    Played the game about 20hrs so far. Will say, its a Bethesda game so minor bugs here and there(some are funny like breakdancing boxes)
    The movement is like fallout 4 but you get a jetpack which helps with mantling onto ledges and stuff. Gunplay is the best Bethesda has been without VATS from fallout. I only played about 2 mainquests but have been enjoying the the faction quests a lot and you get good rewards for completing them. The gripes with this game are minimal to me, i kinda dont like the fast traveling but i also dont want to sit in a ship for hours traveling to complete a quest. The game runs well on my series S, barely any frame drops, i crash occasionally but im sure a uodate will fix it. The soundtrack to this game is amazing also. I recommend a playthrough if you like looter shooters and 1st person RPG games. Also they should update the AI and some of the physics as they are kinda stale but either way the game is still pretty fun for me.    … Expand

    If you like Bethesda games(not fallout 76)what are you waiting for? Ship building, base building, good combat, long intuitive quests and a daunting amount of replayability,this is a game you'll be playing for a very long time. Highly recommend.

    As a Fan of Bethesda i may be partial to say that i love this game; but not because of bias; because this game hooked me from the star; i currently have well over 27 hours of playtime and i haven't even scratched the surface of the story; or the exploration. the gunplay is fantastic and has realistic recoil animations; the ship builder is cool as heck. character customization and perkAs a Fan of Bethesda i may be partial to say that i love this game; but not because of bias; because this game hooked me from the star; i currently have well over 27 hours of playtime and i haven't even scratched the surface of the story; or the exploration. the gunplay is fantastic and has realistic recoil animations; the ship builder is cool as heck. character customization and perk variety is cool and the 3 starting traits to shape your personality/effects your gameplay slightly are very cool; i have a companion that is reference to older titles called the adoring fan; showing that Bethesda still knows about their past. what else can i really say except that the game is a classic Bethesda experience with a new skin on it. it's fallout but in space and i'm here for it.

    One more thing. the overwhelming amount of negative reviews confuses the hell out of me. it seems like people went in expecting a completely different game from the one that was announced and promised. if they wanted what No mans sky offered they should play that one. or star citizen. this is a single-player Bethesda game.

    This game is amazing. Is it perfect? No. Is it fun? I absolutely think it is. It is one of those games that I will definitely keep coming back to over the years.

    The ultimate Bethesda Game. Better combat than Fallout 4, better writing than Oblivion, better exploration and environment storytelling than Skyrim, and a gameworld that feels bigger than Daggerfall.

    yes I admit it has many flaws, but if the game is really interesting, it's not a goty or a 10 game but it's a good game, the title offers a lot of space for exploration at the same time between crafting and missions you can waste many hours on it, for sure the optimization isn't perfect, but I remember games like Gollum, Gotham Knights that came out at full price and didn't even work for a while.

I've played for a few hours now, I'm not a professional critic, It would be difficult to be impartial for something I really liked, the game is incredible, my PC gamer suffers a little to run, but I believe that correction patches should be released soon, making the game more optimized, there are many loading screens being negative. It doesn't disrupt our experience as gamers that much. Overall it's a good game, with personality, I hope to play for many more hours.… Expand

    60 hrs so far and this game is nothing but amazing, artwork is just a masterpiece.
    I like the gameplay and about to get a NG+ for the second time, I honestly don’t get people saying this game look awful, I’m playing in my 3080 and the game looks amazing for me. There are bugs but not as many as some people wanna make it look and I haven’t experienced any crash or bug that make the game not    60 hrs so far and this game is nothing but amazing, artwork is just a masterpiece.

    Starfield is a great game has a lot of ups and some downs. Love the quests, ship and outpost building, and the feeling of being small in a big world. It also has some downs no underwater swimming, exploration doesn't feel as satisfying as it should in a space exporation game especially in space where you feel so limited. It could be that i've been spoiled by NMS. Overall I think it's worthStarfield is a great game has a lot of ups and some downs.     If you love Bethesda games this is their best game yet by far. A captivating story with real gut-wrenching consequences. People complain about the borders on the planets map, but from what I have experienced the map on each planet seems much bigger than fallout 4.

