До выхода релиза были маленькие косячки, но было рассчитано, что все подправят.

    За пару дней я прошла несколько кампаний...ничего не буду говорить про оптимизацию и лаги, и так много сказано уже. Не знаю, для кого сделан средний режим сложности, но я его не ощутила вообще. Модельки красивые, да, радуют глаз, но при общих лагах атмосферы не чувствуется, некоторые анимации сделаны на отвали. Чувство, будто карты глав уменьшили, работа над ландшафтом КельТаласа плохая: стоит сравнить атмосферность карт глав, где Арт*с только приходит в эльфийские леса, из в3 и рефорж...

    Они потеряли ту атмосферу, ту манящую изюминку, душу...

    Так как я очень люблю варкрафт, я могу простить близам эту халтуру, но кара в виде горящих пуканов моих со-фанатов таки настигнет их.    … Expand

    This is absolutely insane. In any other industry this would be considered at the minimum false advertising and at the core fraud. The developer should be held accountable. At 32 years old I have never seen anything like this. To be honest this is worse than the Bethesda screw up. This entire game is a fraud.     - No offline custom maps
    - No custom campaigns
    - Many bugs on the loading screen
    - bugs on heroes skins ( skin vanished after hero die and his icon become green )

    Sorry Blizzard. I feel like a fool for buying this game.I still love you as a content creator that made our childhoods full of glory and happiness. But in respect to my brother-in-arms that are creating metacritic accounts only for rant you, i need to give you a 0 to contribute to a movement that only wants a better game. Sorry ;-;

    Blizzard should correct this absolute trash release and go back and add in the features that were promised and that most people paid for. This release is in my opinion criminally bad.     1. Menus are very bad, non intuitive. Why they have not left good old menus from Original Warcraft 3? 2. Updated cut scenes were not updated. 3. And still if you want to play classic game, you have to download all assets of reforged warcraft wasting 30 gb instead of just 2 gb's.     Project should be reworked on SC2 engine, not on old W3 Engine... Two Warcrafts should be left as two different entities

    Old Battle.net should come to end, and new Reforged Warcraft on SC2 Engine should be built.    … Expand

    A user score of 0.8 tells it all (i have never seen anything rated so extremely low).
    Blizzard promised a whole lot when they announced Warcraft III: Reforged and delivered on almost none of those promises.
    And to top it all off, except the character design, everything that they changed is for the worse...

    Blizzard is charging you 30 to 40 dollars for a downgraded version of warcraft 3 one of the best games of all time now its legacy ruined by corporate people and untalented devs, we are 3 days after release and they stay silent anyway last time i buy something from them

    This is a great remake of a classic game. The graphics are crisp on modern systems, the game play is as I remember it, and the UI has been given a nice overhaul.

    Not all the multi-player features of WCIII have been added...yet. Blizz always tweaks their strategy games after they go live and have had a bit of stress testing. I expect we'll see those added soon.

    This must border on criminal with what they’ve sold to us compared to what was promised. Their silence on it is deafening. Get your refunds whilst you can because this is another Blizzard ****

    Lemon Sky did a nice job with updated models, but some of the are not correct (naga with ears). Campaign is updated as well and it is nice to notice some small new details in missions or visit updated places like Stratholm with design from WoW.

    Horrível, não tem praticamente nada do que mostraram na Blizzcon. A luta entre Illidan e Arthas foi um completo fiasco, parece que fizeram com action figures em stop motion, as cutscenes são todas antigas, nem se deram o trabalho de fazer novamente num padrão "WOW". Me sinto completamente enganado pois fizeram propaganda de um jogo que simplesmente não existe!

    They are also seem to be merging classic Warcraft 3 with this new abomination resulting in a forceful "upgrade".

    Combine all of the mentioned above with their new set of rules such as content creators having zero ownership over their projects and you get a butchered modding community and player trust.
    Imagine if such restrictions existed 15-20 years ago. We wouldn't get a Counter Strike or a DOTA.

    And as if all this wasn't enough the majority of people seem to be unable to refund the game as Blizzard refuse to do so. They are also banning people who provide a way for others to refund the game.

    Garbage game. Refunded because campaign didn't work, multiplayer didn't work. Doesn't seem like anything is different from the original game. Updates to graphics in game only, all cut scenes were the same.

    This is a very good remaster. There is only one thing that doesn't work well - menu. Yes, it was suppose to be a remake, but people said that it wouldn't be "warcraft 3". So Blizzard did everything they had to do. Everyone who says that this remaster is worse than old game is lying. I'm in the middle of the campaign and I'm reliving it all over again.

