    Its not really assassin game, however its much better than origin and odyssey. Also new mechanics, great world, story and armor sets.

    i love everything about this game but the loot its soo damn annoying same **** over and over and over.
    oddseys loot system imo was way better. this game the combat and story and raids are amazing.
    good game but has some big flaws.

    Is it a good game? Well, it's decent.
    Is it something new? Absolutely no, everything is safe.
    The game is ok to play, but oh-god, it's so boring after 20 hours. Like, you are doing the same things over and over and over. The problem is they are not fed-ex quests, it's the main story.
    So even if the game looks good, the boredom I got is a no-go for me here.

    La historia del juego es muy buena, el mapa es enorme y las actualizaciones que ha ido recibiendo el juego lo ha hecho mejorar poco a poco. Un gran juego al que jugar decenas de horas si te gusta explorar y perderte por los mapas de los juegos.

    Very disappointed. Graphics are phenomenal, the story is OK too, but the steering is SO BAD - especially when you have just played Ghost of Tsushima - where it feels a lot more dynamic. In AC Valhalla, it is too stiff and feels like a classic game: When you dodge an attack e.g., the character throws himself 4 metres to the side.

    Even Odyssey was miles better to play.

    You are in for the long haul but it's an enjoyable time. Expect around 100 hrs game time for the average player.

    1. Extremely vast open world that consists of at least 4 different maps while still not counting DLC 2. Rendered beautifully on Next-gen 3. Almost non existent loading times is unbelievable on such a vast game 4. Lots of things to collect, explore and quests to tackle 5.    You are in for the long haul but it's an enjoyable time. Expect around 100 hrs game time for the average player.

    I finished this game only because I love norse mythology, its way too long and at times it just drags. By the time I got to the endgame I just forgot many key plot points and was confused by the ending.

    First of all, I have to say that the environment looks really good, that's probably the only thing I like about this game, other than the Viking style.

    I played this game during a free weekend and I wanted to like this game, but I had to force myself to play the game for most of the time I played it. I couldn't bring myself to play it long enough to complete the first main settlement takeover, because it was a chore to get through.
    On top of the trash fire that this game has become, it has the gaol to charge full price And has over £200 of microtransactions, it's INSANE that this is the state of triple-A games nowadays.

    CLEARLY the best AC yet. Gameplay is tweaked, everything is very close to Odyssey but improved!
    Loved the open world, the freedom to take on different areas of England, going to Ireland, France and other parts in Dlcs (recommend getting them) and the Norse lore to that. Well done Ubisoft!

    Truth is Valhalla does parkour better than both Odyssey and Origins. Has better combination of huge forests and Cities, than AC 3. New York was absolutely pathetic in AC 3, in Valhalla you can climb and parkour way more in London + forest areas/mountains are so much better and have more variation than AC 3. Valhalla does so many similar things, that previous games have done and many of them better than last few games, yet somehow now this series is dying? Get out of here with that nonsense. I shouldn't even mention that it's selling better than Origins or Odyssey, but i will, will mention that just to make these haters even angrier.

    Either way, from now on I REFUSE to consider these Valhalla haters as an actual Assassin's Creed fans, they simply aren't. So basically whenever i meet someone who claims to like AC series, my first question will always be - DO YOU LIKE VALHALLA and if the answer is NO, then i will just walk away.     This game has incredible atmosphere and music. I literally spent over 30 minutes just climbing the walls of London and enjoying the sunset. There are many incredible looking locations in this game. If you go into walking mode, some of the best music pieces of AC series history, start playing.

    I have seen that some are trying to point out, that this game is empty, that's not true at all. It has just enough things to explore, but some of the empty areas are very much intentional. Red Dead Redemption 2 was exactly the same way. There are areas that have interesting stuff and then there are areas of just nature, beaches, forests etc. After all it's trying to be realistic presentation of 800s Norway and England. It would be awful, if behind every corner was some monster to fight with or gang of soldiers. That's one of the reasons why Odyssey failed, it had too much unnecessary content and thankfully Valhalla fixes that mistake.

