    Como um jogo de entretenimento ele é ótimo! Porem como um "Remake" ou até mesmo uma reimaginação, deixa um pouco a desejar! Se fosse um game novo sem a sombra do seu clássico, ele seria excelente!

    Only positive point is Carlos and Jill, just them, Nemesis is a joke, the lack of puzzle is ridiculous, the duration of the game is ridiculous, the lack of iconic scenes from the original Resident Evil 3 is ridiculous, I loved RE2 Remake, but this one is hard to swallow.

    At times I really enjoyed it, the characters, Raccoon city atmosphere etc, it looks great and is slick but is very short, has a couple of clunky unenjoyable battles with hunters and excludes content from the original, clock tower, the water works and the park. Great to see Jill back however!!! Jill Valentine IS resident evil!

    I simply CANT BELIEVE Resident Evil 3 Remake is actually SO SHORT. In a relaxed walkthrought it took me barely 5 hours to finish it. I feel so disappointed. It seems like a long DLC more than a full 70 euro long-waited game. Why Capcom, why? And NO PUZZLES? in a classic Resident Evil? For god sake.

It was an action oriented experience which many fans disliked at the time. This remake was a chance to strike a tonal balance between the series' identity as Survival-horror and the Action-oriented nature of the original game. Unfortunately this remake failed and the result is a poorly paced, tonally inconsistent entry to the series which will fall short of the majority of consumers expectations. In the opening hours it becomes clear that Resident Evil 3 remake lacks the significant maze-like level design that made the previous two entries to the series; Resident Evil 7 (RE7) and last years remake; Resident Evil 2 (RE2R), such a joy to explore. Instead players will here find a title which quickly becomes a linear experience ridden with set pieces with no need for the player to consider planning a route. Expectations regarding this title's main antagonist, Nemesis, were understandably high after experiencing the harrowing encounters with the villains Jack Baker and Mr X in previous games. Unfortunately the emergent gameplay many were hoping for is mostly absent from this title. Nemesis is largely relegated to highly scripted sequences and the generic boss fights reminiscent of weaker Resident Evil titles. There's a reason why this remake isn't given the full title of it's source material. Many fans deciding whether or not to pick up this remake will be anxious to know whether their favourite parts of the original game made the cut. Well, unlike last years remake, this title fails to take the majority of it's source material and reproduce it in a faithful fashion. Large sections of the original game, enemies and a boss fight have been cut from this remake. This could be forgiven were it not for the game's pitiful runtime. Last year's remake managed to take it's original's run time and significantly increase it to meet modern expectations without it ever feeling padded. Most players got at least 13 hours out of RE2R without having to consider starting a true second playthrough. People's expectations were therefore high for this game and, when combined with the 60 dollar price tag, are justified in expecting a campaign comparable to the likes of RE2R. Unfortunately this remake fails to significantly extend it's campaign beyond the length of the original to something modern audiences have come to expect. At just 7 hours for an initial playthrough this title really stretches our ideas about the subjective value one can put on a game.

    This is perhaps why Capcom have bundled this title with a buggy, unbalanced multiplayer mode in the form of Resident Evil: Resistance. It is important to note that extra modes seen in previous Resident Evil titles have never before had to justify the lack of content in their single player modes, the latter of which being the main reason most people buy these games. Had it been given another year of development this title could have been the remake everyone was expecting. Unfortunately, despite glossy visuals the game manages to be underwhelming in terms of level design, Nemesis encounters, faithfulness to the original, campaign duration and value for money. Consumers should wait for a sale when considering purchasing this game which should really have been sold as 30 dollar DLC for last year's excellent RE2R.

After beating it there isn't much to do except if you like to unlock special weapons and try to beat it on higher difficulties and the side game resistance is fun to mess with but I don't see people returning to it after a short while.

