    Ugly, dated graphics. Boring, mindless grind play. I want my money back. A stark disappointing contrast to other amazing releases this year. This game has killed faith in Bethesda. If the next Elder Scrolls uses the same game engine, will not be buying.

Куча багор, глюков и лагов и под предлого что в будущем все будет починено, тогда может стоило с начало починить а потом продавать. Рад что не купил.… Expand

    It has some of the look and feel of a Fallout game but it doesn't deserve to be part of the series. They should have never released this mediocre attempt just to produce an online experience. Instead Bethesda should have realized what they are good at: deep single player RPG's, and improve on that.

    This game is borderline unplayable at times. They released a game that wasn't ready and what seems to be on a server that can't handle the type of gameplay. Game has a ton of lag, bugs and glitches. I'd spend your money elsewhere.

    1 may seem low, but it is actually what I would give it. It's free rn. Don't try it. I loved fallout 4 and all this game does is ruin my memories of that game. Now I've gone from loving fallout 4 to hating it. It's weird.

    The Good Things: It looks slightly better than fallout 4 but not 16x THE DETAIL! First 10 minutes are excellent 10/10, but gets boring once you start exploring and    1 may seem low, but it is actually what I would give it. It's free rn. Don't try it. I loved fallout 4 and all this game does is ruin my memories of that game. Now I've gone from loving fallout 4 to hating it. It's weird.

    This video game was a waste of time, it wasn't completed and it was just an unfinished mess. I understand the companies major influence is over single player games but to release a multiplayer game and hype it unto the point where it becomes a meme is too far. The company gave out false promises and ruined their chance at fame when it came to Fallout 76.     I really, Really, REALLY tried to love this game. I have been a huge fan of all of the other Fallout games but this one has soooo many things wrong with it, I just don’t know where to start! After playing only 50hrs (and only at level 22) I am ready to throw in the towel. I have spent far too long trying to manage the weight of my items and the amount I am able to carry with no luck. AfterI really, Really, REALLY tried to love this game. I have been a huge fan of all of the other Fallout games but this one has soooo many things wrong with it, I just don’t know where to start! After playing only 50hrs (and only at level 22) I am ready to throw in the towel. I have spent far too long trying to manage the weight of my items and the amount I am able to carry with no luck. After dropping nearly everything I owned I still only just came under the weight so as not to be overencumbered. On top of this there have been so many game freezes and bugs that it borders on ridiculously frustrating!
    I have enjoyed the brief time of actual gameplay/building/exploring etc I have been able to do without becoming annoyed by something stupid in the game. But frustration heavily outweighs enjoyment!
    I look forward to Fallout 5 - fingers crossed.    … Expand

    It's difficult to give a game a one-star rating when you technically enjoy the setting and gameplay more than most games. Fallout 76 earns a one-star rating despite having the POTENTIAL to be one of the best games of the year because it fails at every level to be a playable game. As I sit reviewing this trash fire of a game, I can still hear another mic'd player lamenting the fact that IIt's difficult to give a game a one-star rating when you technically enjoy the setting and gameplay more than most games. Fallout 76 earns a one-star rating despite having the POTENTIAL to be one of the best games of the year because it fails at every level to be a playable game. As I sit reviewing this trash fire of a game, I can still hear another mic'd player lamenting the fact that I got loaded into his blast zone (no hard feelings, dude, just one of the many glitch-adjacent joys FO76 players get to look forward to) literally TWO MINUTES after I got disconnected from the server and had to Alt F4.

    Where to even begin. From the constant server crashes to the fact that the Bethesda team only ever seems to apply patches to things no one actually gives a crap about ("WOW, this game lags so much it's like playing a slideshow but THANK GOD someone fixed the shadows left behind on the Nuka Cola bottles!"), the entire player experience just feels like a joke. A really, really bad joke.

    The storyline is OK. The graphics are decent. The gameplay is really fun IF you can go 5 minutes without getting knocked from the server or randomly being teleported into a horde of enemies. I didn't have strong feelings about multiplayer one way or another, but it's not even possible to rate the game on those terms, because it just frankly doesn't work. This outdated engine is so clunky that if it was a car, you couldn't sell it to one of those businesses advertising that they "buy junk cars" for $5. It is really, really that bad.

