    excellent open world with various choices and activities, side missions that make sense, had several problems at launch but still the game is great.

And it's just one of those things that you have to wonder what happened within the eight and a half years of development?

    I can handle one single game breaking glitch if I can find a way to work around it. I can handle it crashing a few times but not this much. It's amusing when the car you're chasing disappears at first. It's amusing when the NPCs are not fighting back so you can kick their ass at first.

    I can handle bad frame rates, I played the #Nintendo64, I can handle abrupt small freezes before the game continues. I can even handle when the vocals from the NPCs disappears and you just have caption. It's not cool when your car flies into the air and ruins your car chase. It's not cool when you try to call an NPC and the game crashes. It's not cool whenyou hit a pole and your car goes flying and then it crashes the game. It's not cool when the company only shows one version of the game and doesn't show it on all hardware platforms how it looks and runs and doesn't let game publication outlets to show what the game looks like because of embargo. I consider that very poor business ethics. It's misleading the perception of the game itself versus what you will actually get when you purchase the game. That is not a good look. One thing I want to make perfectly clear is that I know there's a good game underneath all this chaotic glitchy mess. I'm enjoying the game but even I have a limit to my frustration and know when the developer focused on a particular platform such as PC and then neglects the other platforms that supposed to be work on. It is quite clear that they focused on high-end PCS and next generation consoles. Granted the game is not an next generation game but I runs better on next generation games because of backwards compatibility.if next generation consoles didn't have backs compatibility the outcry would be even worse. #CDProjektRed should have placed more resources on it's last generation consoles to make sure they were functional rather than focus on just the PC. I'm returning the game, even though I enjoy the game, I'm just not going to bother with it right now. I'll pick up the game probably in a year or two.    … Expand

    Not sure why I was even excited for this. The game itself seems cool, but the performance on my ps4 is completely unacceptable.
    The thing is, I'm one of those people who isn't bothered by bugs or glitches that much. This mess that you delivered to us is unbearable dude. Pretty huge disappointment.

    I have never played a console game that was in this bad of shape including Fallout 76. I can deal with bad frame rates and the missing textures that pop in but the game crashes every five to twenty minutes. It makes the game near unplayable. Don't release a game if it doesn't work.

Вселенная киберпанка невероятно огромна и проработана до мелочей. Сайд квесты потрясающие, не хуже основного сюжета. Персонажи не доски, чувствуется проработаность как диалогов так и мотивация каждого из них. Чууутка хромает русская озвучкаДа, есть некоторые проблемы с оптимизацией. На прошке они тоже есть, НО поиграв в неё становится понятно почему они не успели её оптимизировать. Вселенная киберпанка невероятно огромна и проработана до мелочей.     CD Project Red молодцы. Уверен они поправят все косяки и уверен многие пересмотрят после этого свои минусы. Ставлю 10 авансом за хоть и не много не доделанную, но отличную работу.    … Expand

    But. Looks is terrible. I thought I must be very tired at lunch, and my eyes are tricking me, but no. I've played GoT and checked out Horizon ZD just before, and encountered this.     To put it straight, I encountered a few glitches and bugs, a few crashes I can live with if it gets ironed. But I simply don't understand what were they thinking with the visuals. This game is not for a base PS4. I am not going to refund, since I feel for the hard workers of the company who had nothing to do with dates just work their asses off, but the result is outrageous. I am clinging to re-playability, and hoping for getting a PS5 before 2077, and maybe the bad taste in my mouth will fade away. CDPR will always have this taint on them though.

    On the other hand, I want to love this game, and I got hooked. Can't wait to put the kids to bed, and go back to the ugly, disappointing, under performing Night City on a 75" HDR TV, and carry the story on.

    I feel like beaten and robbed by a friend, but still answering the phone, cause I want to believe there is a reason for all of it.

    I suggest not to buy it for the regular PS4. Even if you manage to enjoy the good parts, the wasted potential will be striking wherever you look in the game.    … Expand

    Released too early just for Christmas Eve sale. They got the money after 4 days, covering all the development and advertisement costs. And the customer now has to wait for the patches. AMAZING.

    On one side of the coin this game is absolutely fantastic but on the other this game should have been in the oven far longer. Cdpr should have pushed back this game another year and released it on next gen and pc alone. It’s a unfinished mess and they should have never released it at this state.     Cyberpunk decided not to send out PS4 Copies due to knowing it ran like garbage. A lack of transparency has turned me from an Avid supporter of this Trash company to an all-out Boycott.