There are no user reviews actually explaining the bad in this game so they are all review bombs just because they are salty or looking through nostalgia glasses that have them blinded. With that said here is my review

    The main campaign is about 6 to 8 hours long depending on how you explore and how many times you die. The main story is EXACTLY the same as the original. Yes the final section is pretty much like the final section of Resident Evil 2 but it is still nice and makes a bit more sense than a random factory dead center in the city with Military Early Warning Systems that can track a ballistic missile with pinpoint accuracy. The city streets weren’t as long as the original and the clock tower was cut down to a boss arena however they made up for it by expanding the hospital and lab a little more. Upon completion of the game you unlock a store that encourages you to beat the game again to unlock new items ranging from tokens for extra damage to weapons. Now this does come with Resistance, which I have not played and have no intention of playing because it’s not my cup of tea, which is an online Multiplayer mode similar to dead by daylight. Overall if you are not a series die hard just wait for a good sale on it. The Original Resident Evil 3 was only relplayable due to its RNG but it was all pretty much the same story over and over just at a different location.

    Also read the 0 reviews closely. None of them are saying anything that’s actually wrong with the game and just what they feel is wrong with the main character. “Oh ShE iSnT jUlIa VoTh 0/10”, “oH sHe SaYs ThE f WoRd”, “oH iGn GaVe It ThIs So It MuSt Be BaD”, and my favorite from a Youtube Troll channel “SoUlLeSs CaShGrAb”. Metacritic needs to delete every review with a 0. Its really getting out of hand

    The game took me 3.5 hours to finish which left me felt empty confused and angry I spent $80 (AUD) on this and was hoping for more of the resident evil 2 which was 8 hours and had four playthroughs. This game was missing enormous moments like character deaths (they where different in the original), locations, bosses/enemies and the thing that I loved in the original, multiple choices and multiple endings, this adds so much replay value to the game. Also I felt nemesis was under used compared to Mr X, he doesn't stalk you around the city, he just stalks you from a certain set piece until you get to the next exposition dump or cutscene. Also the game is way to easy and the best modes are locked until you complete the harder difficulties. Apart from the first nemesis boss the others are pretty bad and are reuses.

    Now to the positives. The graphics are beautiful from Jill to the new zombie models, it looks great, maybe a tad better on main character models than 2 remake. Nemesis is frightening when he actually chases you and he makes sure he is always near you. He is also pretty badass in cutscenes and made me definitely want more of him. The opening is amazing and left me with high expectations (which where let down). Pretty much up until 1.5 hour mark the game is extremely fun and I loved it, I didn't do much exploring but when I did I found some cool things.

    Overall this game is ultra disappointing but for most of the time I played I enjoyed the game until the end which fell down extremely fast in quality. I hope they give us some updates to put more of the original content into the remake which will easily make the game worth it. At the moment this game is only worth $20-$30 (AUD).

    I enjoyed this slick action-leaning survival horror game. I've been playing Resi games for 23 years and can happily say this is a good one. The locations are memorable (especially the streets, power plant and the hospital)
    I enjoyed this slick action-leaning survival horror game. I've been playing Resi games for 23 years and can happily say this is a good one. While it suffers from coming in the wake of the wonderful experience that was the RE2 remake, pretty much offering more of the same, it is definitely worth playing.

    The locations are memorable (especially the streets, power plant and the hospital) and it was good to switch between Jill and Carlos. I thought the boss battles were decent and varied enough. I really liked the return of the Hunters as well. It was also nice to have a siege defence sequence, a rare treat in a RE game. I would have liked more use of the mine grenades, which made a brief cameo appearance.

    There are a huge amount of complaints going on about the length, but in fact there is pretty much the same amount as RE2 remake. It just doesn't have as much backtracking like in RE2's police station. And the dodge mechanic and plentiful ammo mean you can blast through very quickly, hence the embarrassingly quick speedruns. But that's not how you get the most from the game. Yes, I wish it were longer, but all the classic RE games and their remakes are pretty short.

    There were a few disappointing things. Apart from near the start, and 4 boss battles Nemesis, is limited to Uncharted style scripted chases with collapsing platforms and dodging of rockets. I didn't enjoy them much.

    It's a big shame they cut the clock tower and the graveyard boss. And there is nowhere near enough open exploration of Raccoon City. It's pretty much what you get in the demo. Also the main human antagonist must be the weakest and most forgettable in the series. Wesker he ain't.

    Overall i enjoyed it a lot, it has some great locations and combat, and will play through again on the tougher difficulty levels.
    For non-obsessives of the RE series it might be better to wait for a price drop.