    The game is very good, I personally enjoy the game, the graphics are excellent, the story is beautiful, and the side missions are excellent, and it can be said that it is the best RPG that has ever been released.

    I bought the premium edition of Starfield for PC and the game has not disappointed. I started playing this game with the expectation of many bugs, because it's a Bethesda game, and so far after 40 hours of gameplay I've only had one minor lighting bug. I really enjoy the futuristic space setting. The game can feel slow in some parts, but with the vast number of missions that you can getI bought the premium edition of Starfield for PC and the game has not disappointed. I started playing this game with the expectation of many bugs, because it's a Bethesda game, and so far after 40 hours of gameplay I've only had one minor lighting bug.     Don't expect a vast amount of living planets and some unrealistic No Man's Sky gameplay - no Bethesda went mature.    Reading the reviews made me dislike the game, but after that, every time I booted up the game, I found myself having a blast in a through-and-through Bethesda game. Ridiculous expectations from people who don't know Bethesda games are the only reason for mixed reviews.

    Don't expect a vast amount of living planets and some unrealistic No Man's Sky gameplay - no Bethesda went mature. Think of Mars, barren, some outposts, filled or abandoned, and the occasional cave. It is almost a believable universe. You build an outpost yourself to mine resources to make money, exactly what will happen in real life when we lower the cost of space travel. Exciting for the scientists, explorers, and businessmen, but not for the common folk except for the dreamy earth-like planets that are (meant to be) scarce.

    The only thing I miss is not-so-necessary on-planet mounts. I would have enjoyed riding around for the sake of peace on the righteously barren and boring worlds, as also confirmed by one of the in-game characters to be a true experience for the explorers, although he mentioned he enjoyed walking the barren planets, just like the game offers.

    The game is extremely familiar to Skyrim where I enjoyed exploring the stories and cities the game had to offer while visiting some interesting cities and doing combat with or against the factions presented to you. And just like with Skyrim, If you enter cities or fast travel, there is a loading screen. I laughed when I met a settler on a civilian outpost who started with "I used to be an explorer just like you, but then.. ah that's a too long story." A great reference to the "I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee".

    This game doesn't try to be something it is not, it is a beautiful Bethesda game and that is what I expected.

    If you don't like the space context, and if you do but rather play a planet explorer which is quite unrealistic but entertaining in its own way with vibrant planets, don't hate on Starfield - just play No Man's Sky.

    I wanted the best Bethesda game yet, and a place where I could enjoy the dynamics of our own real complex but sometimes simple universe, and these were wonderfully crafted into my favorite game of all time, STARFIELD.    … Expand

Bethesda really knows how to put you in the boots of your character and give you loads of options in a game world consisting of interesting characters, exciting events, intriguing lore, fun combat, and an RPG experience that is wide open for you to play any way you choose.     Pensando nisso, Starfield acerta em quase todos os pontos artísticos de um jogo de videogame e por isso creio que ele merece 10.
    Jogabilidade fluída; músicas envolventes e muito bem colocadas nas milhares de possibilidades; muito divertido explorar em terra e no espaço; gerenciamento de personagens, estruturas, naves, entre outros. O conteúdo gigantesco deste game é incrível. Por isso fazer revisões somente jogando 10 horas de gameplay, nem deveriam ser aceitas aqui.
    E sobre bug... claro q tem. Mas pela tamanho deste game, a quantidade é ínfima.
    Ah, e não vale abaixar a nota porque não saiu pla PS5.
    Starfield conseguiu criar sua identidade sem perder a essência dos RPGs Bethesda.

