    Tragedia. Blizzard zmienił podejście do graczy i ta 'gra' najlepiej to pokazuje. Nie dość że nas opluwają, to jeszcze kłamią na temat produktu który sprzedają. Nie polecam zakupu gier od tej firmy.

    When I watched the trailer, I was pleasantly surprised. I had not very high expectations, I only wanted to get what was shown. Oh boy, what has been delivered did not deliver in any way. How do they dare showing such epicness and then not delivering anything as such. A scandal. I hope some customer's organization goes after them.

    Lets get it out of the way, there are some features missing, sure but I was never one much for the multiplayer side of the game, so i'm disregarding taking that into my score. Personally i have not had any of the graphical or campaign bugs that other people have reported.

    -The original story
    -Improved models
    -The Cinematics are still beutiful, while not redone have had their resolution upscaled, and gamma changed in some cases. The Blizzard Cinematics all the way back in 2003 still hold up compared to some cinematics that are made today

    Cons
    -Features have been left out, both from the original game and the remaster
    -No custom campaign
    -Custom created map ideas are now considered to belong to Blizzard

    Consider
    -Warcraft 3 purists protested the notion of updating the Campaign, leading towards the cut of that feature, and likely a few more to keep the campaign closer to the original
    -Loose policy on custom maps led to the loss of the DOTA IP to Valve, which has become a major cash cow, leading to Blizzard not wanting to risk loosing another good idea created by the community
    - Original Reign of Chaos campaign have been edited to use Frozen Throne versions of the units, adding or taking away from the difficulty in some instances    … Expand

    While I can easily say that W3: Reign of Chaos and its expansion Frozen Throne deserve a 10/10 without the fear of being accused of bias because those both are a masterpiece from the old Blizzard, this whole Reforged operation is a mess. I give this score not only for the technical issues and missing features which wasn't a problem in the old version of the game, but to penalize the falseWhile I can easily say that W3: Reign of Chaos and its expansion Frozen Throne deserve a 10/10 without the fear of being accused of bias because those both are a masterpiece from the old Blizzard, this whole Reforged operation is a mess. I give this score not only for the technical issues and missing features which wasn't a problem in the old version of the game, but to penalize the false advertisement campaign that tricked customers into buying a product which is a lot DIFFERENT FROM WHAT ADVERTISED. I played the game at one friend of mine's home, and I'm very glad I didn't risk my money with a preorder (considering the fact that Blizzard seems to negate refunds).

    All in all, it's a shame that Blizzard didn't respect a masterpiece like warcraft III, and it's a shame that Blizzard doesn't minimally respect its customers.    … Expand

    Good game. I was waiting this game to play wc3 campaigns again, like 17+ years ago, but with new graphics and I have exactly what I was waiting for.
    But in the same time few bugs make this game "not blizzard quality" game. Also I do not like, that old wc3 game is no longer available.

    I really like this remaster and I can't understand the wave of criterium for it. I knew Blizzard promised many updates from the original game (like new cutscenes and so on). I have specially checked the original game and some scenes were really updated.

    New model perfect, new Russian localization is more precise now and the game is really good.     Overpriced rubbish game that is too busy trying to take away your legal rights than actually make a finished game. Constant bugs and crashes while blizzard pretends that everything is fine. Blatant false advertising and complete lack of care of its consumers this game is doomed to fail and at this rate so is blizzard

    This is the worst game. Old blizzard is gone. This is just a mess I will not take a part of. Did delete te game and refunded it!. This is the first game I have ever refunded. Blizzard will not get my money anymore. This is like a Priest IRL pissing on the bible. This is sooooooo bad. AVOID.

