    It looks worse on my ps5 than games do on my old 1st week base PS4. I know this game is not made for ps5 but God damn I didn't know it was made for ps3. No NPC AI, police ass, no crowd density, this would have beat last of us 2 for game of the year. It's a solid poop. The world has soon much potential but CDPR failed. Ehh customization, lifepaths all useless.

    This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever, EVER had playing a game. It's not to say it doesn't have the potential, but this isn't even finished or running properly! I literally cannot play this, textures popping in and out, terrible fps, looks disgusting. I thought this would at least be an ok game but this is horrendous. They really f'ed up.

    I am NOT worried about the many bugs, because those can be fixed.
    I am NOT angry because of the severely downgraded graphics, despite the fact that there many games on PS4 (Pro) that look jaw droppingly pretty.
    BUT I am very pissed because of the terrible sickness-inducing framerate. Any time there's some action happening on the screen, the game becomes virtually unplayable, and then    I am NOT worried about the many bugs, because those can be fixed.

    tried this on playstation 4 as well as xbox one. Somehow its even worse on PS4. Buggy and terrible graphics

    The story is a good one, but it is useless if the game is unplayable. The FPS drops to 15 during combat and while exploring the open world by car, as well as pop-ups from NPCs and vehicles. Many times the textures take about 10 seconds to load and everything is blurry. THAT IS A SHAME!!

    I've never encountered so many bugs in a launch tittle in my life like this one. How did someone looked at this and said that it was anywhere to "good enough to release". What bothered me the most is how blurry the PS5 version (before the next gen patch) looks, it's a blurry mess, it looks like 1080p on a 4k display with zero upscaling. The PC version is the only one that looks at leastI've never encountered so many bugs in a launch tittle in my life like this one. How did someone looked at this and said that it was anywhere to "good enough to release". What bothered me the most is how blurry the PS5 version (before the next gen patch) looks, it's a blurry mess, it looks like 1080p on a 4k display with zero upscaling. The PC version is the only one that looks at least sharp but the geometry and the animation of the game are so basic, that it really looks like an PS3 game in some points. The NPCs are so repetitive and they all say the same thing, there is almost zero interaction with them (except the ones that the game clearly makes it obvious that you can interact) and they just say generic stuff. Seriously I've talked to 3 NPCs and they said the exact same sentence in a row with the same voice, horrible.
    The city is very well done, but you can't interact with anything, it's just there to look good.
    The only thing that saves this game are the game's lighting, which is really good, making everything colorful and vibrant (but it's like a make up to hide how simplistic the graphics are in reality) and the story and characters of the main story which really create a connection with you and makes you very interested in the story. This is the only reason that I'm not giving it a lower score, the game is extremelly unfinished.    … Expand

    Yup... adding another disappointment to the 2020’s list. I can’t decide who should I be upset with ! Sony for not providing enough ps5, so the game would be a little bit more acceptable/ CDPR for releasing an unfinished product or myself for buying it.

    Performance is really sucks in base ps 4, pop ups, crazy fps drops, crash low res picture, the graphic just looks like ps 3 game. JUST DONT BUY IT until they fix all of the problem.

    I’m just disappointed to see all the issues on PS4 version. When you delay the game several times, this low quality is just unacceptable. I wish I didn’t buy the PS4 version.

    Update: After downloading the latest patch the game has many issues. What a joke!

    Game is unplayable on the PS4 pro. Frame rates constantly drop, textures take a significant time to load plus a huge amount of random bugs throughout. It is essentially an early access version of the game, and would recommend waiting 6 to 12 months whilst the bugs are ironed out. Incredibly dodgy of CD Project Red not disclosing how this game ran on the PS4 before release.

    Playing on ps4 pro Version 1.04 has caused the world to become invisible and the frame rate drops to 17 when driving, running or fighting drops and textures fail to load when running unacceptable release for ps4. It has so much potential and an amazing written story, but the frame rate issues makes it very hard to successfully play

    2. Сюжет линеен. Да концовок много. Но они. Одинаковые. Где хорошие концовки? Глобальные? Все концовки сдохни или отцифруйся. Бред. БРЕЕЕД!!!!
    3. Как отыгрывать роль если ничего ни на что не влияет? Где расизм? Где дискриминация? Где ненависть по половому признаку? Ожидалось большего.
    4. Многое выпилили. Недо-метро это худшее что я видел.

