Un final totalmente inaceptable e imcoherente con todo lo que sucede durante el desarrollo del juego, no es posible pasar esto por alto, es literalmente el nucleo de lo que significa este juego y ha sido totalmente decepcionante.

    Mis puntos de acuerdo al juego:
    1.-La muerte de Joel:

    Empezare por la muerte de Joel, en el 1er juego se nos habia demostrado que el tipo no confiaba mucho de cualquier persona, tanto que le costo agarrar confianza con Ellie. Y de repente en la parte dos conoce a una tipa como si nada, en una situación para nada forzada para que se apoyen un poco, y sin dudarlo va a acompañarla donde esta su grupo nada mas conocerla, y termina en su muerte.

    2.- Los amigos de Ellie:

    El chino, es muy poca la información de el porque es tan amigo de Ellie, a la vez que solo es un personaje de relleno el cual despues de morir, no se le hace mencion alguna y pasa a ser olvidado rápidamente.

    La novia de Ellie, no tengo problema con este tipo de relaciones, pero tambien una cosa es saber justificar su relación, la construcción de su amor es bastante baga.

    Los demas, no hay mucho que decir, es lo mismo que lo anterior, pero peor.

    3.-La historia:

    En resumen esta se basa en la venganza, pero al final todo termina que la venganza es mala, tirando todo lo visto en el juego (Ellie mataste a medio mundo para no hacer nada al final). Y tambien que justamente que la 2da protagonista sea la hija del medico que mato Joel en la primera parte es bastante forzado.

    No es un mal juego, pero es mas recomendable jugar el primero.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. People seem to not understand the meanjng behind The Last of Us Part 2. No, it is not about revenge being bad, but more about all the characters finding peace within themselves by inflicting it on others. Take Joel in account, he rescues Ellie to find peace with him self since he lost Sarah. Abby tries to find peace within herself by killing Joel, but it doesn't work because she still has nightmares. After dreaming of entering the surgery room and sees Lev and Yara, she decides to go after them to save them, which when she does, she has another dream which finally isn't a nightmare. In that dream she enters the surgery room and finds her father alive and happy. She finally found peace. Ellie would attempt to kill Abby to find peace within HERSELF, but after all the flashbacks of Joel being tortured, while drowning Abby she has a final flashback of Joel well and happy playing the guitar. This is directly what happened to Abby where she saw her father happy and well. So Ellie decides to not kill Abby and have her and Lev move on together knowing killing her won't bring back Joel. Lastly, Tommy at first did not want to go after Abby because he found peace within himself not by hurting others, but by staying in Jackson with his wife. Until ELLIE tried convinced him because Tommy had all he wanted. In the end, after Tommy loses his wife and everything, roles are changed and Tommy attempts to convince Ellie to leave everything she had(the farm) and go after Abby since he lost everything he had and he wanted to find peace within himself by making sure Abby is dead. Ellie would tell Dina she can't sleep since she thinks about Abby too much, same with Abby telling Owen she can't sleep because she thinks about Joel too much. The moral of the story isn't revenge is bad, but how everyone tries to find peace within himself. The last of us 1 had an ending where the surface was hope but underneath it was misery, the last of us 2 had an ending where the surface was misery but underneath was hope. This was also shown how Ellie hates Abby not because she killed Joel only, but took away Ellies chance to forgive Joel, which later on she realizes Joel only wanted her to try to forgive him, which in the ending is shown therefore Ellie no longer strives to kill Abby.… Expand

    To be honest, I think the programmer in the Naughty dog is perfect, they try a lot to achieve a lot of new techniques. However, the narrative of this game is terrible, that waste all other people's effort in Naughty dogs. I think Neil Druckmann and his story is a joke.     The gameplay inherits the usual level of naughty dogs, but the gameplay is not as rich and rich as the level. The battle and narrative rhythm are chaotic. Poor narrative techniques and irrational stories make the performance of the whole game worse.