    Playing PS4 pro ver1.04 and it’s blurry, crashes, is janky, and for the most part the game runs in slow motion. Extremely disappointed and even more upset with CDPR for hiding console Performance and not allowing console reviews before release. WTF CDPR! Come on.

    Когда игру доделают, тогда и оценку поменяю. А пока первый квест сглючил, пришлось искать как обойти баг в интернете. Графика настолько сильно порезана, как буд-то версия для Нинтендо. В общем, еще много работы.

    All that work of hundreds of people (art, story, music) is drained down the hole because of the management stupidity and greed. If you can't manage a 300+ million dollar project maybe you should hire better production management and game designers. Or just don't try to jump over your head. I'm returning the game and will stay clear of CDPR from now on

Il faut attendre quelques secondes pour voir le visage des PNJ "se charger" et avoir enfin une définition correcte. D'ailleurs les PNJ se ressemblent tous. Vous allez croiser les mêmes personnes dans la rue. Comment est-ce possible ? J'ai l'impression de jouer à un jeu de la PSP ! C'était acceptable de voir les devs réutiliser les mêmes PNJ en 2006, mais beaucoup moins en 2020. Rien qu'en 2016 un jeu comme Hitman parvient à charger 300 PNJ en même temps, tous avec des routines et apparences différentes. Certes les niveaux sont plus **** que l'open world de Cyberpunk mais quand même !
    Petite précision, je joue sur PS4 Pro et en version 1.04. C'est légèrement mieux que sur la PS4 de 2013 mais à peine. La framerate est aux fraises, les buildings et décors se chargent au dernier moment lorsqu'on conduit rapidement. Le jeu freeze lorsqu'une info du didacticiel apparaît à l'écran, etc... On peut résumer cela bien simplement : le jeu est optimisé avec les pieds pour les versions consoles de salon.
    Alors apparemment Cyperbunk est excellent sur les PC qui ont les reins assez solides pour le faire tourner. Mais ce n'est pas une raison pour atténuer la note ! Ce n'est pas acceptable de sortir un étron pareil pour les joueurs consoles. Si la qualité n'est pas atteignable sur les versions PS4 et Xbox One, autant ne rien sortir du tout plutôt que d'arnaquer les joueurs pour faire rentrer un peu plus de cash. Je comprends mieux pourquoi CD Projekt ne voulait pas confier les versions consoles à la presse spécialisée... Je suis très déçu du studio qui nous avait habitué à un haut standard de qualité et au fait de ne sortir un contenu que lorsqu'il était complètement prêt. Ici ce jeu est un mix entre une arnaque à grande échelle et un vol qualifié.
    C'est dommage car sans avoir les performances des PC, la PS4 et la Xbox One ont pourtant de sacrées qualités. Des jeux comme Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA V, AC Odissey, God of War ou The Last of Us 2 tournent sans problèmes et avec des graphismes très convaincants. Certes tous ne sont pas des open world mais cela montre bien qu'il est possible de très belles œuvres vidéoludiques dessus.
    Je ne jouerai pas davantage à Cyberpunk tant que l'ensemble ne sera pas plus stable. Peut-être qu'une future version next gen attendue en 2021 pourra rendre le jeu potable sur la PS5. D'ici là ce sera sans moi.

    The game is a masterpiece. One of the best games ever. Passed on PS5. Everything was fine (non-critical bugs). It's a pity that the release of the game turned into a scandal due to the lack of the game at the time of release, the creators were as close to incredible success as possible.     Regret buying this game on PS4 pro, everything looks awsome on PC but on PS4 it looks like crap. The game I played before this was Ghost of tsushima and compared to that game this looks like a PS3 game... Really hope its gona look better in the future because now its unplayable and is going on the shelf untill fixed...

    Didn't buy, just waited for my friend to get it and, uh yeah, will not buy. Selling products this broken should be illegal. And the way they denied console copies to reviewers, scummy. Even if, somehow, they get the console copies working perfectly, I still wouldn't buy from a company that lied to and cheated their loyal customers.

    10/10. After the Witcher, it’s first game that completely absorbed me. Incredible characters, plot, tons of humor and, oh my god, lore. It's fantastic. There are a bunch of technical flaws, but they still understand that they will be fixed over time. The impression of the game from this does not deteriorate from the word at all. There would be more such games.