    6. Нет возможности стать кем то кроме как наемником. Сюжет нас ведёт только в одном направлении. Линейно.

    9. Этот город было обещано будет многоуровневым. Много этажным? 30 часов плюс. Играю. Где? ГДЕ?!! Простой город. Нет обещаного. Просто лож.

    Crashes all the time, the textures are awfull (seems live a blured image), sometimes we lost the control of our character; the gameplay driving is almost unplayable.

Куча багов типа чувак весит в воздухе, погружается прям перед носом, бывает и не погружается чувак едет а машины нет. Хайп.     This game was in development for 7+ years and it is an absolute embarrassment, we have all been robbed of our money. I will never again touch a game by CDPR. Shame on you, you sold us all an unfinished and broken product, I am in the process of doing a charge back through my bank.

    Unfortunately it is a disaster!!! One of the most expected games with a horrible graphic definition, bugs and bad running performance (at least on PS4). Gta V launched years ago is much much better than it. Sorry, but after played God of War or Last of Us 2 (both a masterpieces in each detail) is impossible play something like it.

    Major letdown. Hard to play. Vehicles drive like a 1994 arcade driving simulator. Gun upgrades, Mission management, Perk, Attribute, Hacking, Crafting, etc. are all badly explained and easy to get wrong. Some with no chance to fix, others extremely costly. The studio has already covered all of their costs despite putting out a piece of half-arsed crap. Dissatisfied. Hope they get class-actioned.    … Expand

    The experience on PS4 base is too SUCKS! If you can't guarantee the quality, you shouldn't make it on the PS4 base. You can't say to the player: the running effect is not guaranteed. Because this is not the old PC of player DIY. PS is a platform worthy of the trust of players, developers have the responsibility to provide stable FPS, if not, they should not produce, otherwise it is cheating.

    The game is broken on Ps4. Empty world, terrible textures and a whole load of bug and glitches. Cdpr was well aware it was impossible to run this game on base consoles. Still they decided to launch it. Money grab move. I still hope they are gonna solve this mess with some patches. Right now, this game is UNPLAYABLE.

    The story is riveting and great but everything surrounding it is trite to say the least. I really wanted to hack my way through night city but that is so difficult at least in the beginning. I love witcher 3 very much and it feels like they betrayed their fans and people who believe in them. Save your money at least for now and get it when you have a next gen machine.     At this moment - this game looks like gt iv on ps3...cd project - for gods we have a 2020 and ps5 era - and You have realsed game so bad that it is not possible even to undersandt...graphics, interface, performance - ok mybe story is and open world are ok - but who can check this if all arround is bugged and ugly. If You were ok with pc version - then you should go only with pc andAt this moment - this game looks like gt iv on ps3...cd project - for gods we have a 2020 and ps5 era - and You have realsed game so bad that it is not possible even to undersandt...graphics, interface, performance - ok mybe story is and open world are ok - but who can check this if all arround is bugged and ugly. The only story/gameplay grievance I have is how romances where handles. We where promised an intricate system with many choices. Their are a total of 4 romances to choose from, which is restricted to 2 by gameplay restrictions (your characters gender) put in place by cd project red, then further restricted to 1 by personal sexual orientation (which most people have) and if you decided to change the voice like male with feminine voice or vis virsa that gets further reduced to 0 because they didn't even record the dialogue fully knowing they give players the choice of voice. Whether this is laziness or time constraints is unknown but I think we know what it is. This is unacceptable in a game that boasts player choice and multiple lore options making every players world different, this can all be fixed and I really hope it does because I was really looking forward to this game and now it's just ruined by glitches and restricted romances. So to cd project red, fix your damn game and stop with those crunch management techniques and crappy management. It really shows in the games you release.… Expand

    Tout simplement un scandale, une belle arnaque !! Je n’aurais jamais pensé me la faire mettre comme ça par ce studio !! Sur ps4 pro le jeu est degeulasse ! C’est l’open world le plus laid que je fais sur cette Gen ! Même deus Ex sur ps3 était plus beau ! Quel foutage de gueule pour une optimisation aussi merdique !