It's all about human nature and how gruesome and violent it can get. I remember pausing the game to catch my breath several times, or stop playing to digest what I have just witnessed.     A game written by a professional victim trying to blame the haTeRs for every grain of criticism it gets. Don't even bother, the writing is patchy, uninteresting and game segments feel disconnected from one another. Useless characters get introduced for the sole purpose of dying on camera. Hell, even the main characters stop caring about them as soon as they push the lifeless bodies ofA game written by a professional victim trying to blame the haTeRs for every grain of criticism it gets. Don't even bother, the writing is patchy, uninteresting and game segments feel disconnected from one another. Useless characters get introduced for the sole purpose of dying on camera. Hell, even the main characters stop caring about them as soon as they push the lifeless bodies of their "best friends" aside. The graphics is current gen, animations are cool enough for the first 5-10 times they play. The gameplay didn't change since the first game btw so it's functional. Not inspired or breathtaking but functional. The whole narrative of people hating the game because they are some sort of phobic just brings us to the first point. By all means, put whoever you want in your game but it's is just plain boring, simple as that. Whatever, we're all incels in Neil's book lol

    Characters are trash and unlikeable over all. Joe would never reveal him name to strangers get that what’s happened in part two and that’s what got him killed and the games tries to make Ellie the antagonist and tries to make Abby the protagonist and it shows, ran into game breaking bugs that have been here since launch that never got fixed

    I want to give this game a bad rating because some annoying guy called A Quag to the Past kept spamming "TLOU2 GOTY stay mad" on my pokemon fansite and it was really annoying (not because TLOU2 won GOTY but because it was spam.) However, I have to give this game a 10 because this adaire guy I know likes this game and he'll be sad if I give it a bad review.

This game had so much potential, the VA are amazing, the world was already good and most old characters are likeable, and wow... the music is amazing, but the story is a let down, a story about a revenge path and in the last second you forgive then wants to kill the person and then forgive again... is honestly bad writing, mostly because of the ending than the actually start point and middle point and playing as the antagonist is a amazing idea, but she is not likeable enough for that, only the kid saves her side of the story. Looking to the other side of the coin, one old character twists himself in a way that doesn't look natural, it looks so sudden how he is protective in the end and then later on wants Ellie to have revenge as well. Tommy and Ellie lacks what would make them more realistic in the end, a sudden change with almost no explanation, going to "I forgive you" to "I don't forgive you" too many times.… Expand

    The last of us 2 es una oportunidad desaprovechada completamente, tienes los recursos necesarios para hacer una obra magnifica, conservando la forma de contar la historia del original y mejorando sus mecanicas, pero este queda a medio camino en las mejoras y destruye su historia.
    Primero dejar en claro, que el juego tiene las mejores animaciones, graficos y una interpretacion de los    The last of us 2 es una oportunidad desaprovechada completamente, tienes los recursos necesarios para hacer una obra magnifica, conservando la forma de contar la historia del original y mejorando sus mecanicas, pero este queda a medio camino en las mejoras y destruye su historia.
    Primero dejar en claro, que el juego tiene las mejores animaciones, graficos y una interpretacion de los actores maravillosa, esperable y necesaria en los juegos AAA.
    Pero tiene problemas irreparables, hablemos de sus mecanicas, una de las principales quejas (de las pocas) del TLOU 1, es que sus mecanicas terminaban siendo repetitivas, en la parte 2, mejoran muy superficialmente las mecanicas, con un arbol de habilidades que no genera ningun impacto significativo, con una IA (tu compañero) muy irregular, sacandote practicamente de la inmersion del juego. Puzzles inexistentes.
    Y el principal problema del juego, la historia pierde demasiada fuerza, las situaciones se presentan e forma desorganizada (Me refiero a que carecen de impacto emocional, de conexion con el jugador), hay demasiados momentos "deus ex" donde se salvan o las cosas ocurren de milagro. El "realismo" que buscaba en el primero se desmorona rapidamente en la parte 2.
    Finalmente, por un suceso que pasa al principio del juego, personalmente le pondria un 0 al juego, sobretodo por el desenlace. Pero no es justo, aún asi siento que es un juego de 4/10    … Expand

The story is poorly wrote and it's filled with nonsense or useless plot twists that demands an endless killing that doesn't get you anywhere. Ellie's lesbian relationship adds nothing to the game's story, they surely could make it better. The game has such an emotional/sexual/violence appeal just to categorize it as Mature +17 and these events could be easily removed from the story and wouldn't change anything at all...