    Just such a waste of potential, such a waste of an incredible setting, cool lore, and standard but enjoyable mechanics. Oh, well. I guess if you like the idea of Fallout, but instead of a playable game, it's a slideshow, this one's great.    … Expand

    Gamers community don’t need this game... All Bethesda fans waiting for a new The Elder Scrolls, continuation of Fallout, but not this abominable try to earn easy money for Todd Howard. I hope it will be a good example for other developers.

    I am giving it a 1 for the intent. The game is a bug, it is visually the messiest AAA game I have seen in years plus you wont care for any of the story line since there are 0 NPCs and that takes the soul of the game.

    By far the worst game iv ever played not just in bethesda but on the entire ps4 platform itself.. An obvious money grab. I purchased it for 15€ just to see if its as bad as i ultimatley knew it was going to be. 15 is too expensive for trash like this... I feel bad for anybody who spent 200 on power armour edition

    I played all fallout games and they were all amazing. I never expected this game to be the worst game I ever played. I tried giving it a chance but the glitches never stopped. The game does not have a good storyline and it was just a waste of money. I feel bad for the fans and who purchased the expensive packet. If I would have waited and see all the flaws, I would have never purchased this game.

Everything that was good about fallout i.e. solo player mode; human NPCs, amazing storylines, every new location feeling like you're discovering it for the first time is gone.     I bought the collectors edition and tried this game in singleplayer (online) and with friends bouth its the biggest crap.

    I waited to give it time. Let them fix it and make it better. I dont feel they have. It is still buggie and i just dont understand why they keep messing up. I feel there greed is showing and i will not buy another game from them without renting it first. If you are enjoying this game good for you but this left a bad taste for me.

Anthem and it is making me sick and tired of online service games which now I just don't buy because of how insulting they are to fans.     Wow was this bad. After playing fallout 4 and really enjoying it, this was really disappointing. I put a good amount of time into it at launch, but I couldn’t even bring myself to finish it. The story (if you can call it that) was lifeless and empty. Just a terrible game and a complete waste of money.

    It seems like they have just tested one part of the campaign. If you play as a rider you have to restart role levela sometimes, because you can't xontinue. The game is still laggy.     One if the fun parts of fallout was always to collect stuff. But in fallout 76 they still haven't figured out how to implement more storage space. You can just store 800g in your storage.
    When you want more storage place you have to pay 100€ extra per year or you can throw stuff away.
    Even when the new story is quite fun, you always feel, that this game is just a cash cow. So if hey want to sell this game to you for the full price, just don't buy it.    … Expand

    I just recent redownloaded FO76 just for kicks and it was still the same buggy piece of **** I remember... Easily one of the worst game's of this generation.

A low level will deal as much damage to an enemy as somebody with a higher level since the enemies scale to each player. When you get stronger over time the enemies in the same area get stronger aswell so there is not point for me to upgrade my character. The System before was way better, where enemies would have a certain fixed level in a specific area. I also prefered the perk system in Fallout 4 where you could unlock every single perk. It is a grind to unlock every perk, but this was another reason that kept me playing. Why couldnt they just make a Fallout with coop combatibility instead of an online Fallout. Im just gonna stick to the other Fallout entries for now.… Expand

    Bought game on sale for $13 on PS Store. Played for about 20 minutes - all of which were inside the intro vault due to 3 disconnects. Game never saved, so had to remake character 2 times. Asked Sony for a refund and they accused my internet of being the problem before issuing a refund. Stick to single-player games Bethesda...

    Even without the bugs this game would be bad. It removes the most important elements of previous Fallout games (story, choice, interesting characters) and replaces them with the worst elements (not very good FPS combat). This project should never have gone beyond the design phase because the design of the game is fundamentally flawed and a terrible idea.

    Not actually Fallout so... whatever this is supposed to be it's not a game that anyone wanted. It's also quite ugly on the eyes. 2010 called, and they want their graphics back.

    Music and sound are ok though... so if you're into that - it's fine.

    The way I see it there is a glaring problem with Fallout 76: the engine is not aging well and Bethesda should know better. The games just got worse in my honest opinion. Fallout 3 is a    Bethesda's logic: "oh, so players love the immersion and depth of the single player experience of the Fallout series? Great, let's turn the next one into a online, multiplayer-only experience then!".