    Story in this game isn't sadly strongest, but it's not bad either. Just somewhere in between. Some missions are very fun, some are very basic and even boring. For example i was way more interested in Black Flag's story. But to look at this game as a complete package, it's still very nice and overall game design/open world design is way better than last two entries.

    I have no idea where AC is going next or what's happening with this series, but if Valhalla happens to be last decent AC, then at least this series ended on positive note.    … Expand

    There are very few games that I decide to 100% but usually those are the games that I have the most fun with. Assassin's Creed Valhalla is one of these games. It doesn't seem repetitious to me with all the missions are so interesting and different from each other. Sometimes they are easy but almost always entertaining.     Thank god Ubisoft is still making games with normal combat, for people who actually have real life as well. I'm so sick and tired of these awful Souls games that have absolutely worst combat possible, i don't have time to fight every boss 30 times to learn their patterns, no thank you. Hopefully Ubisoft doesn't change and go that Souls route, then i would give up this series for sure. SoThank god Ubisoft is still making games with normal combat, for people who actually have real life as well. I'm so sick and tired of these awful Souls games that have absolutely worst combat possible, i don't have time to fight every boss 30 times to learn their patterns, no thank you.     Stopped playing after about 20 hours because it had none of the mystery of the last two games and none of the Assassin's Creed of any of the games. Just because e a chore to play. And, of course, there are the increasingly intrusive microtransactions.

    Too long, story is boring, Eivor isn't a compelling character like Ezio, Bayek or even Alexios. The best thing about this game was the loading times - and that's just a PS5 feature. If you loved the Ezio trilogy, or Origins/Odyssey, then avoid this game. It's nowhere near as good. The first ever AC that I returned for a refund.

Но иногда кажется что игра находится в бетте потому-что присутствует множество кривых анимаций, кривые катсцены, множество персонажей и MPC багается, и в конце сюжета разрабы немного намудрили. Проходил я эту игру 62 часа, для сюжетной игры это невероятно много и к сожалению большинство контента розтянуто.Игра классная, открытый мир, крутые файты и сюжет норм. Но иногда кажется что игра находится в бетте потому-что присутствует множество кривых анимаций, кривые катсцены, множество персонажей и MPC багается, и в конце сюжета разрабы немного намудрили.     Pretty good game! I wish it wasn't so long, because i feel like this game has little bit too much content, so maybe in next game less content, but more focused content and less random stuff. Other than that, it's fun, beautiful, open world.

    My first Assassin's Creed game! And boy howdy have I enjoyed it. I got it on release and now I'm almost 300 hours in and I'm still not done with the main story because I know once I beat it that's it, there's no more main story. What have I been doing for 300 hours? Literally all the side content including daily contracts. Typically hate microtransactions but the fact that they offer theMy first Assassin's Creed game! And boy howdy have I enjoyed it. I got it on release and now I'm almost 300 hours in and I'm still not done with the main story because I know once I beat it that's it, there's no more main story. What have I been doing for 300 hours? Literally all the side content including daily contracts. Typically hate microtransactions but the fact that they offer the money currency and shop in game is a happy medium. I could justify spending the extra on the season pass because of that.

    My one complaint is every once in a while I experience a game breaking bug and I have to replay a section over again. Over a year into the game I feel like this maybe shouldn't be happening? I've played older and newer games that don't have this issue.

    I'm also not a huge fan of an over crowded map but this is more of a personal preference than something inherently wrong with the game.    … Expand

    Es un juego que atrapa, pero no desde el principio. Yo tuve que jugarlo en 2 tramos intercalando otros juegos porque se me hizo pesadisimo tanto punto e icono en el map. Una vez pillas la trama principal en la recta final es cuando se hace más interesante.

    The audio is atrocious, I mean so bad that it's unplayable. Combat isn't great and feels like you're just punching air. Can't say much for the story as I have only played 3 hours. Overall not great.

    All time favouriate game. a games with I can spend time with. I'm much impressed with the new Mysterious sections and puzzle solving is a grate fun. Expensions DLC are superb too.

