И когда увидел, что они обещали сделать в Reforged версии, без раздумий оформил предзаказ. На выходе имеем частые фризы, меню кампаний грузятся уж слишком долго, про выбор самих глав - можно молчать.     Все их обещания были или не выполнены, или же сделаны на 1/10 от заявленного.
    Проведу аналогию. Представьте, что вы заказали себе, скажем, новейшую ауди. Вы ждете, смотрите на ее фотографии, слушаете, как компания обещает вам внеземное удовольствие. И в день получения машины Вам выдают убитую в хлам копейку, с помятым крылом, без задних фар, дворниками, которые работают лишь тогда, когда хотят.
    - Но это не все, - сообщает продавец. - Мы тут с парнями посоветовались, решили, что вам так лучше будет. Кстати, у нее руль постоянно вправо кренит. А если захотите повернуть налево, то бывает задержка секунд на 5. Но это же не страшно! Это ж прям живая классика! А еще она жрет весь бензин за двадцать километров, советуем запасаться впрок.

    Disappointment. That's what this game is and that's what the company became nowadays. I became a Warcraft fan when i was 6 thanks to the masterpiece that Warcraft 3 was. It was an absolutely magical game (it no longer is since Blizzard thought that changing the old game simultaneously with the new one was a good idea for some reason). It made me play World of Warcraft since Vanilla and iDisappointment. That's what this game is and that's what the company became nowadays. I became a Warcraft fan when i was 6 thanks to the masterpiece that Warcraft 3 was. It was an absolutely magical game (it no longer is since Blizzard thought that changing the old game simultaneously with the new one was a good idea for some reason). It made me play World of Warcraft since Vanilla and i never stopped playing it since then. But this might be the point where i just give up on supporting this company that's so deep in it's own ego that it can't function properly anymore. People loved Warcraft 3 like i did, the only thing they had to do was giving it better graphics, not stupid balance changes. Majority of the teasers were fake advertisements, what you can see on youtube is either not in the game or just a worse looking version.

    This is the point where i think Blizzard will never wake up. They lost their identity. They don't care about you or what you love, they just care about what's in your wallet. That's the reason why they are not allowing anyone to refund this mess, and that's why they ban anyone who try to help others to refund it.

    Don't know what else to say. I could, but its just sad to even talk about something like this after almost 2 decades of being a Blizzard fan. This is not the Blizzard i grew up with.    … Expand

Literally nothing they promised is in the game it still runs at 30 FPS this is nothing close to an overhaul like they promised it's pathetic at best… Expand

I'm glad I have asked for the refund (also my 1st time I ever did this!!). Avoid this game at all cost and I would also advise you to avoid future Blizzard products, because after Diablo Immortal and this quick money grab, BlizzardWarcraft 3 Is one of my all time favourite games.     Nope. There is no option to rebind keys in the menu. You have to go into a text file in the game's folder and manually edit what keys you'd like to do. A game released in 2020 that is charging you $30 could not have added a simple keybind change option in the menus? A future game dev in their first year of schooling would be able to accomplish that feat.

    Blizzard is showing their true colors again here by putting in 0 effort to the content they produce and hoping everyone still plays along because of the nostalgia they have for this once great company. No one should be supporting this type of shoddy game development.    … Expand

    Bought this game with an open heart, due to the fact that I played W3RoC/TFT for so long when I was kid. But the closed beta was bad, the launch was bad. The game has a high ping (similar to the original game, back in 2002), a lot of bugs in and off game.
    It's a really shame how the game was release, nowhere near it's completion. Now I'm asking for a refund.

Blizzard has screwed over its player base for the last time. They have lied to us, they have cheated us, and they have ruined a childhood game that brought hours of joy. All that is left now is a crooked reminder of what could have been.

Even if I get my game refunded, I can't play the orignal game I paid for.     I preordered this game a year ago thinking it's just going to be a remake of the game, wasn't expecting much but some campaign changes and cool graphics.

