    They manage to unfinish a game that was already finish 17 years ago. Activision, Blizzard and WC3 Reforged are the reason why you never precommand a game in 2020. The graphics looks worst than the original and the custom campaign, the thing I was looking forward to, is gone forever. What a joke. Everything Activision touches becomes nothing but a cash grab.     HOLY *..... there is nothing....absolutely nothing NEW in this "reforged" game ....what ive encountered rather than an improvement is more like downgrade in every aspect.... the cutscenes OH LOOOORD !!! .....i feel im playing a 1990´s fan made WOW ....the only thing that hurts a lot ....its my money i could spend it in a worthless skin at fortnite rather than spending it in this Blizzard CRAP

    When I heard this was announced, I thought this was going to be an update like how starcraft 2 was to original starcraft. Lo and behold, this remake was nothing more than a skin pack. This is the first and last time i pre-order anything from Blizzard.

    This remaster is as disappointing as finding your mother passed out drunk on the living room floor... for the 3rd time this week...

    Сценарий - 1 из 10, поскольку обещания по переделке, которые такие и висят на сайте не были выполнены.
    Интерфейс - 1 из 10, показанный на Близконе интерфейс, кость фанатам игры, чтоб заткнулись и покупали
    Музыка - 0 из 10, поскольку тупо выдрана из оригинальноый игры.
    Озвучка персонажей - 3 из 10, местами похуже, местами на уровне, но убитая озвучка Артаса - основного героя игры решает.
    Оптимизация - 3 из 10, игра буквально лагает с нихрена, особенно в главном меню.
    - 1 к итоговой оценке за отсутствие возможности играть в пользовательские кампании, убитый рейтинг, внутиигровое меню на хроме и прочие радости.
    Итого 0,6 баллов, этот релиз ничего не добавил в игру, кроме графония, а лишь обрезал всё, что показалось багоделам из Близзард ненужным.    … Expand

    Somehow Blizzard downgraded a 17 year-old game, didn't deliver anything new other than a mediocre attempt at some better graphics, and broke much of what made the original game fun in the process.

I loved WC3 for its custom maps as they were, playing TD's, pokemon, monopoly, original DOTA... That's where the REAL nostalgia lived. Playing community mods that were great despite the aging game, it was a veritable playground.It's almost unbelievable what Blizzard have done, taking away the original Warcraft 3 from a community of people who well and truly loved it for what it was.     Imagine if Facepunch studio suddenly created Garry's mod 2 which didn't work with all the old game modes, and removed every original game mode from Garry's mod 1, well that's what's happened here.

    I grew up playing the original war craft 3 game, and quite frankly am just happy that this game now can evolve with the times. Not happy about blizzards new ownership rights over custom maps! Confident imporrvments will be made

    on the official website there is still signed of false advertising showing things that aren't in the game trying to entice you to buy this garbage product.
    I however was able to get a refund.

    Получили: Графен перелопатили так, что мрачный вар выглядит как кислотный трип. Анимация лиц настолько ужасна, что иногда смотря на их лица во времы выполнения приказа, можно запросто отложить тонну кирпичей. Просадки ФПС настолько сильные, что ванильный вар, у которого лаги случались только, когда количество юнитов на экране переваливало за сотню другую и то все работало более менее. А тут просто начинается лютое слайд-шоу, которое никак не лечится. Демоверсия выглядела лучше, чем релиз. Причем для этого всего нужно топовое железо. Попытки перейти в ванильный вар проваливаются таким же успехом, потому что Рефорж ставится поверх старого Вара. Ставить его нужно обязательно, иначе ты не поиграешь. Старые реалмы бна мертвы и к ним не подключиться. Даунгрейднуть нельзя. Скачать официальный лаунчер вар3 тоже нельзя. Если даже есть старый лаунчер, вар самоапдейтается. Играть в лане нельзя. Играть в кастомные кампании нельзя.
    На кастомных картах дроп в скорскрин обычное дело, автоанхосты, автокики и просто внезапные краши - обыденность. Баги не пофиксили, при этом появилась тонна новых, в духе неуязвимого могильщика.
    Далее - кампанию не переделывали вообще, как обещали. Изменили 3,5 локации, просто в качестве изменения. Мол, что-то переделали. Сделали тупую склейку в диалогах из-за того что в катсценах рефоржа более длинные паузы. В Миссии Осады Луносвета например, Артас просто кричит свою фразу, которая используется в игре и так далее и тому подобное. Озвучка настолько отвратительная, что хочется вырвать себе уши и залить дырки свинец.
    Баланс в кампании хромает на все ноги, потому что в ваниле юниты все отдельные из-за перебалансировки в ТФТ. Поэтому проебать там ничего не стоит, если ты играешь за какую нибудь Плеть на лоу тире (например без масснекров).
    Плюс ко всему, тестирование кастомок тоже отсутвтует потому что нет лана, а так как в новом редакторе используется новый язык триггеров, то на старом варе (в смысле на пиратском например) его не запустить.    … Expand