    Специально зарегистрировался на метакритике чтобы оставить отзыв об этом "чуде". Близзард уже совсем не та что раньше, гоняются за монетизацией, в угоду качеству. Ремастер просто отвратителен, не тратьте деньги, не поощряйте их "чеканой монетой" ! Без того низкие ожидания качества ремастера по факту выхода стали еще ниже. 2 года разработки и просто плевок в лицо.Специально зарегистрировался на метакритике чтобы оставить отзыв об этом "чуде". Близзард уже совсем не та что раньше, гоняются за монетизацией, в угоду качеству. Ремастер просто отвратителен, не тратьте деньги, не поощряйте их "чеканой монетой" !     Terrible game of the culture. Warcraft III before Reforge remembered all of us great story, textures and multiplayer, and the Reforge was remembered as the absolute opposite. Piece of ****

    Ruined my childhood game which I spent years playing it. I used to create maps just to play with my Friends but still imaginening one day it will get popular and I will be making new games for life :) taking this from new gen I just a bad PR

    This game provided a platform for players to build things, you don't get to own the idea, imagine new Microsoft excel claim they now own all the spreadsheet and its data, ridiculous.

    Don't really know how you can take something that was near perfect to start and ruin it so bad. The enhanced visuals may look nice but this is like buying a used police cruiser. The miles might look low but the engine doesn't run. This game fails to deliver most of what it promised and prevents you from playing the original game.     Despite the fact that Reforged came out a bit different that we (players) expected, I still enjoyed playing it. Yes its quite a lot of work to be done before the product will be completed 100% but I'm sure it doesn't deserve 0.5... A real score I would give is to WC3 Reforged is 6.5 out of 10 but to equalize a little bit with all these angry fans lets just give it a chance and put 10 outDespite the fact that Reforged came out a bit different that we (players) expected, I still enjoyed playing it. Yes its quite a lot of work to be done before the product will be completed 100% but I'm sure it doesn't deserve 0.5... But holy ****, it was ridden with bugs, crashes and frustrating moments. Not only that, the game constantly freezes every couple seconds making it completely unplayable. They not only took longer to release the game, but the game they released was utter trash.This is suppose to be an amazing nostalgia trip for me, right after the disaster with WoW classic, i still gave a chance to it.     It's total disappointment. Missing features advertised before release date, new models with old laggy animations and textures not matching world, CUT FEATURES FROM ORIGINAL VERSION just to make it compatible with Reforged... That's a shame, it's not the game I've been waiting for.

    Update: the update fixed pretty much everything that was wrong for me. Having a blast playing this old favorite.
    I cant wait to see what future updates will bring. Would like to see more optimization on the Mac.

    Original: It's been a long time since Warcraft iii and I was stoked to re-purchase it, I couldn't wait until release since I haven't played in a long time!! Mac: I tried it on my brand new MacBook Pro first. Constant stuttering and lockups that I had to reboot the computer for. Ok, Fine. I will play it on my beefy gaming PC. Nope. Every time there is a cutscene it switches out of the video and drops me to windows desktop, I come back and there's no sound. This happens every 20 seconds or so. Tried switching from enhanced to original graphics, but that switch is not a real switch, it doesn't do anything. So I paid the money and the whole thing was a big tease with no payoff. I really want to play it now but I guess I have to wait until they patch their buggy software. I have no issues with any other game on either system. Blizzard used to be amazing. They often cancel games instead of releasing something that wouldn't live up to their lofty standards. Not so anymore apparently. CD Projekt Red took their spot as 'the' ethical and amazing developer. It's pretty sad    … Expand

    Because I did buy the original Warcraft 3, and Blizzard decided that with the release of Reforged they had the right to completely gut the classic version. Thanks Blizzard.

    Very disappointed. No ladders, no clan, no channel of chat, voice of units changed and no possibility of use the original... that is a game without a lot of good things that had in past. And, if you create new mods of maps... the intellectual property is for Blizzard. Bad bad bad...

    My ROC and TFT was forcefully upgraded to Reforged which I did not buy. Game launches without proper full screen, it is laggy as hell and I lost access to TFT.

    Reforged has very poor audio dubbing - public transport announcers sounds more natural than voice lines in Reforged campaign. Languages other than English are poorly translated with many mistakes, typos and incorrect grammar.