Soundtrack is very well done, much more faithful to the original than the remake of 2. Nemesis, when used is very well done. 2 great chase sequences and 4 epic boss fights. The story is still the same, but told from a more coherent, realistic perspective. Carlos is much more likeable. Nemesis just isn’t used enough though. His appearances are also way too linear. Very disappointing to have the what if’s about what a more open Raccoon City could be like with Nemesis on you as much as Mr. X from 2. But then, if the average gamer complained about him being too difficult. They would likely do the same to Nemesis. Is the game short? Yes, but it’s still longer than the original. About the average length for a game in this series. It has replay ability though. There is a shop section that unlocks after beating the game. You get points by completing bonus challenges. This unlocks include costumes, weapons, and stat boosts that can be applied to further play through of the game. There’s also 2 hidden unlockable difficulty settings that greatly change the gameplay. This makes a total of 5 modes to play through. Capcom was very honest in stating that this wasn’t a frame for frame copy of the original, and I’m glad. I wouldn’t pay 60 dollars for something I’ve already seen and done. The doge mechanic still needs some work, but they can easily improve it in other games as the series goes on. There are some content cuts that don’t make sense. The clock tower should have still been explorable. Barry should still make a cameo in the ending.But what’s there is still very good. These minor things are not valid reasons to immediately right it off as a bad game. That’s just petty if you ask me. It ties better into the main storyline now. Overall, die-hard fans of the series will be able to get lots of enjoyment out of it. The core elements of what makes Resident Evil fun are mostly still there. Given the current state of the world, with everyone stuck indoors 24/7, we should just be grateful we got a decent game to pass the time at all. I honestly think the group of people throwing hate this games way are people who have just become a bit jaded as the years have gone on. It’s undeniable that Resident Evil tends to have a very fickle fan base. No matter how good a game is, they always have something to knit pick and hate it for. I personally feel this was one of the better ones in the series. Expand

    OK... So this is what happens when you market the hell out of your game and completely rush it. So this is what happens when you market the hell out of your game and completely rush it. I'm not going lie, I really wanted more out of RE3 remake, but sadly it's a huge **** disappointment. I'm not trying to interpret it's a horrible game, it's actually decent. It's what you think it is. Resident Evil 3 that plays like Resident Evil 2. However, it fails to be better than, if not as good than either of them. If I didn't know any better, I'd say this is a Resident Evil 2 Remake DLC. That's how half ass it feels. A **** load of content was removed that was in the original. I was looking forward to the park and exploring the clock tower whch were really important levels in the orignal game. I get there are some interesting new ideas but cutting great content that made the game great shouldn't have been an options. Moving on to the gameplay aspects of things let's talk about Nemesis first. I keep hearing mixed perceptions on him but my opinion on Nemesis is that he's **** ass and he's barely terrifying . In this he don't even live up to his name. He's heavily **** scripted. The big guy only makes an appearance when you do something. Mr. X from RE2 actually searched the precinct for you and although he was slower and didn't use weapons he felt more scarier because you know he was mostly always there looking for you. I realize Nemesis was scripted in the original but it was down better because he felt like more of monster than an annoyance. Boss fights with Nemesis are horribly done. The first fight was ok. The scenery of the construction site being in gulfed in flames while taking on Nemesis was awesome. Although fighting him felt more like a tom and jerry cat and mouse situation. But next fight was poorly designed. For some reason all of a sudden fire affects him. So he falls into the water and mutates into a hugh reptile thing??? When fighting him I died like four times. He was lighting this larger **** up with mines and fire rounds he wouldn't go down. I eventually got passed it, but that boss fight was poorly integrated. The enemies are pretty rough but that's expected for a Resident Evil game. However what really annoys me is that when Jill will be in dark ass areas and not turn her damn flash light. So I'm always getting nabbed because I can't see what's coming until the last minute. If you seen my streams you would know how much this pissed me off. I literally was about to take a whole entire **** point off for this **** Jesus **** Christ! The length of the campaign 5-6 hours? Like what the **** Really Capcom this is what you call a $60 game? Ok beforeI blow a blood vessel let's talk about a few thing I like. Jill and Carlos are awesome characters. Jill is well designed, she's beautiful, well acted and an all around down to earth despites what's going on. Carlos is **** hilarious with his one liners. Although Jill constantly shoots him down when he shoots his shot his confidence never waivers. And he's kind of like a superhero. The storyline really makes you wanna read on the missing documents especially in the U.S.B.C I hope I'm getting their acronym right. The zombies come in a lot of packs, so you better bust your gun. Don't bother trying to run past them if there's more than 3 coming towards you. I had to constantly learn that the hard way. There are also new enemies like the hunter B, these sewer monsters that will eat you whole if you get too close and these insects from the original game that will put their maggots down your throat. LOL wow... Racoon City seems has a more simplistic design in this one, but it does look stunning. And nice to see that back tracking is still nicely designed and shows it could still work newer in games. However, the environments streets are blocked off by cars and barrucades and are narrow so running away like I said is barely an option. But it was pretty much like this in the original so I'll give them that one. While this game has quite a few redeeming factors it still feels like they rushed the game and literally started on it after finishing RE2 Remake which was a year ago and it's feel so inconsistent. That being said I'm rating it a 6.5/10. At first I was going to give it a 7. But bringing up all this made me realize it isn't a 7. It's hard to believe IGN gave this a 9... For me to give a game a 7 it has to at least feel like it was worth $60 bucks. RE3 Remake wasn't. I love Resident Evil. But Capcom needs to stop rushing it's titles and bringing ideas no one asked for. Expand