This scandal is worse than Bethesda and Falloiut 76 since CD had 7 years to develop the game, self hyped the game with all those NightWire episodes, didn't allow reviewers to use their own gameplay footage to showcase how the game really runs, PC had glitches/bugs as well. They have without a doubt destroyed their reputation and now will be looked at with more hesitation moving forward when they announce their next game. The PS4 may be an old console, but if RockStar can produce RDR2, Rocksteady can produce Arkham Knight, Sucker Punch can produce Ghost Of Tsushima, Gorilla Games with Horizon ZeroDawn, Gearbox with Borderlands 3, all open world games, and there's more to name, CD has no excuses. The game is nothing special in terms of doing anything different to other game. It's a larger Deus Ex game with GTA mechanics. It should work well on the PS4, and the fact that it doesn't is inexcusable especially given how long in development the game was in. What's the most damming thing is how CD tried and successfully hide the console versions of the game, and in return they have ruined their reputation. They are a joke compared to Rockstar. Rockstar may delay their game multiple times, they may not showcase much, and the hype is generated by the media. But them not saying anything, or showcasing anything until they are absolutely ready, and then delivering on their game is why they are professionals and CD are amateurs.     The badly optimized game can not be played, but too many errors, the game crashes, you get into conflict, but you get 16fps, it is very difficult to drive even in the city, I have personally tested it and the game on the PS4 fooled us with the really bad launch promotion, the last update did not work.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the worst performing games ever released on console. Dips below 20fps, blurry PS3 era graphics (honestly The Last of Us on PS3 looked at good as this with a higher frame rate too) and bugs every minute, with brain dead AI that completely break theI have tried on PC too and while it’s not even well optimised or polished there, it’s nothing compared to the console experience.     Unacceptable. The sell/disassemble system doesn't allow multiple items... you have to click one by one. The configuration system is corrupted... any change isn't acknowledged. There are tons of bugs, poor graphics, physics and lacks of response.

    Having been caught up in the hype train for this game, come launch day i was absolutely gutted to see how poorly it runs on base PS4. This game is and was marketed as a PS5 game long before PS5 came out. It literally unplayable, now its collecting dust on the shelf waiting for me to be able to buy a PS5.

Items in my inventory would glitch out, weapons wouldn't compare to the ones I had equipped or not even compare at all. The game constantly crashes, CONSTANTLY! I play on my PS5 mostly and my goodness! IT CRASHES ALOT! Every time I travel, I have to cross my fingers, hoping to not have it crash on me. It happens so much, I actually know when it'll happen now. The game is so bad that I don't even play it anymore and I'm looking to see if I can get my money back for this game. The fact that CDPR lied, LIED right to our faces and issued embargo's on anyone trying to show console version reviews prior to the release, is reason to not trust this company at all. The Witcher released in a bad state and then we had to wait for them to play catch up for fixes, and this is just the same **** all over again with this game. ANYONE who praises this game while blatantly ignoring all it's issues should be ashamed because, you praising this game and calling it a 10/10 masterpiece just lets developers or game organizations feel as if it's okay to always release games in a messed up state while asking us to pay FULL PRICE for their product. Would any of you buy a brand new car with no engine in it? NO! So all the backlash that CDPR is getting for releasing a game like this that looks like something on a PS3, they deserve it! They delayed the game like 4 times, promised it would work great on last gen consoles(which it was made for) and still it looks like this. This game is not playable, and as much as the story and side quest seem interesting and well written, this game should've spent more time in the oven for another 6 months or more just to get things right. Yeah maybe bugs can sometimes screw up good gameplay, but the storyline just with amazing perfection justifies those bugs completely. I’m really happy to get this game on pc and also on PS4 in slim version even if it is completely neglected version, IGeeez, this game is very addictive.     I am unable to even complete the first mission of this game on Ps4 due to a Quest objective not triggering rendering the game unplayable for me. Not to mention the lack of RPG elements and horrible AI that I have witnessed in gameplay videos and testimonies of other user's experiences. This is far from the game that was advertised.

Patch 1.04, which was supposed to improve the graphics, actually did nothing! Why release a game and cheat users that the game is on ps4 if you made it purely for ps5 !? I am disappointed in this game give meI put 3 purely because of the plot, the plot is good! But the optimization is **** the graphics are soapy and it hurts your eyes, everything hangs, it's just not possible to play! Patch 1.04, which was supposed to improve the graphics, actually did nothing! Why release a game and cheat users that the game is on ps4 if you made it purely for ps5 !? I am disappointed in this game give me back my money !!!… Expand

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