Even at the start of the beta test, nothing really changed. The game engine is old, just modelovy plasticovy perisovy and that's it, quickie. Bluezworth wake up! The game looks awful. Why it was impossible to do how you made games before, but not now, an example - world of wacraft battle for azeroth.

    We were lied to. The trailer in the game's website has nothing to do with what you actually gets. It also removed several features the classic version had and did not include almost all of the features originally announced, some of which are still being advertised on its web page.

    Remember all the challenge and enjoyment you got from the original Warcraft series? Yep, that's all gone. Play a game that looks like it barely runs on any computer with resolution greater than 800x600. With a GIANT UI that uses 20% of your screen real estate and the ability to zoom out maybe 4%, you'll regret buying a video card or a monitor bigger than 13".

    I was so excited that they were going to remake a game I never got to play, and I passed up on an old copy of the game I could have played waiting for this one. Now I just want my money back. Thanks for messing this up so bad Blizzard. Think I'll pass on your games the way Bethesda has made me pass on theirs.

Still - reforged - as a word - means more like something remade from scratch, in this case, unfortunately, it deserves to be named "Warcraft 3 resharped". After 15 years, with so many great ideas that have sprouted along the way in how to enhance user experience and engagement, game just dissapoints. New cinematics have never seen quality assurance department (check arthas vs illidan reforged cutscene), they cut custom campaigns, clans, left old clunky user interface, spitted in the mouth of modding community by taking away their rights to custom maps (hoping that some brainlet will create another LoL or auto chess mod that they could profit from), without giving quality of life improvements to 15 year old world editor. And the worst thing is that they achieved bare minimum to release the game. Fully released game with coming soon features (clans)? Give me a break. I really wanted to see all new dynamic cinematics, clean, modern GUI, new stuff to keep me engaged (maybe some kind of expeditions up to 4 players where players can only play with heroes, more RPG way?) but we all see what we got instead. Such important part of gaming history treated without any love. They managed to piss off fans that didn't want for game to change and those who wanted to see something new. I'm just amazed how they did it. Shame on them.… Expand

    If you want to see a classic game getting an amazing refresh then go and download Black Mesa which is a fan built remake of Halflife; it is rock solid, actually improves on the original and looks great so is basically the exact opposite of Warcraft 3: Reforged.

A NEW (kinda) RTS in 2020 that is built from what is described as one of the greatest in the genre, what is described to have DEFINED the genre for the rest of its history!

    Flash to its release when I discover it is in fact inferior to the original. That all the early promotional content was cut from the release and a coat of make-up is all that it offers compared to the original release. That in fact it offers far less content than what the original did and that the community created content has been butchered and tied in crimson tape so that reads "Nothing you make as a community will belong to you. It will be entirely ours and you have no right to claim ownership of the effort you put forward to creating it". I wonder what effort the creator put forward for this? I imagine such a devoted community would have quickly eclipsed the total work hours of the publishing company and made something worth playing regardless of what if any effort the owners put into it.

    For that tape I can't buy it hoping that the community would provide something worth playing.

    I question where to go from there. I wonder if I could go and play the original instead but a short investigation shows I can't legitimately play that version or purchase it. The NEW version exists. They want me to buy that instead.

    This entire...ISSUE of a game has and continues to be covered by people more qualified to dissect where it goes than I. So I normally wouldn't rate something so low in good conscience but thinking it over I realize its the only number it deserves.

    I give this game a ZERO because instead of being my chance to play this genre-defining title after so long of sleeping on it, it turned out to stop me from EVER being able to play it as it was intended for the rest of my RTS-loving life. It is a complete reversal of what I was promised and what I looked forward to. I only regret not playing "Warcraft 3" before the launch of "Warcraft 3: Reforged".    … Expand

    The Blizzard we knew is gone, don't expect anything good from them. The whole China ass kissing aside, Classic is doing OK despite blizz, retail is just bad, Diablo has been a disaster, (hopefully 4 will fix it, but don't count on it) best to just stay away until they change.

    Awful. The new models create a mess when grouping units together, making it difficult to separate them. No LAN, no modder support - everything you make belongs to them. The game is massively buggy. I'm positive they plan to roll this out as a mobile game due to the changes. Blizzard is a shell of what it once was.

    It makes my heart ache to put this note to a game that I liked so much but:
    -The remaster cutscene are not, we do not see the difference
    -The November 2018 demo is more beautiful than the current game
    -The only cutscene of the new game looks like a Lego cutscene
    -There are many crashes
    -The multi is buggy
    -A lot of functionality of W3 absent (clan, tournaments, ladders etc ...)

    The online matchmaking isn't working well, but I do love that they stuck with the original design and kept all the cool sounds. Overall, good game and hopefully will get better with patches.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