    I am playing(trying) on a PS4 pro and have lost count of the amount of crashes to Home Screen, major popping, glitches, quest blocks, low FPS, and horrid resolution!! Ect ect Wtf were u thinking! FIX IT!

    There are problems with the game and the sudden shutdown on the ps5, but the game is still fun so I gave it a rating of 4 until the problems are resolved to raise the rating

    How can a game be this buggy after 8 MONTHS WORTH OF DELAYS and it's really sad to see 8 years into the making of this game and just to turn out like this but hopefully they can atleast fix the bugs but until then I'm making a refund until it's atleast playable.

    This game is truly out of this world and special even with the crashes every 30 mins. I read through every shards (notes) and computer messages. This is the most detailed world ever experienced in gaming. Even a simple side quest is detailed. Yes the crashes and bugs takes you out of immersion but I 100% trust that cdpr will come thru with the patches and updates.     I can only say. Thank you CDPR for releasing it. Maybe it's not perfect, but still it's awesome game. You need to think about all the content we get. It's not 20h games with 5 quests. I hope few patches more and game will be perfect.

    This game is only for PS5 and XSX. Lots of mistakes, but they do not interfere with the gameplay. The game is especially underestimated by others. After 20 hours, it is 10/10

    This game just makes me sad. This game has the potential to be something really special but is just marred with immersion breaking bugs and glitches. I simply cannot be immersed into this games world for more than 10 minutes before something inevitably happens that takes me out of it. However, the bugs, crashes, frame rate, low res and so on and so on make for a frustrating and horrible experience. I wanted to love this game, I really did.     Personally, I will never buy a full-price Red Projekt CD product again, and certainly not at launch. IF I buy another game of theirs in the future, even if it is done well and without problems, I will never buy it at full price, I prefer to wait to buy a copy used in some online ad.

    Finally I would like to say a few words about their apologetic messages: they don't work. Only the deluded would believe your words, since you preferred to SCAM and sell a poor product rather than cutting out the old-gen. Keep the money from the launch, from the pre-orders, it will be the last you will earn.

Be ready that everyone who was in a car in a traffic jam will immediately get out of it and take the same position. Also, NPCs cannot be pushed. If you try, you will pass through them. The cops will spawn in front of you... And I'm sure there are another billion such flaws. Besides, the game has a very, very, very short plot, or main quest, as you will. It takes a jiffy to walk through and approves of such a passage, but to get a good ending, you need to complete all the quests of the side characters. And here critical bugs come into play...     Anyone who rates the current version of this game above a zero is lying to themselves and you. I've lost count of the bugs and crashes. The mini-map is way too small. The combat is terrible. You can't adjust the settings. If you try you'll get stuck in the settings menu and be forced to restart the game. This game was released way too early. Simply terrible. Unplayable really.

    The bugs in this game are more engaging then anything EA, Ubisoft or ActivisionBlizzard has released this year.

    Yes this game was buggy on release but dont let that overshadow how much of a masterpiece this is.

    Great game. Got into it for about 30h. Beautiful views, great story, masterpiece creation of new world. Don't believe haters, there were some minor bugs, but nothing serious. 10/10 recommendation.

    Yes it is buggy but in most games today I have seen worse than this, And the story and acting and such are amazing. And already with Hotfix 1.6, it's great. And I'm on an OG PS4. And buy Spring or Summer once they have it fixed for us older consoles I feel this rating will climb.

    Developers made a big work. Despite of a lot of technical problems I fell in love to cyberpunk and all this world and the characters. I believe cdpr will make the game better and they will fix all problems.

    This is RPG focused on storytelling. If you're a fan of the genre then you must play this game. Yes, the story is not as good and deep as in Witcher 3, but it's really mature and top-notch if it comes to the quality of dialogues (and dubbing).