    ATTENTION: Do not buy Resident Evil 3 IF you do not want to play Resident Evil 3.

    The game is outstanding and is probably the Resident Evil title that benefits the most from a remake. Both Jill and Carlos are fantastic and the dialogue lacks any of the cringe of the RE2 remake (looking at you, Claire). The knife, dodge, and zombie action are all improved over the previous remake. Liked RE2 better? Yo, no one cares. Did you finish the game quickly on an easier difficulty setting? Next time, read (or have someone read for you if you are incapable) and choose the difficulty setting that will match your expectations. Upset about the omission of the clocktower? Uh, that was absolutely the most tedious part of the original release. The story in this game is tight, to the point, and does not include any frivolous exploration that frankly has no place in a story about an outbreak. All of the players that wanted to slowly creep around, get upgrades, and plant a garden or whatever have something wrong with them. If you are influenced by them and their inability to understand that quality always trumps quantity, then there is something wrong with you.

    So don't be a dunce. Buy Resident Evil 3 and have an outstanding time. Hell, play the game on nightmare and inferno modes and have a true S.T.A.R.S. experience. And if you know someone from the church of RE2 remake, wait until the end of the pandemic and throw something messy (but safe!) at them. You'll be doing anyone with an IQ score (any IQ score) a favor.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is the first Resident Evil game I've completed and I have to say it was kind of disappointing. Before i get into this review, i know people won't like this review because I haven't played the original so I don't know what it's like but if i played the original, people will say I was blinded by nostalgia and that's why I couldn't enjoy it. Before I start, I will spoil some parts of the game, so if you really want to play without spoilers, then skip this review.

    Let me start off by saying this game wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either. Nemesis was the thing that disappointed me the most, with his scripted events not really doing anything for me, just annoying me. It started off well, with him showing up at the very beginning really caught me off guard. But after that, i never felt intimidated by him. When he did show up, he was stupidly easy to take down, getting knocked down by a single grenade. The rooftop fight was my favorite encounter with Nemesis but I feel like it was too easy as well. The hardest part of the game of for me was the Hunter Beta in the hospital with Carlos. But after you take control of Jill again, it only takes a few shotgun shells to put them back down. The sewer section was really bad, with the constricted space making it hard to take the Hunter Gamma's. They were easy to take down, but the limited space you're given is idiotic. The hospital section was boring as hell, which was Carlos, looking around for a vaccine to give to Jill. The inventory was also a problem for me, I always felt like I had tons of spaces but never had enough room for everything. The game also gives you tons of ammunition to the point where you'll most likely discard tons of it or have tons in your item box.

