    Je fais comme tout les autres utilisateurs je me venge , le challenge n'avait absolument pas besoin d'être relevé ont nous prend encore et toujours pour des pigeons .j'ai pré-commander 6 mois avant la sortie et j'ai pris la version à 100 euro et pour quel résultats...Le gt sport n'était pas complet mais il s'est bonifiés avec l'âge, pour celui ci c'est mal partis

    Always online even when this game is 50%/70% doing singelplayer stuff. And lowering the prices you win in certain races, for what? Just bring it back to how it was, and you can save this.

    Half finished game with a full price tag behind it, now being nerfed to try and push micro transactions, I USED to be a huge GT fan but unless they pull off a miracle update I won't be anymore!

    Its started out great, then the update happened and it bricked my $70 game for 2 days due to the "always online" requirement. They lock you out of most of the game if the ps5 can't access the servers for whatever reason. You only get access to a muted arcade mode and music rally. Gameplay itself is great, but the UX is poor and needs a lot of QoL fixes. Why have a "tuning shop" that youIts started out great, then the update happened and it bricked my $70 game for 2 days due to the "always online" requirement. Why in the tuning shop can't I view my cars stats so I an make judgements on equipment I want to buy, but instead you have to back out of the store, to go to your garage, look at your stats, then exit the garage, then go back into the store to buy the item, to then have to exit the store, enter a race for time trial, to test and tune. You see how much time is spent just clicking clicking clinking in and out of menus, instead of doing everything directly from with in the shop? You should also be able to be in a race, and from the tuning menu, be able to buy directly from there, so you don't have to back all the way out to go to the store. Why can't you view the weather prior to entering the race? Instead of entering the race just to find out, oh I have to back out and buy tires bc its raining. There is a ton of this clicking around menus which gets tiresome/time consuming. The campaign was way too easy to the point where I thought I was in a tutorial the entire time, then all of a sudden it was over and all I did for every race was just buy racing breaks and racing soft tires. I basically just accidentally ran through it not even realizing that I was actually playing the campaign not a tutorial and this is a dude who hasn't played GT since gt1 and 2. I'm tired of typing now but the nail in the coffin for me, for a $70 game, is the fact that the game becomes unplayable if you cannot connect to the servers. You can't even get into your garage. I don't even play multiplayer, and you lock me out of my $70 stand alone racing game. I'm not going to beat the dead horse about the in game economy since thats very obvious. Also this annoyed me so much that for the first time ever I'm on metacritic writing a review.… Expand

    Inadmissible dans un jeu coûtant entre 80 et 100 euros. Impensable pour la licence Gran Turismo. Sauf à vouloir en être le fossoyeur.

    I usually don't do this at all, but I believe there needs to be a change with this game and I hope strength in numbers will help. I've always loved the GT franchise, even the not as good titles have been great games. GT has helped grow my love for cars and racing, so I am not taking this lightly. GT7 has the potential to be the best game in the franchise. Exploring everything they throw at you but after a period of time you start to realize that you REALLY need to start buying credits with REAL money to get what you want. And i know it’s a choice. You can play and earn the money or pay with real money to get money credits in GT7. But they nerfed EVERYTHING to get money that it’s worth to get. I PAY $70.PLUS TAXIt’s fun at the beginning. Exploring everything they throw at you but after a period of time you start to realize that you REALLY need to start buying credits with REAL money to get what you want. And i know it’s a choice.     Os gráficos são excelentes, assim como a resposta no controle, mas o jogo só funciona online, servidores offline por mais de 24 horas depois de uma atualização que diminuiu os prêmios pra te obrigar a comprar créditos ou ficar horas repetindo a mesma coisa pra poder pagar as micro transações no jogo que teve preço Full é no minimo desgastante.

Shameful, disgusting, dishonoring, while insulting the intelligence of the most educated consumer markets in the world with the official response as to the reasoning behind the absolute garbage dump of a monetization strategy. It's beyond belief that a triple A with GT's reputation can reach such a user score and breach the top 100 worst rated games ever. And here I was, thinking nobody could sink lower than EA or mobile games. It reminds me of the fat man in the restaurant scene from Monty Python. I feel sorry for the vast majority of people at Polyphony and Sony that actually worked hard and put their hearts into making a good platform and a great game, just to be ruined and disgraced by such borderline criminal practices, like hiding the horrible monetization from early reviewers. It just blows my mind that a full priced game can have this level of predatory tactics that is beyond freemium standards.
    As a car guy, I hope they remove all DRM and real money transactions (I cannot call paying 200$ just for one car - without any upgrades - a microtransaction) from the game ASAP and let this be a lesson to everyone else who thinks we're idiots, but at the same time, maybe it's time the market sees what a triple A total flop looks like and GT7 can hold hands with Battlefield 2042 and jump off the nearest bridge.
    On the business side, I am amazed at the incompetency, complete absent-mindedness and just off-world thinking of the idiots who thought this was going to go well after the response to similarly greedy and predatory monetization practices in Battlefront 2 a few years ago. These people need to be fired and ostracized forever from game development.

