Sep 18, 2014Massive grinding, seperated multiplayer leveling, lacks story atmosphere/direction/suspense, press button a / defend place b / kill all enemies of type c, long loading times, pointless third person gathering place, needs DLC to continue story

Sep 21, 2014destiny is exactly the same as GLOBAL AGENDA MMO. with the exception that gloabal agenda is a true mmo and is free. and destiny has more of the same thing = more tedious boss battles , longer boss battles, more grind, more boring.

Sep 12, 2014Good graphics, easy controls (work nicely for non FPS regulars).
Shallow story, limited game mechanics, no environment interaction, repetitive gameplay, no split-screen multiplayer.
Only excuse to play this game is that there aren't any other good sci-fi shooters on PS4 currently. -
Nov 4, 2014There really isnt much to do in this game. Its a little bit sad because the mechanics are fantastic and what little there is was pretty fun. I admittedly put alot of time into this game but it was mostly a grind and rehashing the same junk over and over.

May 29, 2015That ending felt like an uppercut with a bag of **** I immediately sold the Stranger's Rifle and listed the game on Ebay. Quite a bummer cause the controls felt good, the visuals were solid and multiplayer was fun despite only having like 3 game modes but the rest of the game was as wholesome as a styrofoam cup.

Nov 3, 2014I tried giving this game a chance but it fails miserably on all counts. There is nothing worth while doing in the game once you get to around level 15. I definitely don't recommend buying unless you are a fan. The grouping in multi player is difficult to do and seems tacked on. This is a dismal wasted opportunity.

Sep 14, 2014The bad: It's empty, lifeless, stale, and lacking soul. It's narrative is non-existent. The missions are repetitive and dull. The co-op component is poorly conceived. Feels small and shallow for a game with such epic expectations.
The good: It's gorgeous. Combat is great. Soundtrack is awesome. -

Sep 20, 2014è orrendo noioso monotono e poco appagante un titolo mediocre spacciato per capolavoro.Soldi buttati meglio risparmiare per altro,in giro c è di meglio!

Sep 20, 2014I want to enjoy this game, the hype made it sound amazing. The graphics are great as they should be on next-gen consoles but it lacks originality. Being made by the same company that created Halo, one of the greatest franchises of all-time, fails to make Destiny any different from Halo. There are too many similarities to count when I played. I felt like I was playing Halo the entire time.

Sep 21, 2014Definitely does not seem like the highest budget game ever. No classes are unique, loot system is simply random, extremely repetitive and very grind dependent. The story does a poor job of telling the story. Seems Activision has forced Bungee to fix this in paid DLCs.

Sep 24, 2014Boring, repetitive and horrible Pvp. Open world on rails.500 million to make this? I've played indie games that had more content and balance at the fraction of cost to make.

Oct 6, 2014Boring is the only word to sum up this game... It's a bad attempt at taking the great from other successful franchise to create your own master piece. This game feels like ive been playing it for 10 years.

Nov 25, 2014Although Destiny isn't the brilliant start to a franchise that many had hoped for, it's a great game for those who can push through its flaws and enjoy the ride.

Edge MagazineNov 5, 2014What is most amazing of all is that despite its litany of weird little problems, Destiny is fantastic, its combat up there with the very best, the thrilling rhythm of its battles still not fading the 30th time through, and it has no single systemic problem that is not fixable. Pelit (Finland)Oct 25, 2014Destiny is a flawed but still extremely fun first person shooter. While the Destiny universe itself seems intriguing, the storyline is told in such an incoherent manner that it's hard not to be turned off by all the technobabble. Fortunately the co-op shooter mechanics are absolutely perfect. The loot system can be maddening, but in a way it adds to the game's addictiveness. [Oct 2014]