    My first time playing an assassins creed game. I love history and i love viking mythology so i thought i would enjoy this game. It starts good and the game looks great but after getting to the middle of the story viking raids become very repetitive and the story so so boring. They added new difficulty option, so you can play exactly like old games and assassinate even highest level enemies with one hit. But Valhalla is better AC game and overall i would say better game in general.     I'm a little torn by this game. The vikings were great, Eivor was great, the combat and exploration was great. I loved the opening few hours, and the closing few hours. The whole middle section of the game really drags; I think they just made it too long.     In Odyssey, it made sense; whoever you didn't pick still featured in the game as the antagonist, and it works very very well. Male Eivor had no place in this game, considering female Eivor was the canon, and the male one is stuffed into this Valhalla story that has NO place in the game. No hate to the voice actor of course!     Il gioco si presenta come un misto tra Origins e Odyssey, e nel complesso funziona molto bene. Si apprezza notevolmente il comparto grafico e audio, anche e soprattutto nelle cinematic. La storia tende ad essere tediosa in alcuni punti della trama, semplicemente a causa dei troppi personaggio un po' alla Got, ma alla fine si fa apprezzare bene grazie ad alcune scelte interessanti di trama!

So yeah, these are the three options Ubisoft has. They will never go back to AC 1 style and you guys know why? Because it wouldn't sell even half that Valhalla did, that's why. AC 1 is outdated and boring and it never that good anyway, so it's literally time to move on. It is very likely they go back to something like Unity / Syndicate, while having some Black Flag elements like you can still have a boat or something. I love the family drama and betrayal aspect of the stories within' each city. It's nice. The graphics for this game is nice on both modes. The framerate mode does have less fog and the snow looks much better when it's falling on quality mode. Both modes are worth spending hours on. This game isn't perfect but I think it's easy to spend a lot of hours playing.… Expand

Don't waste your money! The gear that you unlock throughout the game looks okay but wait until you see what they have for sale in their store page, store gear looks miles better when compared to what you unlock by just playing the game. They clearly put more effort into the store gear than they do on unlockables. The level of greediness, to sell a game for $60-$70 and still manipulate people into buying stuff from your store by putting the best looking gear in there. They built up the AC series just to milk the player-base but hey we saw what happened to the recent COD and BF 2042 games. At this rate, Assassins Creeds fall is inevitable and I can't wait to be there when the sales drop and players decide that they had enough of your bs schemes. Certain areas require you to be at a power of 90 when you could only be at a power of maybe 25 if you were only doing story missions. The game requires you to go around doing random repetitive tasks to move through the game. That's crap.

    This game requires you to loose your mind doing repetitive crap or for you to be crazy enough to pay for an XP boost on top of your 80 euro game. Seriously!

    Now it's solid open-world AC game, but sadly it's not better than Black Flag. I just wish story/mission design was more interesting or unique. Black Flag had all kinds of unique mission designs and also story was better. In Valhalla missions aren't that interesting, but there's still many fun ones. But true star of Valhalla is it's open world and freedom to do whatever you feel like. That's what was missing from AC 1 for me, because these games can simply be so much more than just generic assassination games. AC is not and should not be Hitman. AC should be ALWAYS compared to games like GTA or Red Dead Redemption. You can do so much more in these games than just the basic story stuff and that same logic should apply to AC and most people seem to understand that. It seems to be minority who complains that AC is not so linear anymore. Most people seem to like that freedom and more activities. This open world is there for a reason!     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. 80 HEURES!!!! Juste pour finir la quête principale et de m'occuper de quelques annexes. La narration est beaucoup trop dilué, en gros pour faire avancer l'histoire, il faut impérativement aider une région, dans l'ordre que l'on souhaite, le problème c'est qu'on se concentre beaucoup plus sur l'histoire de chacune des régions que sur la Trame principale qui nous est distillé de temps a autre a travers 80 heures!!! je ne vais pas parler du présent, a part a la toute fin du jeu ou on nous tease clairement quelque chose de gros pour la suite!!