    Starcraft remastered was a better remastered product than this. All blizzard had to do was put a little time and investment into it and it'd be a good game. Seems like they used the same basic code for the game entirely and brought it to 2020.

    I have been a loyal Blizzard fan since I was a child. Never have they released a broken game like this. Never before have they showed and promised a list of items (still on their website) and not included or even tried to include this in the game. Complete rubbish and not what was promised or marketed. The first Blizzard game I will say "do not bother buying or looking at."

    They destroyed everything that meant Warcraft 3 lore and gameplay. They promised so many things and they didn't deliver not even 1% of what they promised.
    No one should buy this game and give Activision money and should wait for the game to be cracked and play it like that.

Llevaba mucho tiempo esperando con muchisimas ganas Warcraft III reforged o un hipotetico Warcraft IV, ademas como mi mas preciado deseo esperaba un Diablo II HD o Remaster, ahora he cambiado por completo mi opinion: NO TOQUEIS DIABLO 2.

    Se han cargado todos los mapas a los que jugaba, se han cargado el juego antiguo, se han cargado la interfaz, no han cumplido en nada en lo referente a la campaña, las voces y la cinematica, y para si fuera poco el match making es peor que el anterior, ademas me han quitado la posibilidad de seguir jugando a mi juego antiguo de siempre.

    Lo han hecho mucho peor de lo que lo hicieron con el Stacraft clasico. Blizzard, la compañia que ocupa en mi casa una estanteria entera de ediciones coleccionistas, y figuras, para mi, esta muerta.

    Nunca volvere a confiar en ellos, y dificilmente vuelva a invertir un duro en sus juegos.

Throwing groundless evidence to prove the game is in better state, what an absolute nonsense. The game clearly didn't deliver as promised. It is terrible.

    The game is shut down every time (about 10 min play).
    Bad support.
    I wait so long until buy it and Im realy disapointed.

    Now about the game. Blizzard, it's really cool! I like your games. I've been playing Warcraft since 2001. My first part was Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness. And that's not counting "Rock n' Roll Racing" :D You did a great job, starting with graphics for Warcraft III: Reforged (yes, I know this work was outsourced, but I don't believe Blizzard didn't control quality) and ending with voice acting localized for each country. Some cards have been redesigned no matter what they say. A more convenient design for the start menu has been developed and cinematics have been reworked.

    Let me remind you, howling dogs, that Blizzard is involved in many projects, and outsourcing isn't uncommon in the gaming industry. I had no bugs, so I can't say anything about them. With high probability, these are just fakes. I enjoy the game and bought it already 3 times: for myself and for my friends. I don't regret a single cent spent. If it's such a big money for commenters, I wish them not to dishonor themselves and find a job.    … Expand

    Just created MC account to show middle finger to the Blizzard. I have ordered W3 reforged in preorder due to my love to this fantastic RTS. Unfortunately again you can see that nowadays Blizzard it's just a shadow of itself. Fusion with Activision was worst thing they could do to the gamers.     I pre-ordered this when it was first announced. No idea how this game could of possibly been delayed so long, because the results are awful. Luckily I was able to get a refund.

    Сделайте нормальную графику, еще на бэте было понятно, что графика хуже чем в оригинале, спасибо поиграл... Покупать еще на бэте не видел смысла, если бы графика была хотя бы на уровне, то купил бы и играл, а так даже задумываться об этом нет желания... Была надежда, что после беты что то поменяется, но лучше играть в оригинал, нежели чем в это...Сделайте нормальную графику, еще на бэте было понятно, что графика хуже чем в оригинале, спасибо поиграл... Покупать еще на бэте не видел смысла, если бы графика была хотя бы на уровне, то купил бы и играл, а так даже задумываться об этом нет желания... It honestly felt like nothing had been updated and everything advertised was not delivered. Blizzard is not who they used to be and it’s sad to say. I don’t even know if they know how to make games anymore. Wow expansion is such a rinse repeat model they have done for so long I think it’s catching up to them.… Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