    i cant play classic warcraft 3 because of a black screen bug. I was never interested in reforged because it doesnt look as good as the original but i was forced to update my classic warcraft 3 which was working perfectly. A lot of people are having the same issue but blizzard are not resonding at all.

    It's back to console gaming for me. Warcraft III was the last game I had left after everything else I played got ruined. Quality online multiplayer games are dying and there's only garbage games left with more addiction potential than heroin.

    Did buy the game, had it refunded. I am only interested in the single player game. Disappointed no updated story, lacklustre cinematics, no updated UI. Will just whip out the original CD and play with graphics mods. Would consider repurchasing if a true remake, not this misleading mess.

    I have played warcraft 3 every week for 15 years and must have accumulated over 10 000 hours in frozen throne. But now I am literally unable to play, crashes and desyncs every game. Not only did they fail to improve on the game but they managed to destroy the original game.
    I am really saddened that the one and only game I truly enjoyed is ruined.
    I feel as dead as the PTR servers.

    I pre-ordered and got bait and switched. This is worse than the original game. Every system change to reforged retroactively changes the original game as well. Blizzard has destroyed both games with the custom games legal tos, and the entire community behind the custom games that have been created since the original launch in 2002.

    After hearing about all of the empty promises and now utterly broken game, I would never get close to this again. Not only is this a terrible tribute to an amazing game that got me into the Warcraft genre, but it killed off the great and amazing game that many people loved to play as kids. A shame how far this great company has fallen.

    Not what was promised at blizzcon. Cut scenes are not at the quality they showed in the preview. Also forces a upgrade on the original version that breaks features. There are long lists of other missing features besides what I've listed here. Very out of character for Blizzard.

    Tried to do essentially a lan party with 12 friends. Between the poor ux choices and being kicked from the lobby (not because of the host) it took us 1.5 hours just to get into a custom game! I wanted to believe this uproar on meta critic was not deserved... But then I played and experienced this and frequent disconnects. I'm a long time fan of blizzard games and I'm severely disappointed

    Actual garbage. They delivered a terrible product. The cutscenes look way worse, the FPS is terrible and many other features were cut.

    Well. Ryzen 7 2700x @ 4.1 gghz and rtx 2080 can't stand fps drops to 15-20 fps from time to time. Its not even funny

    I tried to play a custom match. Apparently when I add a computer I just get kicked from my own match. When I try to load up a campaign I just get an instant defeat. Cant go back to classic, forced to update to new game... thanks....

    This is an obvious cash grab with many empty promises and in the process they ruined the original Warcraft 3. The worst part is that I've been playing it every day since the release and I'm really hoping for a No Man's Sky level come back.

    This game has massive server issues and bugs that they have failed to fix. 20fps is not great for 2020. They have also removed the original game so i can no longer play the original again.

    -Incredible amount of bugs
    -No Custom Campaigns
    -No Old Offline Maps With Bots (Like in the classic game)
    -Nothing new or ,,reforged'' that costs 30$ or the deluxe 40$
    -No option to play the classic one as it is dead now (old client is gone)

    This game is broken and doesn't give you a better gaming experience than the original, it feels and looks old.
    Before this release i was hoping for a Diablo II Reforged/Remaster, but now...not so much.

    Unfinished and broken. Can't speak to campaign, only multiplayer. After a few 4v4 games, I had to request a refund on this. The multiplayer experience was gutted both in play and UI and appears to be in an unfinished and/or broken state. I had games end without explanation (replay saved, not a disconnection issue) and there is no ranked/ladder play.

    this is the same game as warcraft iii for 30 to 40 dollars, but with 30 more gigabytes, it's basically like Gearboxe's Blue Shift high-definition models pack

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
