doesn't care that you think gliding is fun, you must play the game in the way they want, this isn't your game, and you can't do anything about it except not play.
Zonai devices fix this right? Absolutely not, did you make a really cool flying machine, vehicle, etc. do you like using it, well screw you it's gone. All Zonai devices have a short time limit that they can be used, for instance, do you not want to fast travel to a cooking pot, then slowly walk back to the "content" of the game, well you can use a Zonai instant pot (assuming you have one in your inventory which requires gathering items, going to a specific pot shaped location, and gambling to see how many pots you get out of the literal gaptcha machine, o yeah, you might as well just fast travel to a cooking pot and skip the middle man). Then finally, you have your instant pot and are ready to cook your meals without leaving the content, nope, screw you again, it can cook 1 meal, then it is gone. 1 meal in this game is basically nothing, imagine 1 healing potion in any other rpg and that is what 1 meal is.

So yes there is some fun to be had, but only if you are willing to slog through the most boring, tedious, monotonous bull crap that video games have to offer. Literally every other entertainment medium (books, movies, etc.) have learned to skip the slowly walking parts of the adventure, but for some reason video games have still not learned how to make getting from content to content fun (with a few exceptions, most famously Infamous).

The return to traditional dungeons was welcome, and posed a much better and more intriguing challenge than the divine beasts. As a long time fan of this franchise and lover of all the games, it makes me feel ill to say that I am deeply and wholly disappointed with Tears of the Kingdom.

The additions here don’t justify the six year development period considering that all of the map, assets, and animations have effectively been reused from BotW. The game plays the same and is visually indistinguishable from its predecessor. The combat mechanics are untouched, they have made steps to optimise it by adding weapon fusion which is a great addition. But largely the fighting is identical which is a massive let down. The enemy variety is a scarce improvement, barely worth mentioning. It’s the structure of the game that really falls flat for me. It’s the same formula done almost exactly the same as it was in BotW. Visit 4 main locations, complete an arbitrary story episode with the sage, do the temple and watch the same cutscene 4 times. It is horribly disjointed and makes it impossible to become invested in any of it. The sages don’t interact with each other at all and only with Link who has the personality of a boulder. The memories are an even less welcome recurrence. They give us glimpses of a cool looking story - but one that is so far removed from proceedings, told out of order, only highlighting key events and above all completely nothing to do with Link outside of mention from Zelda. I cannot get invested in a story that I’m not involved in and one told in such a scattershot and incoherent manner. Ganondorf is a total waste and takes no active role as a villain outside of the beginning and end of the game. Not counting the memories because they are not active and are optional. The supposed compensation for this sub-optimal story is the vehicle building, sky and depths. I’m not 7 years old, so the vehicle building did nothing for me and was very jarring to watch them focus on such a random mechanic that no one asked for instead of addressing the glaring fundamental issues that plagued BotW. Very odd. As for the sky and depths, they’re a sight to behold at first and harbour some really cool main story content… but it becomes all too apparent that all of the optional stuff is horribly shallow, copy and pasted non-content. The breadth of an ocean with the depth of a puddle. The temples? I like the temples. They’re not on par with the series’ best, but they’re a drastic improvement over BotW’s measly offerings, that goes double for the bosses too. The other abilities are also fun to muck around with. I just feel that after 6 long years, we were going to be getting something a lot more refined that this. This simply is not Zelda, I appreciate them trying something new… but they already did that with BotW, it just all feels too experimental and sandbox-y for me to engage with. This is obviously very far from a bad game, but I would be willing to call it the worst 3D Zelda title which pains me to say.

Each and every Zelda game that has come out before this one has its own unique story, structure, gameplay mechanics, combat, temples, characters and overall feel. They each have an IDENTITY. Something that TotK sorely lacks as the vast majority of what comprises this game, is owed in its entirety to BotW. It's little more than a repurposed version of that game with a boatload of gimmicks to distract us from that fact. That's not to say that every addition here is superfluous, that is obviously not the case, but that is all they are - additions to a game that already exists. True innovation is simply not here, or at least nothing like the originality and freshness that every other game in the series exhibits.

Tears of the Kingdom is an expansive reimagining of Breath of the Wild, not a new Zelda game and while I had a lot of fun for a while, once I removed the rose-tinted glasses I can't help but feel incredibly let down.

The skills are way more innovative compared to BOTW and since you can create your vehicles, your way to cross the map easily. The major problem is how you can cheese almost every puzzle with those creations, no joke, if you are outside a shrine challenge you can create an huge bridge and cross a map section skipping like 20 minutes of gameplay. Specially on temples. Like seriously, did someone tested this? you can pass the fire temple without doing almost no puzzles

Dont get me wrong, the game still really good, but if you dont mind the zelda lore (its not exactly the most complex one) you can skip BOTW and just play this one.

I'll list my gripes with the game before continuing. Due to the open-ended nature of the game, some puzzles and aspects such as combat can feel almost challengless because any wacky or stupid solution you come up with will generally work; of course, this is also one of, if not the best aspect of the game but sometimes you might wish the puzzles were a bit "tighter". Also, and if you've played the game you know what I mean, they did NOT change the four main quests to account for how many of them the player has done (you can do them in any order) which leads to the cool yet almost identical cutscenes that play in every region's quest to become comically repetitive. Lastly there's too many blessing shrines that require no effort to get.

Okay now for good stuff :) 1. Ultrahand literally let's you do anything, in a game that would be perfectly fine without it
    2. The temples are... Well half of them are excellent, 1 is awful and another is obviously the tutorial one so it gets a pass for its theming alone.
    3. Sky islands are a joy to explore for the first time, some of my best memories in games were in them!
    4. While it's frankly not too different to Breath of the Wild's, the world is such a joy to take in.
    5. The largest new area I won't say much about is super fun to explore for me
    6. And ultimately, it's a fantastic game that has minor flaws in certain segments yet nevertheless is an absolute must play best played at a slow and patient pace. PS: I haven't beaten the game yet I'm on the last of the temples