    Imagine my surprise when on release day they killed the original Warcraft III, in my opinion the best game ever released, just to drop on everyone this.

    Not only did my favorite game die, but it turns out what I paid for was literally just skins. This is a cruel joke and I seriously hope the classic Warcraft III is going to come back in some shape or form.

    Всё очень плохо. Начиная с текстур которые не могут загрузиться или же уходят в другое измерение и заканчивая обещаниями которые не выполнили. Так что максимум что они перековали так это свои обещания, а не игру.

    I don't care that the graphics are much more new. It's not better. Better graphics doesn't mean better game.

    Honestly at least do what you promise us and don't get rid of old features and I'll consider picking it up again.

    The Blizzard of old is dead, we're just still in denial.
    When it works, W3 is still awesome, but this release is sad, very sad only.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. where to start o i know i cant play custom games i get stuck in loading and get insta defeated campaign missions barely work or get kicked from the game for some reason mid mission it is literally dosnt work fallout 76 was more playabol than warcraft reforged plus the old version cant be played eney more if you have warcraft reforged so your scrued if you want to play the old game some old gamemods dont work and custom campains dont work same as refunds… Expand

    Ok, good at first - the reworked models, textures are really decent.
    But everything else isn't.
    You start a mission, got black screen, after while the blue bar on bottom appears but not full only a part of it. And then u get the defeat screen. That is my first attempt to play and it happens again many times.     Even the main starting menu was totally lagged and it didn't work properly at all.
    This game is complete and horrible mess.
    I don't think the game was rushed because i think they have enough time for development. More than 1 year must be enough for just a graphics upgrade.     I'm dissapointed that this is not what was shown at blizzcon, and also that it ruined the classic Warcraft 3. They turned a legendary game into legendary fail.

    Can't connect to custom games, no support for ultrawide, animations running at jarringly low framerates. Banning on people that wants to just help others getting refunds. And no hope blizzard will ever fix this game.

    I got this game as a gift from my good friend... i gave him one too. i think this is the most shameful gift i have ever given to someone. We were both happy to play some multiplayer together but we were also looking forward for new cutscene, as they presented them in 2018, updated campaign maps, better UI and much more. This? This isn't Reforged, this is slight reskin, buggy reskin.

    I tried to play, nothing works properly, i expected a playable game, even just newer graphics and old features on, not needed any new feature or new cutscene or whatever, just my old loved game.

    At least the refund works.

    A lot of people were looking forward to this release and me personally learned about all the new changes coming to Reforged through the blizzard launcher when the game was added. The only work done here was remodeling outsourced to a company in Malaysia with none of the other features.

    In fact, you cannot refund the game the moment you open it. Anybody sharing information on the Blizzard forums about getting a refund through their bank (chargeback) or some other way have been banned.

    Not only should you avoid this game, but I would recommend dropping any pre-orders you have with this company and wait for reviews from every game they release from here on out. In fact, this is simply good practice anyways the way things have been going.    … Expand

    Barbarian attitude to the series and to games in particular. Blizzard long ago destroyed their reputation by making strange movements and Warcraft 3 - one of such movements. Why even touch the game and make such hackwork from it? The game is absolutely terrible.

    Bad performance, ruined WC3:RoC and FT clients, no ladder, visually it became worse than it was, there`s no masterpiece in visuals, everything looks made to get fast money, no any attention to details and community.
    Blizzard is not a developer anymore. They are gravediggers...

    After downloading the game I struggled to start the campaign for hours because I was getting instant defeat screen after loading any cmapaign map (prologue or human campaign), and when I was finally able to play, i found out that the cinematics were the same. After doing some research I found out that not even the cinematic that they showed on Blizzcon when they announced the game is in the game. Such a dissapointment.

    Hopefully they make good on their promise and relaunch the game with the promised features as Wc3 Reforged 2.0. Until then I will not be playing this game.    … Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
