    If anyone is looking at this to see what people genuinely think about the game ignore any of the reviewers from the first 2-3 days after release good or bad since if they are reviewing the game that early they haven't spent enough time in the game to give an honest review just being biased or unbelievably impatient.

    Game definitely has bugs mainly visual so emersion breaking not game breaking as lots of people say, I am playing on the stock standard PS4 and have almost completed the game and have loved it great story and the game will only get better with age as it gets fixed definitely wouldn't call it a masterpiece but the story that's something people actually have to consider when voting, yes right now it's a buggy mess but I can already see the ratings changing in the future once CDPR get the game functioning the way the devs wanted it to.    … Expand

    Despite the glitches that initially happened, the game was amazing. The storyline and the amount of variations in the plotline, based on your choices you made was amazing. The graphics were at times low quality but my gameplay experience was among the best I ever had.

    I have to be completely honest, i didn't like it and it might be my most hated game of all time. It was promised to be something extremely new and cool, but in reality it doesn't have even most basics systems that 2001 video games had.

    I played the game with 1.52 patch on my PS5.

    The story is CDPR quality - very good and there is no arguing about that. Charakters are well written and interaction with them feels good and natural. Yes, some plots are not how I would expect/want them but thats on me. All except story - game design, fighting/shooting, driving, open world - its "just" good. Its nothing breathtaking, its    I played the game with 1.52 patch on my PS5.

    The story is CDPR quality - very good and there is no arguing about that. Charakters are well written and interaction with them feels good and natural. Yes, some plots are not how I would expect/want them but thats on me.

    All except story - game design, fighting/shooting, driving, open world - its "just" good. Its nothing breathtaking, its just - sometimes painfully, good. If that makes any sence.

    What I do not understand is, how the f*** is the game in mid 2022 still full with bugs and glitches. Yes, nothing gamebreaking but hell - very immersion breaking. Smh. I do not understand this at all. It could be sooo much better. I would love to give it 9 points. If only....    … Expand

    It should be noted that I played this when it came out with the free ps5 upgrade.

    Gotta say I loved every second of this game it was fantastic and is an example of how open world should be done. The story missions are nice and meaty with a lot going on in them to keep you engaged and have some pretty cinematic moments. And as far as side missions, they don't feel phoned in.     And as far as side missions, they don't feel phoned in. They make you want to do them because they add to story and feel meaningful. Yet they are still optional. You don't have to do a single side mission you aren't interested in.
    Which is the way its supposed to be *cough* assassin's creed Origins/odyssey *cough*

    That being said there are still a couple of visual glitches here and there, but its not that bad now. Which is why the score is not a ten. And Also because I couldn't get enough of this game. I need more.
    Either way I'm glad that I waited to play this game and let them fix a lot of the problems. So if you were On the fence about jumping in. I'd say now's the time.    … Expand

    Cyberpunk 2077 on the ps4 is a good game but it has a lot of bugs and it crashes when I first got it for Christmas in 2020 and if you have a ps4 pro or ps5 I recommend this game to people if you are on the base ps4 I don’t recommend it because it barely runs and plays

    Tiene tantos bugs que se debería trabajar para mejorarlos pero no retirarlos, pues pueden hacer parte de la esencia del juego. De resto es muy buen juego, una historia entretenida y múltiples personajes que hacen de este juego una muy buena experiencia.

    I'm reviewing the PS4 version of the game, which is heavily influencing my final score here.

    What a promising yet severely undercooked mess this game is. I preordered Cyberpunk 2077, and waited with such excitement to play. I loved the story premise: the underbelly of a world consumed by greed, guns, and technology. But what this game is really consumed with is its own technical flaws,    I'm reviewing the PS4 version of the game, which is heavily influencing my final score here.

    What a promising yet severely undercooked mess this game is. I preordered Cyberpunk 2077, and waited with such excitement to play. I loved the story premise: the underbelly of a world consumed by greed, guns, and technology. But what this game is really consumed with is its own technical flaws, and they are flat-out unavoidable. I had at least 15 hard crashes, invisible NPC's, texture pop-in, horrible draw-distance, clipping issues, frame drops, the list goes on. The game's story is well-made, and is the tired glue attempting to hold this train wreck together. Heck, it's so bad that SONY literally removed it from the PS Store for months.

    Even playing the game on PS5, it STILL fails to meet the expectations presented by CD Projekt Red themselves. Will it ever be able to overcome its faults? I doubt it. Another disappointment to add to the hall of shame alongside the likes of Star Wars: Battlefront EA and No Man's Sky.

    I started playing Cyberpunk after a lot of the bugs were fixed and I have to say that I love this game. The story, writing, dialogue, world and character are all amazing and very well fleshed out. Night City feels lived in. This is a very fun RPG that is hard to put down.

