    Gameplay : 10/10 The way the game plays during the races is fun and challenging and one of the best to date.

    This game overall though is a big fat Zero due to car economy. Not enough credits for races, microtransactions do not help as some cars would cost $40 - 60 dollars for 1 car. That is almost the price of the game.     Shame on you Sony. To add a personal view, I bought a PS5 just to play this game - its the "exclusive" which made me choose a PlayStation. NEVER AGAIN. AAA games should never have MTX or cosmetic only MTX. Anything else logically diminishes the game in order to create a problem that players can solve for real world money. You choose to do this for an exclusive title, one that in the past has been a launch title multiple times.

    If anyone still wants more detail of the good and the bad, pro's and cons are below:

    Pro's
    -------
    * Very beautiful game, graphically superb in fact, especially if you have a 4k HRD screen. Races with day to night cycle have a fantastic feel.
    * Attention to detail is amazing. The tracks, cars, interiors, paint finishes, wheel rims etc are all lovingly recreated, with surprising detail.
    * Plays very well on the controller, with force feedback being detailed and immersive
    * Wet weather simulation is good, not the best, but looks great, and effects your car in a pretty realistic way - certainly enough to be fun

    Cons
    --------
    * Most expensive cars to date in a Gran Turismo series.
    * Most expensive cars upgrades to date in a Gran Turismo series.
    * MTX is the most expensive in history. Many cars costing upwards of £30, and the worst case is way over £200 - Are you completely out of your mind Sony?
    * Hardest grind for money to date for any active Gran Turismo game. THE absolute kicker here, was reducing the race prize pay outs AFTER the game was reviewed
    * One of the few Gran Turismo game where you can not sell cars you do not want. So if you're one of the few people to win a decent car and you don't like it - tough, no swapping it for you.
    * Roulette Tickets are a complete joke. Gives the impression of being random but see how often you avoid the smallest cash prize! Or win an "invitation" to buy a car, which is limited in time, and you wont be able to afford unless you have grinded the game to death already.
    * Multiplayer is still in development, and is evolving, so has fairly limited content
    * During maintenance periods due to DRM the only thing you can do is play music rally's. No off line mode for the single player campaign. (Makes no sense on the PS5 version at all)    … Expand

    The amount of egregious microtransactions in this game is absolutely deplorable and has really strained my trust as a consumer with Polyphony. I expected them to make a masterpiece for their 25th anniversary, instead they've made a mockery of themselves for following the corporate norms. Shame on them, will be boycotting this game until the economy is revised.

    A game that doesn't respect its players. Your time is meaningless and your only purpose is to pay as much as possible. Lower in-game payouts, increased challenge difficulty, online only single player - almost every feature of the game is designed to maximize microtransactions.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a game with a great base and potential to do amazing things, but with the obvious abuse of MTX and the double standards of attempting to reduce grinding but in the same breath make the game more grindy.

    GT7 still has the opportunity to fix their issues and regain the trust and the love of the community that it created over the years.

    Disappointing.

    First, I need internet connection to play singleplayer? Makes absolutely no sense. Second, decreasing our race rewards and making cars ridiculously expensive in game just so we'll spend money on microtransactions is so slimy. To grind for one of the most expensive cars in game, it would take around 350 races to get! Do better.

    The V1.07 update significantly slashed the credit rewards for the most worthwhile races to grind. I'm not willing to spend extra money on a full price title I've been waiting for over 2 years to be released. I'm a lot less likely to spend any more time on this game until Polyphony Digital straightens out their botched release.    … Expand

    Game launched on 4th of march midnight, 1.08 came out just over 2 weeks and 12 hours later, so it was not refundable after the payout nerfs. Sony killed this game just after a refund gap.

    this is not accidental, this is planned, and i don't think i'll own a GT game or PlayStation again

    After releasing the game, they changed it to make it harder than it already was to buy cars without quitting our jobs and playing all day or spending actual cash up $40 a car. They should be sued and boycotted for this greedy behavior.

    The in game on screen characters are incredibly annoying and I personally skip all of them at every opportunity. I'm not interested in knowing Mitsubishi's history. If only they could be turned off.

    The credit payments are ridiculous considering the effort needed to race. They are clearly trying to push micro transactions and it shows when the first post release patch lowers payments.

    My only regret is buying full price. Based on this, it's not worth the money.    … Expand

There's no need to give out supercars and stuff for free, but there's also no reason to make it literally akin to buying the real deal in the real world. MTXs in GT:S were fine, because they were cheap, and also because you didn't NEED them to progress in the game. They were just there if you wanted to skip a couple of steps. But MTXs are practically required to progress in this C$80 MINIMUM game. Can't believe Polyphony would try to pull some EA levels of BS in GT7. And this isn't even going about the always online aspect! Pathetic. Can't believe I paid this much money for GT7.… Expand

Fiz drift no GTsport desde seu lançamento até o fim do game,A progressão nesse jogo está muito demorada, os preços InGame estão absurdos, servidores instáveis, falta de recursos dos lobbys online; além dessas reclamações, é válido destacar quão ruim está a física do drift em relação ao game anterior, temos um kit ângulo que não funciona e o carro fica balançando independente do setup. Fiz drift no GTsport desde seu lançamento até o fim do game, participei de campeonatos e convivi com times renomados no cenário de drift no GT.     Prize Gift alway worst reward. Pay tons of real money to get desired cars. Ingame credit farm takes way (!) too long, so you are somewhat forced to spend money... or better: play another game until they change this.

Stylistic choices for the menus/hub are lame, boring, irritating; the music is the worst in the series seeing as they were too cheap to get any licensed music whatsoever.     Greedy basteerds, their latest update made an already underwhelming game even worse. Not in your life would I buy credits. I think they are going to have a hard time making this up to their loyal fan base. I dont think i would buy another title after this.     Shame on Sony and PD for letting their greed ruin what could have been a great game. Reducing credit payouts for races and the roulette is rigged to only give the lowest value prize. Forcing microtransaction after already paying $90 CAD for a full game. No chance I'd pay more money for credits.

    Go buy GT Sport, the cars only cost $5 in that game. This is an obscene mockery of a franchise that has been near and dear to my heart since I was a child. It's a good game at the core, but I can't in good heart recommend it. The microtransactions' predatory nature makes it a overall miserable experience.

The short length of the "campaign" cafe menu books is one turn off and the lack of other worth while events or challenges doesn't help. Circuit experience isnt a particularly worth while experience, the missions are rather and reward you with lack luster cars in comparison to previous GT entries.     Then there's the elephant in the room of micro-transactions, them patching reward and economy systems post launch and review cycle and overall you have one of the most disappointing games sony has ever released and mix that with the tone deaf response from the creator and there is little hope this once great franchise that I have been playing since a child will ever become what it should be.    … Expand

    In patch 1.07 Polyphony just made it harder to earn in-game credits by reducing race rewards in hope to force people to pay real money for it…

    I mean come on… with most of the money grab decisions from Sony this generation, this is still a new low. I am just gonna stop playing GT7 and go back to Horizon 5…

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