    The city is big and beautiful. Driving car is OK, I don't understand people complaining about it. In the game you use it for transportation from point A to B which gives you terrific immersion with the world around you. Don't expect physics from Dirt 2.0, to me the most similar experience is Driver from PS1.

    Shooting/hacking/sneaking is good too. It's to allow you exploit your skills and gear and challenge you before progressing in the game. Again, this is RPG, not a shooter.

    The game is not a revolution as it was expected by some of us. Yet, it's a great game, one of the best if not the best game published in 2020. It has the same flaws Witcher 3 had: mediocre fight model, glitches, some engine issues, too complicated character's skills and perks, but overall it offers fantastic experience to a player. If you liked Witcher, if you like RPG, if you're fan of dark dystopian s-f, the game is for you.    … Expand

    Считаю, что на разработчиков студии сильно давали, но из-за технической составляющей, не стоит ставить крест на игре. Она нереально крутая и сюжетная составляющая в 100 раз лучше той же tlou2 (люблю tlou2.имхо).
    Ведьмаки тоже с багами выходили на старте, но все это пережили, и тут переживут и 100 раз ещё поменяют своё мнение об игре. Всем мира. Ставлю оценку именно за это, такой атмосферы я не помню нигде, хотя нет, такое же ощущение было в Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines и она так же в первых версиях была не играбельна, но всё же это одна из моих любимейших игр и не только моих.

    Это вообще единственная игра, которую я купил практически на старте продаж и по фул прайсу, я не очень богатый человек, что бы покупать без скидок и в первый день. Обычно ответственно подхожу к покупке игр и получил это...

    Жизнь череда выборов и последствий. А последствие это потеря доверия и к руководству студии и не только у меня, как такое вообще допускается не очень понятно, при этом такие ошибки могут быть фатальны. Но не думаю, что до тех кто допустил такой релиз, хоть что то дойдёт, думаю там те ещё овощи обитают, я больше зол на них.

    В общем, если резюмировать, то лично я вижу любовь к сеттингу к персонажам в сюжете и второстепенных квестах, им всем веришь, их интересно слушать, им сопереживаешь. Людям кто это делал, большое спасибо, вы молодцы.

    И лучше бы я конечно подождал и не портил бы впечатления, но такого наверное никто не мог ожидать, хз исправят ли всё и что будет со студией и людьми. Вообще очень похоже на сделку с дьяволом, ну то бишь о чём игра о том и жизнь: инвесторы и их дебильные требования, скандал, обрушение акций, покупка компании за бесценок, во всём виноваты корпораты, Джонни?    … Expand

    Mit den Updates spielt es sich schon viel besser.
    Die Story ist super, Night city ist die beste Spiele Welt die ich gesehen habe. Das gameplay macht süchtig auf mehr.
    Großartiges spiel.
    Wenn euch die Grafik wichtig ist, dann wartet auf das next gen Update.

Many simple objects like chairs and machines are inaccessible, not even allowing for the player to participate in the world unless given a prompt from a mission. The immersion is just not there. I personally can handle bugs and crashes, but I dislike that this game was sold as something it isn’t.    … Expand

It took me 60 hours to beat the campaign and some side quests and that left me with plenty of content for at least one or two playthroughs. The world was immersive and the open world was wonderful. With the city having a series of Interstates it was fairly easy to get from one end of the map to the other fairly quick if you wanted yet there were plenty of side missions and gang activity to distract you if you wanted. While the graphics where hit and miss at times, they were excellent when you take into account the huge city setting. As far as game crashes I was able to look at the PS4 crash history and I crashed 8 times, which over 60 hours is once every 7.5 hours. The game frequently autosaves so I never lost more than 15 minutes of progress due to a crash. Overall one of the better games I've played.

    If you are able to overlook some minor performance issues it is a great game with a rich world. If you only care about graphics then Id suggest picking it up for the PC. If you are buying a PS4 game wanting PC quality graphics you will be disappointed most times.

    I give it an 8.6 rounding up to a 9    … Expand

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