    No es tan malo como todos dicen y para aquellos que le dan una mala puntuación solo por la muerte de Joel y no has jugado el juego quita tu opinión solo haces que las personas lo odien o que la gente ya no quiera comprarlo, la verdad lo recomiendo el juego es bastante bueno y no me considero un fan solo lo jugué porque mi papa es fan.

    Technically perfect and a mature and provocative storyline that only expands and improves the universe of the previous game. So many different emotions in a game that goes where few dared to go. A masterpiece!!!

    I don't know what I was talking about when I gave this a good review. It was a drudge to the end, the story was phoned in, and I never picked it back up after completing it. Anticipating a masterpiece, was not nearly that. Ghost of Tsushima was leaps and bounds better as a 2020 game.

    This game had too much to live up to. It was gripping at the beginning, but the story felt artificial and uninteresting, unlike the first where I was fully engrossed. There is lots of fun gameplay but it starts to drag its feet as you run around pointlessly, as a character whom you aren't connected to in the same way as the main protagonist.     It gets points for keeping me entertained for about 30 hours. Half the game you play as Ellie and half the game you play as Abby, and I don't know what they were trying to do but I think I'm not alone when I say, I don't like Abby, I don't want her to succeed and after finishing the game, I didn't at any point wanted her to succeed.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I wanted to wait until the insanity surrounding this game died down a little, before I left a review. Pinkie promise I’m not jumping on the bandwagon to be one of those people hating on the game even though they didn’t play it. I preordered this game December of last year, and I had the highest hopes for it. I loved the first game, with a deep, immovable passion, and like many others, I waited with hope for the sequel for seven long years. I had every faith in Naughty dog, that this would be the best game of the year. Through all the delays, and the controversy, my faith never wavered I didn’t look at the leaks, so I went into the game without any bias. And at first, I loved it. Joel’s death was shocking and horrible, but not unexpected. I cried about it, sure. But I thought there had to be a reason why they axed off one of the most beloved characters in any game ever. I loved playing as Ellie and running around Seattle with Dina. The little open world segment was fun, and the puzzles, while not overly complex or satisfying to solve, were at least different and had a little variety, improving on the first game. And the graphics, oh my god, They are brilliant. The combat was fun, very similar to the first game, You can go in guns blazing, or stick with stealth and try and slip on by I was really loving the game at this point, having fun, and looking to avenge Joel. But at the midpoint of the game, for some terrible reason, I’m forced to play Abby, the girl that murdered Joel. They kick you back to day one, as Abby. I have no idea what Naughty dog was thinking. I hated Abby for the most obvious reasons in the world. But I had to play as her for ten hours. Made even worse by her having no actual goals, and already knowing what is going to happen. They force you to play flashbacks within flashbacks to try and make you like her, but it was an impossible task. Abby’s section was boring and pointless, considering the women you spend half of Abby’s time trying to save just dies anyway. The only fun part was going in for bear hugs with clickers, running into fires, and leaping off cliffs. Even worse, the game forces you to beat the piss out of Ellie just to progress. I nearly set the controller down and walked away forever. I did not care about Abby. The game could never make me care for her, after seeing her kill Joel horribly and brutally. Please be aware that naughty dog lied in the marketing repeatedly, which was just a slimy, nasty thing to do to it’s consumers. But aside from the lies they told to sell copies, the game really talked down to the player. “Revenge is bad, murder is bad, how dare you kill that dog?” I enjoyed the first half, but it very quickly became a pretentious, depressing slog of a game that does not warrant more than one play through. It thinks it’s far more clever and deep than it is. So that’s my opinion on the game. It looked beautiful. The combat was fun at first, but quickly became repetitive. And the story was complete and utter trash. I really wish it had not been this way. the game looks absolutely amazing.… Expand

    - слишком высокая цена на игру для РОССИИ. Гадкие русофобы из Сони обрушили курс валют и заставляют покупать игры по 5000 рублей.
    - не вышла на ПК. Невозможно получить полноценный игровой опыт сидя сгорбившись на проперженном офисном стуле, смотря в 15'дюймовую форточку для учёбы.
    - игры (как и консоли впрочем) у меня нет, я посмотрел полчаса катсцен на ютубе, но я всё про неё прекрасно знаю!

