    Despite some very annoying bugs that absolutely need to be addressed, the game is both a wonderful online experience and an underrated solo adventure if you enjoy the exploration aspect of games such as No Man’s Sky.

    Though it suffers from graphical issues and bugs, as well as unsatisfying combat, Fallout 76 is fun nonetheless, and the experience is only enhanced by cooperating with other players.

    Underneath the extremely rough and laggy exterior, Fallout 76 has the makings of a great and entertaining game. To some, the damage may have already been done and the appeal may have already worn off, but with Bethesda’s level of support, the game has potential to grow into something much more than it currently is.

    Forcibly pushing players together in order to tackle the later main quests isn’t the experience fans wanted, nor is a PvP system that requires consent before it really kicks off, regardless of where you are.

    Fun to play with friends, not so much on your own. There's potential here, though a huge load of bugs manages to annoy and frustrate the player, leaving him or her with the impression that this full-priced game is far from a finished product. Shame.

    Fallout 76 could have been appealing. With its massive open-world, rewarding exploration and some interesting quests, it fails to be a good game because of too many game-design mistakes and technical issues.

    The most positive thing I can say about Fallout 76 is that a train wreck of this magnitude might finally yank Bethesda – a company that gets away with too much – back to reality. Maybe it’s finally time to update that engine. Maybe it’s not a good idea to slap the Fallout name onto a game that isn’t fit for release and expect it to go over well.

    Whether you're playing this with friends or alone it defiently is a hit. The world is rich and huge, challenging enemies, smart AI, and a sense of realistic survivability. The perk card system is a great twist on the previous perk system. The gun modification system has been greatly improved and is more rewarding. The CAMP feature is fun, creative, and relaxing. The story and quests are actually clever thought out and more indepth than what one would think at first look. And the community is friendly, helpfull, and overall what a good community should be like. Theres room for imporvements of course, but all games have that. If it isn't it right now, the game surely will be a huge success after a few updates. Defeiently a hit.… Expand

Is it a perfect game? No but what game is? yes there are some bugs and technical issues but that's to be expected form this type of game at launch. If you don't want to play Multiplayer fallout then go back and play fallout 4 but quit hating on this one because it's not Fallout 5.… Expand

    I usually only lurk around here, looking up some reviews if i'm on the fence about something. So if you are here because you are on the fence about this game: DON'T BUY IT.
    It is a lazy cashgrab. Don't pay 60 bucks to run around in an empty void. I feel bad for the Designers, that obviously put some thought and effort into the worldbuilding and trying to make something off this ancient engine. In vain, sadly, since the Bethesda was probably like "nono, don't worry, just do whatever, no effort, everyone is gonna buy it based off the name alone"
    But the audacity this company has, to charge 60 bucks AND include laughable high Microtransactions is way beyond me.

    It runs very badly on the PS4 too. I don't own a PS4 Pro, but i guess it runs a bit better there. It's very laggy, sounds pop in and out randomly, so do textures, when they don't decide to have a flashy rave.

    I didn't expect much, and i still was utterly disappointed. I liked the previous entries, especially Fallout New Vegas and after keeping track of Beta Reviews, i thought i could expect some mindless, grindy, braindead fun. But all i got was a broken game and feeling ashamed of myself for giving Bethesda my money.
    So don't be like me, spend your money on something else, just not this insulting abomination.    … Expand