    I could go on and on about other things but I'd be nitpicking at that point. I could say the final fight with Nemesis was a glorified cut scene or how i didn't like how Brad died, but I won't because those feel like nitpicks and I don't want to talk about things that dumb. The last thing I'll say about this game is that it feels like like a $40 game, with a $20 dollar multiplayer add-on that doesn't need to be there.

    Very dissatisfied with this after coming off such a huge high that was resident evil 2. They took out so much content and the game felt rushed. I was so let down by nemesis and how little he was actually in the game. The boss fights were all the same as you run around in circles. Wait for a sale as it can be completed in under 5 hours.

    Resident evil 3 was my favorite game on PS1 and capcom managed to destroy it in that remake. Nemesis became a dog in the middle of the game! extremely short and linear game, they cut the main parts of the game out for only laziness and the new parts do not justify the full price you pay! the game had a lot of potential, but for me it was the biggest disappointment of all!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This GAME was a TOTAL SCAM from CR4PCØM.
    To supposedly be a FULL Game, it feels more like just a DLC of BIOHAZARD 2{2019}; It's too expensive considering the quantity of content than it has, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 60 DOLLARS.
    It's developers even removed too much content, which it's odd when one considers the fact of the same being a 2020 game, not a 1999 game, even whole areas with respect to its original version from 1999 were entirely removed, like the City Hall, the Press Office, St. Michael's Clock Tower, the Raccoon Park, the Cemetery & the Incineration Disposal Plant P-12A; It doesn't even have the "Live Selection", which was basically the main reason of why its original version was so interesting & popular.
    It has lots of unpolished animations, like when Jill breasts suddenly get bigger & move themselves in a very unrealistic way in places like elevators; Zombie corpses can float in the air, or their corpses can explode like balloons; Zombies can make some very weird biting animations; Zombie Gore was severely downgraded in comparison with BIOHAZARD 2{2019}; The zombies are always animate at a maximum of 30 FPS when they are just a bit far from the player; Some parts of it has some very low textures, which is odd for a 2020 game, like the og picture of the S.T.A.R.S. team at the S.T.A.R.S. office.
    BTW: Thanx CR4PCØM, for turning Jill Valentine into a SJW stereotype of a Mary Sue in the style & looks of Alice Abernathy{Milla Jovob¡tch}, to such a degree, that Jill in this title can even lift & use, a Railgun that will weigh at least 45 kg & all by herself, "because something of the sort is VERY REALISTIC!" Also, for making Carlos Oliveira stick his finger in the plug & basically turning him on Chris 2.0, being Carlos in this title even capable of killing BOWs, like the Hunters, by just punching them, "because we all know that something of the sort is also VERY REALISTIC!!"

    Hot damn, after the awesome ride that was RE2 Remake, this game is a disappointment in almost every way. It's not very surprising to me considering this game came out only a year after RE2R. These guys actually had the balls to bundle a Multiplayer RE game that no one asked for (complete with loot boxes and purchasable currency) alongside a botched version of one of the greatest survival horror games ever made. That is just criminal and is an insult to the people who grew up with this game. As if Resistance is supposed to justify the $60 price tag for the lack of content that's in Resident Evil 3 (you can beat the game in 4-5 hours for god sake). Let me just go down the list of just how much is missing from RE3 and it's quite shocking.

    - No Mercenaries

    - No explorable Clock Tower (you only see it during a fight against Nemesis)

    - No City Park

    -No scene where Brad gets mutilated by Nemesis (in fact you don't visit the R.P.D. as all as Jill)

    - No Gas Station segment (you only see it for like 10 seconds)

    - No Pharmacy (when you meet Nicolai for the first time)

    - No Cemetery

    - Nemesis missing one of his transformations

    - Nemesis only appearing during scripted moments instead of randomly like in the original, and he goes away once you reach a specific area, which means that when he does appear it's just as terrifying as it should be

    - Missing weapons like the Mine Launcher, 4 shot Rocket Launcher, the M37 Lever Action Rifle, and the Gatling Gun. You can customize the pistol and shotgun with attachments to give them better performance but they don't turn into new guns from getting parts by knocking out Nemesis like in the original. In fact you don't get any special items like the First Aid Box.