    1)Сюжет-давно не было такого цепляющего сюжета,со времен Read Dead Redemption 2,ты проникаешься почти всеми персонажами фигурирующими в сюжете,особенно сюжет хорош в самом мире киберпанк,отсюда вытекает следущий пункт. 2)Атмосфера-город выглядит потрясно,все эти неоновые вывески в центре,пустыни в пустоши,добавляют свой шарм    Это было написано после патча 1.3

    4)Оптимизация-на выходе она была просто ужасна,вылеты,баги и т.д.Но после многочисленных хотфиксов,и патчей игра преобразилась.Это видно,что над игрой работают до сих пор(ибо игра далеко не в идеальном состоянии)вылетов нет практически,багов не встречал лично(PS4 версия),но знаю что многие сталкивались с ними,и не раз.

    Buyed on January sale (ps store) and didn’t regret it.
    I don’t bought it earlier, bc of the bad reviews in the media but that’s def something I regret… I love the game and it’s totally underrated. Played it for about 60 hrs now since 2 weeks and it’s freaking amazing.
    You guys complain about bugs in new games but never think about, that cyberpunk or bf2042 for example are totally new    Buyed on January sale (ps store) and didn’t regret it.

    It's an amazing game , with one of the best and most interesting stories i have come across , the game has lots of bugs most of them are pretty ignorable .the best thing about the game is ending , it's like a mix of Detroit become human and gta 5 in futuristic settings

    A very uneven game. Very cool story, missions, characters, fun world to discover and fun sidequests and tasks to do but.... Also those sidequests become quickly repetitive and that feels just like busy work to pad the game time. And the biggest crime against it overall are all the glitches, bugs and randoms crashes and bad textures loadings, long loading times, clipping problems all theA very uneven game. Very cool story, missions, characters, fun world to discover and fun sidequests and tasks to do but....     Un des meilleurs jeu auquel j’ai pu jouer, bien que les promesses de CD project n’aient pas été tenu le jeu est incroyablement beau (sur Ps5 et avec une TV 4K 120 fps), le scénario est genial et les personnages attachants. Bref, j’en veux encore et j'attend avec impatience les future DLC.

    Played this on my ps5 and had zero issues. Granted I played after their big patch update fixing most issues. Graphics were great and the story was compelling. The game peaked for me in the middle of the total story or beginning than even after, but a lot of cool stuff to try out, but not as big as originally advertised.

    Is this what was promised? No. Not even close. Its also really buggy on the ps4 pro but its still one of the best story driven games I've played. I'm annoyed but want more of these games. Even if its not the next generation of gaming we were promised

    O jogo quis ir além do que seria possível. Assim, é possível dizer que a ideia é boa, mas a aplicação horrorosa. É inadmissível que um game que levou tantos anos para ser feito, apresente tantos "bugs", quedas gritantes de FPS e uma resolução medonha. Em certos momentos me senti fazendo um exame no oftalmologista, no momento em que o médico coloca um grau totalmente diferente do meu paraO jogo quis ir além do que seria possível.     I'm about 8 hours in and just can't continue anymore. The game is just not playable in the open-world sections while being barely playable in the scripted indoors parts. I've experienced multiple crashes that wiped my personal settings in the game back to default. There are tons of bugs, glitches and very low-resolution textures. All this while it can't hit 30 fps    [PS4 slim - patch 1.02]
    I'm about 8 hours in and just can't continue anymore. The game is just not playable in the open-world sections while being barely playable in the scripted indoors parts. I've experienced multiple crashes that wiped my personal settings in the game back to default. There are tons of bugs, glitches and very low-resolution textures. All this while it can't hit 30 fps regularly and sometimes even dropping under 20 fps. In my opinion, it's absolutely unacceptable to sell a 60 euros game in such a state. From pop-in, falling through the world, constant crashes, slow loading textures that sometime take 20+ seconds to fully render in, N64 looking NPCs, vehicle physics gone wild, T-Posing NPCs, unplayable frame rates that almost constantly stay at 15, this gives Rockstar's "Grand Theft Auto IV" PC port and Bethesda's "Fallout 76" a run for their money.

    Congrats CD Projekt Red, you accomplished what only Hello Games' "No Man's Sky" managed to do. I hope you're happy with yourselves. As for Sony, delist Cyberpunk 2077 from the PS4 store and give out refunds accordingly, you got a lot of support tickets to handle.

    UPDATE (11/8/2021): Cyberpunk 2077 has been updated on last gen for an entire year to improve performance and stability. This is rather good and all, however it should have been this way since launch. But nope, you did your best to show only the PC version because you knew it would be a dumpster fire the moment it hits store shelves. You are going to stay in the red for me, CD Projekt Red. It'll take a lot for you to get out of this one.    … Expand

    A real deception of players for money, purchased a version for ps4 slim, play, 480p resolution, objects disappearing and appearing in front of our eyes, low resolution textures, no detail, it is impossible to shoot as the game works at 15fps, the game crashes with an error. I require a refund.

