Basically someone found out that Playstation censors video games (been a thing for few years already) and now he is leaving 0 user scores? Pathetic. Ubisoft has nothing to do with this. Leaving 0 scores here makes no difference. They did literally same with Devil May Cry 5.
Good luck with Cyberpunk 2077 because that one will be heavily censored on Playstation.

With Censored? there is no viking. There are only puppets and puppet shows. Eivor are dancing with puppets whole the playing time. this is ridiculous! I bought a game about the great adventures of vikings, not a sesame street!

It's so good, one of the best Ac games for sure, it has every element to make it great.
It' should be nominated @ The Game Awards alongside games like Final Fantasy VII Remake, Jedi Fallen Order, Ghost of Tsushima, Spiderman Miles Morales and Half Life: Alyx.

At no point during my playthrough was I playing because the game made me want to play it. The ONLY reason I kept playing was the game was already in my house and I'd have to take two hours out of my day to return it, and now that I've finished the story I wish I had taken those two hours to return this pos. It would have meant that I didn't just waste sixty hours of my life dragging myself through this mess of a game. Add to the overall middling quality of this suck fest the fact that it's riddled with bugs and it's a single player game with micro-transactions and this is an absolute zero out of ten. Norse Gods, magic and monsters, riding wolves. This game is not Assassins Creed and since odyssey AC has really lost it’s identity. Bring back the old AC, get rid of the heavy rpg elements, revamp the combat, build a better parkour system, and give us Assassins vs Templar’s. The AI could feel unresponsive at first but it is actually pretty well adapted to the situations. I would complain about bugs and lack of polish but most (weird transitions from cut scenes to gameplay) is resolved if you dont play the game off of an external hard drive like I did. I wish Ubi would push the tech further to get a mix of euphoria and the animations from a naughty dog game. Hopefully they are pushing in that direction for their true next gen games. Looking past that, the sound, in general, was so unpleasant that I turned off the game after 5 minutes. It sounds muddy, heavily compressed, and I can't find a fix for it. I was hoping to feel in a gap that Cyperpunk 2077 felt when the release date was moved, but I was extremely disappointed. The only reason why I do give it a 0 is that I only played the first 3 minutes.

Please, just don't buy it. It is a broken mess, and it doesn't deserve your attention nor your money.

Dont get me wrong I like the assasins creed universe I think the world they have created is good but so many other open world games are available and for a £60 price tag I expected a bit more.

I think ubisoft like other companies should have delayed this project rather than use it a opportunity to be one of the only launch titles on boths consoles. I think this was a bad move and they have lost respect from me.

The Green Elephant (Russian: Зелёный слоник, romanized: Zelyonyy slonik, also known as Green Elephant Calf) is a 1999 Russian psychedelic exploitation horror film directed by Svetlana Baskova. The movie received a limited theatrical release in Russia, as the film's violent imagery and graphic language made it unable to be distributed through the mainstream film circuit. The film was shown at the 2005 International Film Festival Rotterdam and the program commented that the movie was "even more urgent because of the escalation of the war in Chechnya and growing criminality in the Russian army".

The film stars Sergey Pakhomov and Vladimir Epifantsev, and follows two Russian officers locked in a military prison cell that must deal with "social and psychological problems" in their isolation through brutality and torture.

Two men (both being junior officers in Soviet Army, in 1986), nicknamed "Bratishka" (Brother) and "Poekhavshiy" (Nutcase), are being held in a penal military prison. The room which they share looks like a dark cellar with a dripping sewer pipe running through it. One of the prisoners, Nutcase, seems to be delirious and never stops talking. He tells stories of his past, sings the song of the "Green Elephant" circus, does push-ups, comes up with crazy ideas and even mimics a heron in an attempt to cheer up his cellmate Brother, leading only to an increase in his anger. He receives a violent beating from the enraged Brother, before he is then taken from the cell by a guard to clean up a dirty toilet bowl with a fork.

HorrorNews.net wrote an overall favorable review for the film, stating "By the end, we find ourselves asking a lot of questions; of ourselves, of the director, of our television screens. What did we just watch? Why did these people do what we just them do? What does it all mean? I can't answer those questions, but I can tell you that it is an experience that I am happy to have gone through, and I'd definitely be interested in checking out more of Svetlana Baskova's movies. They’ve fluffed the maps and quests and completely diluted the skill set, the apparel, weapons and runes etc... it all feels completely redundant to the point I was purposely fighting bare fisted and nude just to make it interesting. Might sound like a joke, but it was genuinely the only way to make combat any form of challenge.

You can sink hours away in a Viking land, but you will walk away feeling pretty empty handed. For a much better experience in the same environment, I would recommend god of war.

Ubisoft comes with the next AC title following the rpg approach introduced by Origins and continues the gradual decline of these games. Once again the world design is great, the world is large and looks fantastic. But this is almost everything positive i can say about this game. The story is almost non existent. It is written in "episodic" parts, which in reality feels like you are constantly thrown into these huge worlds without really knowing what your motivation is. The main character is always what the current story needs him to be, sometimes a little angry, sometimes a little smart, but never consistent nor interesting. He or she( which is a whole problem in itself, that ubisoft keeps making the main characters sex interchangable, because it takes away any identity of said charcater) walks by everything happening in the world without any individual opinion. AC needs a strong and interesting main character not just a blank projection surface. The worst part of this game is, that it not only coninues the franchises loss of identiy it increased it even more. In the past two games they kept the "supernatural" mythology stuff in the DLCs, so you could say " Ok now im in the bonus content and it gets a little crazy". In this game this is embedded heavily into the main game and it takes AC from a historical drama with hooded assassins set in the big events of our past, into a fantasy rpg inspired by mythology with hooded vikings. All the stealth and "assassinesque" parts of the game feel forced and more alibi than anything else. The franchise keeps losing its identity and the devs know this but instead of going back to this identiy they just put in alibi oldschool mechanics like one-hit assasinations and a badly implemented social stealth system to silence the fans that want assassins creed to be assassins creed. The fighting system feels like a step back, it is close to the one in odyssey and origins but feels less controllable and very delayed. Animations and cutscenes are nowhere near the level they were in origins( odyssey was already a step back imo). Generally a lot of things in the game feel like they still need polishing and are more in a beta state than already released. Ultimatly this is a product made by thousands of people for millions of dollars over the course of years. This is by no means a "trash" game its obviously a AAA-product and you can undoubtedly have fun exploring the beautifull world as a viking, building your city with your own crew, but as an AC fan from the first hour it hurts to see where the franchise went and what they are doing with these games. With a story the writers actually cared about, with a main character with an actual character and with a little more respect and love for what assassins creed really is, this game could have been so much more than just a large, beautifull world. I hope they find people that actually love the AC games to make the decisions for the future games, so this franchise can have a soul again. Expand

There are far fewer cookie-cutter outposts than in previous AC’s, and most sidequests now offer an interesting story, sometimes even with a less-than-obvious solution. While some anti-grind measures have backfired, Ubisoft is on the right track. [Issue#250, page 56]

Assassins Creed Valhalla is a wonderful addition to the AC franchise. It manages to avoid the tropes that became overplayed and focuses on a small well structured story. The fighting mechanics are enjoyable and offer many choices to fit different playing styles. There are a significant amount of bugs and the AI is underwhelming at times. But it's still another step in the right direction for Ubisoft.