    Le problème de ce jeu, c'est que l'ordre des assassins est encore une fois au second plan, beaucoup trop de choses a faire qui n'ont pas necessairement d'utilité, les quetes secondaires sont bien intégrer au jeu mais malheureusement, une fois que vous avec lancer une quete annexe, vous êtes quasi dans l'obligation de la terminer sur le champ, car vous n'aurez aucune info écrite que ce soit dans le HUD ou dans le journal de quêtes, si vous avez décider de stopper votre partie pour reprendre plus tard, vous n'aurez aucun moyen (si ce n'est internet) de savoir a quoi consister votre mission annexe que vous aviez enclencher précédemment.

    Pour les point positifs, je note l'ambiance encore une fois UBI sais très bien gérer ca, la map est plutôt belle, même si on aura tendance a traverser de longues plaines sans âme qui vive, la encore la map n'est pas suffisamment bien rempli. Les combats sont vraiment très bon, on prend un certain plaisir, a balancer quelques exécutions par-ci par la.

    En définitive cette Assassin's creed est clairement pour moi l''un des moins bon de la saga, la formule initier par Origins est ici pousser a son paroxysme, et on se retrouve avec beaucoup trop de choses a faire, et pour la plupart pas très intéressante!!    … Expand

    I failed to see what's new in this game. The story isn't interesting anymore. It just became more massive. And with being massive. I started to get bored after sometime skipping conversations and just want to get through the game.

    The game environment is very beautiful and reminds me of Witcher 3. It has a very good artistic design.
    The gameplay is a lot better than the Odyssey. It offers many and various facilities and capabilities to the players.
    In many ways it is one of the best open world games in history.

    I suggest you try it.

    Created an account just for this. It's a year later, the game has had massive updates, but still has the exact same game breaking bugs from launch and no workarounds. More armor as microtransactions than actually exist in the game, and the worst support I've ever dealt with. The whole thing should be burned down

    It's pretty okay Assassin's Creed, nothing great or amazing, but still fun enough. Have to give it 10, because some people think it's really funny to give 0/10 to game they have never played.

    Very decent ending for AC series, next one will be live service, so i think Valhalla was last true AC game.

    Primeiro AC que jogo sem travar. Jogo roda liso a 60 fps no PS5. Gráficos muito bonitos aliados a uma história que prende atenção.

    Fun game but very very long. Gets very tiring and you just need to stop playing it at some point. Overall it's enjoyable but it will be my last assassin's Creed game.

    This is the worst AC game by far. The game is long, grindy, mediocre, and a downgrade in every conceivable way from Odyssey. The story line is convoluted, and it makes me yearn for the days of Desmond Miles, Arno Dorian, and Jacob and Evie Frye. The story is so bad that I routinely would drop the game just to go back to old AC games to see if I was dreaming about the greatThis is the worst AC game by far. Parkour is easily the worst it's ever been, in Unity we had the most stylish and cool parkour we've seen in the AC franchise. Syndicate was a downgrade, but it was passable. Origins and Odyssey had bad parkour, some of the worst in the entire franchise, and Valhalla does not improve on their already low starting point in origins in the parkour standard. Even the combat is lackluster, in origins you had great combat since the environment and presentation was so good, along with the bar system. Odyssey had even better combat as it introduced these crazy abilities which spiced things up. Valhalla adds a stamina bar, and that's it. Every single encounter can be cheesed from a range with the exception of 4 off the top of my head. The game goes on for way too long. I cannot recommend this game to anybody. It's a horrible game.… Expand

    There are two competing experiences here: that as as Assassin, and that as a Viking, that either on its own feels like it might have been a triumph and better than this good but not great Assass-king hybrid we have.

    Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla effortlessly plants its banner as the best open world RPG available for the new consoles. This Viking epic flexes its gore-soaked, tattooed muscles when it comes to world-building, and medieval England wows with its enchanting untamed vistas. It’s also portioned out at a steady pace and, if not for the repetitive, limited combat, Valhalla could have ranked even higher among our favourite games in the series.

    Is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla the best entry in the series yet? Some would be tempted to say so. While the map size might overwhelm some players, it remains an easy game to mainline with the right navigation mode turned on. In fact, the quick load times help to make this an even easier task than in previous generations. This is an iteration of Assassin’s Creed that has a bit of everything from the previous games, as refined as we have seen to date.