    CP2077 for the ps4pro is, at this moment, a complete and utter scam. Also, the performance, graphics and FOV are so incredibly poor and broken they make me dizzy and give me a headache.
    Add. After the latest patch I upped the score from a 1 to a 3.

    I've changed my mind after 5o hours of a gameplay on my PS5. This game is epic. Please don't buy it now, wait until fixed and ONLY then go ahead and enjoy it. It's absolutely stunning.

    For a game that's been in development for 8 years this is unacceptable. Playing this game on the Base PS4 is like playing The Witcher 3 on the PS3. Cyberpunk 2077 crashes frequently. I've already had the game crash 4 times in the first 5 hours. Playing this game on the Base PS4 is like playing The Witcher 3 on the PS3. Cyberpunk 2077 crashes frequently. I've already had the game crash 4 times in the first 5 hours.     Absolutely fantastic game on PS4 Pro after the 1.04 patch. No crashes in 20 hours, graphics and framerates are fine and exceed what I expected to squeeze out of my trusty PS4. I don't understand how CDPR is getting so much heat for releasing a briliant game.

    Sony please remove CyberPunk 2077 from PlayStation Store on PS4 - this game requires way more powerful machine. It is impossible to play the game now - poor picture quality, low frame rate, view distance is terrible. Huge disappointment!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I would have given the game a 7 or 8 out of 10 but the amount of review bombs has force me to give this game a 10/10. It is simply dishonest to say the game is unplayable and give it a zero. The story is absolutely beautiful and I got really invested in several characters along my play through. Yes there are a bunch of bugs and the game has crashed more times than I can count on my base ps4 however after finishing the game its absolutely incredible. The Frame rate needs to be fixed asap.     I am playing on ps5 and I will say the game thus far is awesome. I can't speak to the quality of playing on the ps4, but I can't see how this would run well on my 2013 ps4. The game is fun, the city is awesome ... feels like megacity from Judge dredd. The game has crashed 3 times and a few clipping issues but other than that runs great on ps5.

    Геймплей: достаточно приятная стрельба, и удовлетворительная физика автомобилей. Очень дебильный стелс, где враг может увидеть тебя за стеной... Вообщем честная оценка здесь будет лишь 8/10, к сожалению в основном из за технического состояния продукта. Я верю в CDPR и знаю что они многое исправят, удачи вам парни, больше не торопитесь выпускать сырой продукт, я бы лучше еще подождал, нежели так    … Expand

    But console versions is not ready for comfortable play. I appreciate developers job, maybe the can't fix this game on PS4 good enough. I hope they'll do this, but they need some time.

    I play on PS5. Great storytelling and world details. The first person view of this game is beautiful. I love characters, shooter mechanics and activities. Yes, there are many bugs with lods and openworld, but I believe in CDPR.

    Solid 15 FPS, non-rendering textures and empty streets...on a console that can run Tlou2 and RDR2. If the game was in this state It shouldn't have been released at all on old-gen systems. This Is one of the greatest scam in videogame history.

    So really my rating is actually 8.5 because game didnt run the first 3 days. I have to turn off all advanced graphical settings and i had to wait for 1.04 hotpatch. And it still crashes every now and then. But overall it runs good and the content is amazing. No way this shoulda been taken off the playstation store when fallout 76 wasnt. Gta san andreas ON PS2 literally had a way better police system and AI. No meaningful relationships or interaction with gangs.     The game is as awesome as I expected I do not give it 10 because of Bugs, crashes and frame drops. Everything else is made prefectly. I fell in love with Night City and all quests.

The main story is amazing, and truly follows the "make your own story" part that was said in trailers, press, ecc. The gameplay is really fun and (personally) the shooting side is really fun and each gun has a different feel. Secondary missions and storylines are also veryUnderneath a cover made of bugs and glitches (that CDPR has already said it's working on) there is a beautiful game. The main story is amazing, and truly follows the "make your own story" part that was said in trailers, press, ecc. The gameplay is really fun and (personally) the shooting side is really fun and each gun has a different feel. Secondary missions and storylines are also very deep, with many three-dimensional characters to meet and get to know. Even the side gigs are very fun and often contain twists that make them different from one another. The city itself is stunning and full of details, with each districts having a different "vibe" and style. Overall I think that CDPR has made a very beautiful game, that sadly has been overlooked because of its "incompletion" and in a few months more and more people will get to understand how much of a fun and truly incredible RPG game Cyberpunk 2077 is.

Night city is a huge let down, corners have been cut everywhere. Overall, a major let down and fail of a game.

    It's ok that old Gen can't keep up with a highend PC. But withholding review copies of base PS4 and xBox while telling gamers that they run "surprisingly well" is downright fraud. Even Watchdogs Legions manages to produce a populated city with lots of traffic/pedestrians and decent graphics. Michael does Life was right about this.

    Had the game glitch once or twice. Running it on a PS4 Pro. Other than that the game plays great. Think a lot of the poor reviews are a bit hasty. Give CD Projeck Red some time. The game is huge and will soon be running even better.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