    - No critical choice picking (scripted moments where you have to make a quick decision that can alter cutscenes and the ending which increases replay value)

    - Only ONE ending (Jill and Carlos escaping on the helicopter)

    - No spiders, crows, bloodsucking worms

    - No Grave Digger boss fight

    - Lack of interesting puzzles

    - No Nicolai Helicopter fight

    - Lack of RNG (enemies and items that appear in areas in the original game differ between playthroughs, but in the remake, everything now is scripted, and it's the same enemies and items in the same placements every time, which hurts replay value)

    - Also this might be a nitpick to some but I just hate the sound design of the weapons. Listen to the sound effects in the original, they're amazing even by today's standards, but now in the remake every gun sound like airsoft guns

    There might be other issues that I missed so if I did I apologize in advance.

    There are some good things though

    + Carlos has a bigger role this time around which is great
    + Nemesis looks and sounds incredible
    + Final boss fight was awesome
    + It looks pretty

    But, that's all I can really say about it. Seriously, I don't understand what they were thinking when they released this. All they had to do was take the original PS1 game that we all know and love, and give it a modern look, while also expanding on certain elements like in RE2R. And after making constant comparisons between this and the original, this just feels like a lazy cash crab, probably why they released it so early in this state so now Capcom is probably gonna fix it with DLC like what Square did with Final Fantasy 15 and Kingdom Hearts 3.
    Why play this for $60 when you can just grab your dusty PS3 and download the original game for 5 bucks? The remake is worth $20 at best. I was really gitty for the first 1-2 hours, but by the end I felt quite frustrated. This is my 2nd favorite RE game in the franchise, and this is how they pay homage to the fans? What the actual **** Capcom.

    - Put aside many important environments of the original version
    - Delete most of the main game puzzles
    - Distortion and change the story of the original version
    - Very short content and gameplay
    - Resistance multiplayer problems

    Pros:
    + Graphics;
    + Mechanics / gameplay;
    + Human characters (specially Jill and Carlos);
    + Substation area was short, but amazing;
    + Hospital area as well.

    Cons:
    - Short campaign;
    - Few enemies;
    - Few puzzles;
    - Price.

    Cons (comparison to classic):
    - Nemesis make me fell like I was been chasing by the Terminator;
    - Nemesis second form looks like Alien! (Are you serious Capcom?);
    - Where is the rest of Raccoon City?;
    - Nemesis fights were odd;
    - Beginning;
    - Ending.

    Unfortunately, as a fan of RE 3 classic, for me this game is poor. Again, it could have been much better. What a shame...

    Far, FAAAR to short for the price and even at a $30 dollar price point it would leave a sour taste in your mouth. The game feels uninspired and like a quickly cobbled together dlc for Res 2 remake. Quite a shame. Fun in parts, but overall

    One of the most notable changes are was the removal of sections from the original, such as the Clock tower area, Graveyard, Park and City Hall locations have been removed, along with numerous puzzles and the dynamic multiple-choice scenario options that made the original so memorable.

They ought to have called it Resi3 Arcade because this is more of a theme park ride than an actual game. I trusted Capcom on the strength of Remake2 but after this? Never again. All mitigating factors are made irrelevant by the fact that theyve packaged this with an online multiplayer game WITH paid gambling mechanics and dlc. In no other industry is this remotely acceptable. I would urge people not to make the same mistake i did. Current global situation aside i wouldve returned this. She is not the Jill we know, be it for her appearance or personality, and she is not better for it. Quite the contrary.
    This game has some qualities, but it is so overshadowed by its flaws that the qualities end up feeling irrelevant as you see the credits roll, that's why I will give it a zero.

    Super fun and high replayability. People feel it’s too short or has too much action but it’s comparable in length to the RE2 campaign (minus playing through basically the same campaign multiple times with a different character with only minor differences) and OG Nemesis was more action oriented too. This game is a perfect bridge between RE2 and RE4.

    After a stellar remake of an arguably the best Resident Evil game ever made, Capcom has let down our expectations by giving us a more scripted, more linear survival horror action game that will probably be forgotten like so many sequels that have gone the path of less resistance when it comes to game design. RE3 make feels more like a DLC than a full-blown game.