    POST INITIAL '1 MILLION GIVEAWAY FIX' LATER EDIT:
    The score is still 0.
    Every reason for the appalling monetization mentioned by Polyphony/Sony is complete **** they applied an aggressive freemium monetization model and there's no possible way to pass specific features as 'mistakes'.
    So, if they addressed the initial freemium complaints, why still 0? Because they even dared to try it and the game still suffers from some disgusting remnants of their initial intention which is ramping up again:

    -there are races/events in the game where the only reward is a 'ticket', which is just a slot machine with rewards that is configured to give the smallest amount possible over 95% of the time, and when you don't get the smallest amount, the next best thing is an upgrade/tuning part for a car that you obviously don't own or even worse, a duplicate car;

    -all the car invitations are 99% for the most expensive possible cars, again a hard push for the store;

    -you still cannot sell, trade or gift cars (see main competitor Forza);

    -there are no updates with new actual features, only adding more cars in the game, in other words, just more content that you'd have to spend money on, thus more chances of you ending up in the store and spending real cash for cars you like;

    -there are no menus for a lot of iconic car brands, like Lamborghini, Maserati or Lancia;

    -the legend car prices are still going up;

    -there is no helmet/visor camera (see Shift 2 from 2011 !!!);

    -drifting is still incredibly hard even with a steering wheel + pedals with clutch;

    -the sensation of speed is inexistent under 200 km/h.    … Expand

    Sony should be sued for fraud, what they’ve done is awful and a big middle finger to their fans. Definitely ruined trust in a company that I thought I could trust. Will be certainly waiting for the next God of War now, who knows what they’ll do with that after it launches. Cannot trust Sony ever again!

    I purchased GT7 and then four days later they cut in-game income by more than 50%. As it was no longer the game I originally purchased I requested a refund, but Sony told me to jump in a lake. Unfortunately, leaving a review is now the only recompense I am able to take.

    I buy this game at first day came out, I enjoyed this game in the first few days
    but after the patch 1.07, reduce the rewards of races, change the price of some cars
    they just ruined the whole game, and they won't care about our feeling
    so I will not buy any GT series anymore, bye PD

    At launch this game suffered from awful music, terrible menu system and the worst campaign ever.
    Forcing you to spend in game currency on cars you don't want to progress the campaign.
    The whole café is abysmal and now with the in game money reductions and server issues this game can not be recommended.

    GT7 pay to win games!!! Sorry to put such a critical review for this game. But frankly the in-game payment model is outrageous for a paid game. I'm not even talking about the mode, all online, which for a single player game has no use. Clearly wanted reality outpaces fiction. If you are rich in real life, you will be rich on Gran Turismo 7.

    A great game ruined by greed. Unattainable cars due to horrible reward system for completing races, and even worse odds for the roulette wheel. The game is now a pay to win game after recent patch. Out of all the bad games that have come out over the years, this purchase is my biggest regret.

    this was supposed to be the game that I was going to go all in and enjoy for years to come. Instead its turned into a painful grind and micro-transactions undoing all the wonderful technical aspects of the game. There are plenty of other good games out there, and Forza is finally going to be an option for me. RIP GT

    You have ruined my childhood with corporate greed and microtransactions. This was the only game in years i was REALLY looking forward to but i won't EVER buy it. I'll hit where it hurts. The wallet. STOP ONLINE DRM and mobile game design for a game you have to pay atleast 70€ .I'll stick with gran turismo 5.

Feels like the included cars are just recycled from older titles. And why can’t you sell cars?! That’s just poor. All to earn money from the players. Shoddy.

    Its very bad from Sony/polyhony that after Patch 1.07 unpossible to get a special car ( concept cars) like an Aston Martin, Lamborghini & Co without pay ingame option or less more than 100 hours to Waste for one concept car, which 3000000 credits or sometimes oder 10000000 credits cost. No way, a special thanks for Sony and polyhony for nothing, i wished now, i hadn't buy this game!

The always online requirement worsens the experience further. For over a day, we could not access the game at all due to trashy update by PD. The physics aren’t good either, the cars have a laughable amount of oversteer while not being a simulator at all. If you want a true sim, get ACC or something. The rally physics are absolutely TERRIBLE. It’s like a mobile game the way it handles. There is not much more new content than GT Sport. This game was marketed really well and tricked myself and thousands of others into spending 70 dollars for it. Never again I am buying a GT game. Kaz doesn’t care. PD don’t care. Creators tried to go for the realism simulation vibe, which makes sense for vehicle prices, as far as earnings go, you complete 3 races, you get a wheelspin. Couldn't be farther from it's own game, they had to take the forza wheels pin and add it in so all the 10 year olds love it.     Polyphony have really dropped the ball with this one. Was good at launch but after some recent patches it has made the game way more of a grind to try and get you to buy the micro transactions. Plus the always online even if you only play the single player is a joke. I have went back to playing Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 5.