    The way I see it there is a glaring problem with Fallout 76: the engine is not aging well and Bethesda should know better. The games just got worse in my honest opinion. Fallout 3 is a MASTERPIECE. New Vegas is a pretty decent game, almost as good as 3. Fallout 4 I could not even finish, got so bored I just gave up. And now, 76 instead of bringing that unforgettable storytelling (which is a trademark of the series) does something completely different, worse!, something the COMMUNITY does not want.

    Fallout is not a coop game, sorry. It's not a multiplayer game, with daily/weekly events, with pvp shenanigans, trying to be a half baked mmo. It's about an individual journey, getting lost in a believable world and hooked by an incredible story.

    Bethesda completely missed the mark. Now they have to deal with the results.    … Expand

    I really enjoyed fallout 4 back in 2015. At that time, people complained about the engine being old and the graphics being bad, I agree the graphics were at times really bad and I tried to over look it. But I still enjoyed the gameplay. So I was very excited to get fallout 76!

    On JUNE 21 2019 a slew of 10/10 reviews pop up. Reminds me of spam reviews for Raven's Cry (worst game of all time). A statistical blip or is Bethesda spamming positive reviews to prop this game up?     Game is buggy but at least some of the bugs can be fixed. Unfortunately the game also includes micro-transactions. Over priced micro-transactions. It's basically a platform to sell micro-transactions instead of a being decent game. Also launched with crazy expensive special editions that didn't deliver on what was advertised. Cash grab.

Now mods on Bethesda games generally were great, but the said games were FRIGGIN' SINGLEPLAYER GAMES!. You seriously think some players won't be ****s and create mods that give unfair advantages and may even break the game? Yeah, there could be an anti-cheat software, but then it will also block mods that were genuinely trying to improve the game. And there aren't even private servers yet, which I am hoping there won't be any monetization scheme to run the private servers.

It had so many bugs, glitches and errors that even EA would be ashamed (Many will say that this is an impossibility;-). It was maybe not even in a Beta state. Then there was not much content (NPCs, good quests, remarkable storylines etc.). They couldn't even properly fix the bugs until today. The patches often cause more problems. The last two I remember were that reloading your weapon could deactivated parts of your armour. You need to remove and re-equip you armour to fix this (Good luck during combat). The most serious bug allowed hackers to plunder your complete inventory (Don't know if they needed even a line of sight). Then there were the problems with the collectors edition (Which I don't own). There was the mold helmet issue that could cause health problems and the duffel bag fiasco. They showed a better bag in their promotional pictures than they delivered and then were caught lying. They banned a player who reported an exploit to them to get it fixed. If I remember correctly he was the guy who made the Map 76 (I have only heard of the map by hearsay). They could not stop hackers from exploiting the games (Some make other players life a living hell). Then there is Fallout first. A detestable try to tab your cash. They want 100$ per year from you for additional content for this full prized game in a still broken state. Even the Fallout first features were broken / had bugs. If by now this is not a 0/10 game than nothing qualifies for this. They have failed in every category. I even think they needed the money to avoid problems or a bankruptcy because such incompetence would made even a government official feel humiliated. Overall while you still can have some limited fun it is not something you should defend in the slightest way. If you like Fallout you should play Fallout 3 / 4 or New Vegas. You can get the Ultimate / Game of the year editions relatively cheap and they are much better.… Expand

    So utterly disappointing and flawed in every possible way… The first few hours, most of it can be ignored, and occasionally the flaws can be forgotten, but only briefly before they come storming back to the forefront. An awful, boring, empty, pointless experience. There is, however, a glimmer of hope. It's worth mentioning that there has already been a Bethesda title that was equally as unimpressive: The Elder Scrolls Online - but looking at it now, it has transformed into one of the best MMOs out there. There's always the hope the Fallout 76 develops the same way and becomes something special, but for now, that seems impossible. It's a world away from that.

    Fallout 76 isn't your typical fallout experience. You don't have NPCs or dialogue, but instead get real players that should fill this void - that ultimately fails to do so. It does some things right, but as of now I cannot recommend getting this game as long as it stays a broken and boring mess that it is right now.

    Fallout 76 is the series’ Freshman introduction into the world of online, multiplayer games. As a result, we are experiencing all of the awkwardness and clumsiness associated with that season of life. It is imperfect and a bit uncomfortable, but I see opportunity for Fallout 76 to be more than it presently it - to be a truly great, rich Fallout experience.