    The Plot was average, i liked the first one better, this one focused on a revenge story plot. The ending, the ending was ok, tho i feel like its a cliff hanger.

    Od razu mówię ,że gra dostaje 10/10. Dlaczego ? Ponieważ, spełniła a raczej przewyższyła moje wszelkie oczekiwania. TLoU2 to gra o tym jak Ellie wchodzi w dorosłe życie z buta bez parasola ochronnego jakim był dla niej Joel. Rozumiem decyzję twórców jaką było uśmiercenie Joela. Gra miała być mocna i właśnie przez to taka była. Joel zginął a to było silnikiem napędowym wydarzeń w grze. CzyOd razu mówię ,że gra dostaje 10/10. Dlaczego ? Mamy tutaj morał który mówi o tym że co się stało to się nie odstanie i nic tego nie zmieni a zwłaszcza zemsta. Co do dwóch głównych postaci. Abby - po tym co zrobiła z Joelem miałem chciałem ją zabić, ale po czasie poznałem jej motywację i spojrzałem na nią łaskawszym okiem lecz to i tak nie uchroniło jej od tego że chciałem jej wpakować kulkę w łeb bo jestem fanem 1 części i byłem bardzo związany z Joelem i Ellie . Podczas gry następuje jej przemiana bo z zawodowej morderczyni staje się nabierać powoli człowieczeństwa poprzez spotkanie Leva i Yary, również postanawia nie zabijać Ellie ani Diny mimo tego że ta zabiła jej bliskich ,najprawdopodobniej przez to że poniekąd rozumiała Ellie a Dina była w ciąży. Natomias Ellie z zwykłej dziewczyny poprzez rządze zemsty zamienia się w maszyne do zabijania. To normalne że chcę pomścić Joela za wszelką cenę bo ja chciałem tego samego. Zakończenie gry najpierw mnie w jakiś sposób rozczarowało ,ale rozumiem motywacje wszystkich postaci w tej grze. Gdyby Ellie nie wróciła po Abby męczyło by ją to do końca życia ,więc wróciła po nią i upodliła - po prostu dała jej do zrozumienia że może odebrać jej życie, mogła to zrobić ,ale wiedziała że to NIE wróci życia Joelowi i gdy upodliła swoje nemezis darowała jej życie. Z drugiej strony zadała Abby już wystarczająco dużo ciosów mordując jej bliskich. Tak samo jak Abby nie zamordowała Ellie ze wzgędu na to że Dina była w ciąży a ona odpłaciła się tym samym bo Abby również miała kogoś pod swoją opieką. Podsumowując. Ellie jak i Abby straciły bliskie im osoby oraz jedna darowała drugiej życie z tego samego powodu bo obie nie były morderczyniami tylko obie miały w sobie człowieka. Zemsta niczego nie naprawi - to morał tej gry. Na co więc śmierć Joela ? Tutaj postawcie się w sytuacji Abby... Eliie dorosła, nauczyła się podejmować własne decyzje. Najlepsza gra w jaką grałem w życiu. Jest w niej dużo tematów budzących kontrowersje i lepsze to niż kolejna gierka która wylatuje z głowy po napisach końcowych. Jeszcze raz 10/10.… Expand

It is a good game with a brutal revenge story and wth an unbelievable atmosphere and immersion. It is certainly not the best story, but it took me in and I couldn't stop playing. Yes, Joel dies and it made me angry and I hated the game for a minute. However after you learn the motivation and story of the other side, it actually makes you understand. So don't get confused by all the crybabies and just enyoy the game for what it is: a game!… Expand

    In a world with so much potential, there are some character arcs that are horrible !!
    The history from Scars / Seraphites is terrible, very bad !!
    Yara and Lev are very weak characters, with a very forced story!
    The main characters storyline is good, but Abby's arc starts very bad and improves over time.

    I don't see why people like this game not saying you can't problem is the structure is abysmal and there are a couple things I have to say to anyone who calls these characters deep and/or complex if you want to see a character that actually has depth play Wasteland 3 and take note of the Patriarch or if you want something shorter type in llamas with hats