    You greedy, soulless bastards. How dare you charge $60 - $80 for a game, and then basically force microtransactions on top of it? Yeah, I know, I know. You're not forcing micrtransactions. Except, you definitely are. How else is anyone going to buy any of the cars that are available for X number of days, without buying additional credits? I can't grind on these tracks all day every day to earn the millions of credits that I need to buy the cars that should always be available to buy at an attainable price, because, you know, that's why I bought the game. And do you know why I can't spend all day grinding for credits? Because I have a job. That I need to go to every day to support my family, and maybe once in a while, drop some of my hard earned money on a game. And when I do, I'll be damned if I want to pay for it, only to find out that the only parts of it worth playing are going to cost me even more real, green, not fake credits, actual, money.     And when I thought that maybe you were about to make it right, when you shut the entire game down for 2 days, presumably to fix the countless bugs, and hopefully put the right tires on the cars since you didn't give us the ability to do it ourselves in many races, what did you do? You filthy snakes. You lowered the payouts for the highest paying races to make it even more difficult to access the most desirable cars in the game? What the hell is wrong with you?

    But wait, there's more. Kazunori Yamaguchi, what on Earth are you thinking? Because on top of all that, (presumably in an attempt to delineate the boundless idiocy of those insufferable peasants who dared to question your blatant chicanery), you actually had the balls to post that ridiculous letter, an absolute masterclass in "How To Be Both Woefully Disaffected And Astonishingly Tone Deaf". The convoluted explanation doesn't even make a bit of sense. Keeping the cars at real world prices? OK, whatever, but for that logic to hold up, it stands to reason that the payouts for winning races would also align with real world numbers. And by any measure, it's not even close. We were told that we could sell cars. We were shown the races and their payouts. We were told that over 400 vehicles were available upon launch.

    After only two weeks of launch they have decided you have to be online, you cannot sell anything, the payouts for races are now halved, and cars are not available unless you want to spend the rest of your lives grinding for minuscule payouts or………… purchase credits with your real life money. To win a championship in “The real racing simulator” does not earn enough money to purchase………. Racing tires.

    Seems like the only thing real is the micro transactions.
    Nice way to repay your loyal fans since GT1. They can have their silly pay to win micro transactions so that the try hard crowd can pay to win but the only way to make this right is to do the following.
    1. Get rid of must be online to play single player.
    2. Restore the race payouts to what they were at launch.
    3. Allow players to sell useless duplicate cars.
    And as a bonus add endurance races, and world championships with realistic payouts. Not enough money to buy two tacos at Jack N the Box.

Big-time game critics reviewed the game prior to the update which means they were not allowed certain access to newer add-ons through the update for example the micro transaction area. This is an absolute slap in the face to us players and is being looked at as criminal activity. Do not buy this game.

    2. This game is always online. Only found this out after the pre-order. Thinking this doesn't matter but then the stupid 1.07/1.08 maintenance kicked in and I was not able to play the game for more than 24 hours. 24 hours! No joke! I work in the IT industry and with 24 hours I can spin up the whole IT infrastructure via IaC...
    3. The games in this car is very expensive! Kazunori says want to simulate real life pricing. Hello? I am playing a game and the reason why I want to play this game is so that I can run away from real life. Why the hell would you want to simulate real life? I am ESCAPING from life, that's why I play games!
    4. Kazunori and Polyphony Digital did not address the concerns raised by so many people due to the maintenance and how they make the game more grindy. I have a life, I work, I have a family to take care of, I don't have time to sit on my bum for 4-5 hours a day just to grind. This makes me feel that the person/dept that approves this is very arrogant and stupid, or stupidly arrogant and I pity the workers that are working for you. Please resign to make their lives better.
    5. Microtransactions to buy credits. This game was launched at a premium price and I pay premium price for it. If this game is Free, then I don't mind the MTX... You are not Asphalt 9, you are GRAN TURISMO, all your hardwork and reputation that you have build in the past 25 years go down the drain with a single update. Kudos for your stupidity. As a Japanese says - Bakayaro.

    The game had a maintenance when it tried to push patch 1.07 and promised 2 hours of downtime. That downtime was dragged for over 24 hours without prompt updates from Polyphony Digital or Kazunori Yamauchi. The worse is during this time, nothing is playable, not even the music part (it doesn't save my progress during the downtime). I work in the IT side of things. If I have a server down for 15 minutes and all my services are down (just like the case of GT7), it would directly lead to a severity 1 issue with 1 hour to fix that server as soon as possible. It baffles me that there they didn't even try to roll back the patch to 1.06 but proceeded to come out with patch 1.08 anyway.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