    Space , Technology , Inventory management & Ship building are not words used often by Bethesda . It's 2023 and things have changed , welp so has the Bethesda franchise lineup because Starfield is here . Intro to the game can be a slow , dialogue , point click tutorial scene , but it quickly gives you freedom to explore like many games , the difference here is you have a ship , andSpace , Technology , Inventory management & Ship building are not words used often by Bethesda . It's 2023 and things have changed , welp so has the Bethesda franchise lineup because Starfield is here . Intro to the game can be a slow , dialogue , point click tutorial scene , but it quickly gives you freedom to explore like many games , the difference here is you have a ship , and hundreds - Thousands of spaces to explore . It's not just 1 map with many caves , or 1 map with small maps within , we have country sized planets , Island sized moons etc Combat is really fluid compared to previous titles , with no V.A.T.S , with no Magic or Bows you have many types of advanced weaponry this time around . Jetpack, Boosting & sprinting are a good change up to the standard " Sprint " ( Sliding also here ) Setting is anything and everything depending on where you are so their is no 1 or 2 themes . ( Snow / Fall ) or ( Mountains / Forest ) Starfield has systems full of different climates and sunrises & Planet rises are a thing , even a binary solar system with multiple sun's make for great skyboxes . Lastly the Lore & Writing is quite the egg to Crack into , you won't get or understand half in even a handful of hours but believe me Starfield has more than a typical Bethesda chest full of lore , the writing seems very polarized , Some missions and quests take you on a novel ride , some a film escapade and others some basic Elementary fun . I think they really went at it and let the creators work here . Overall this game is an instant hit , in most a classic for legendary tales , and for the few I'm sorry you won't let yourself experience this fully . In my book I give the Ole

Haven't had any issues learning the controls, handling combat, or understanding needed concepts. Not sure where or why all the hate is being given but I can say most of the negativity comes from peopleBeen enjoying it thoroughly.     las guerras de consolas son burradas de niños jugare marvel    50 horas jugando y puedo decir que el juego alcanzó mis expectativas pese que la exploración tenga sus pantallas de carga no quita lo disfrutable que es starfield las misiones, la historia por descubrir que son los artefactos, es un juego que te sorprenderá y te dejara un buen sabor de boca cuando lo hayas jugado al 100.

    I really dont get all the hate, i have read the negative user reviews. They do not get one major point: this game is massive and it delivers. Of course nothing is perfect, but everything is working great.

    An absolute masterpiece. I wasn't a huge fan of Skyrim but I enjoyed both Fallout 3 and 4. This is definitely a Bethesda game. If you know, you know. People complaining that it's not a space simulation game are silly. This is a space adventure game with base and ship building added on. It's terrific.

    El gunplay es sencillo y divertido como en Fallout 4, gráficamente es bastante bueno, nada absolutamente fuera de lo ordinario, es lo que se espera de un juego de este año.
    Ahora lo mejor que te ofrece es un Universo! No un mundo, Un universo de profundidad, muchas historias y sitios de interés, demasiados detalles que le dan vida a su universo.
    La historia no es tan linear ya que como todo juego de Bethesda (Con Todd) uno tiene elecciones y esas elecciones afectan la historia, dándote mucha libertad y rejugabilidad.
    El sistema RPG es sencillo y muy fácil de entender y la posibilidad de crear a tu personaje + el RPG te da infinidad de Replay value + los mundos + el Rollplay.
    Como todo buen juego no es 100% perfecto, pero sus defectos son mucho menos que las cosas buenas que ofrece.
    Claro está que que para todo juego que quieren hundir siempre se enfocarán en lo malo (Cherrypicking).
    Si quieren buenas reviews vean las de la Microsoft store y Steam, en especial las de Steam que te indican el tiempo que lleva jugando quien hizo la review.
    Ya que para poder dar el review necesitas comprar el producto, lo cuál suena un poco mal, pero sirve para quitar el Review bombing tanto de Haters como Fanboys... A no ser que quieran gastar dinero para dar una opinión vacía que será ignorada.    … Expand

    Not a huge fan of space games. But I am really enjoying the game. I have spent hours just exploring and scavenging for resources. Haven't got far in the story yet because I've been busy exploring and getting familiar with some of the other systems. Would definitely recommend it

When a 4090 can barely pull 60fps native constantly there’s a problem. The decision to not support dssl blows the mind. Fsr is good but not on the same level of dssl yet it hampers the game. So when Todd says get a better rig and I have a ps5 that gave us games like God of war, Ghosts, Rachet and clank, horizon running at 60fps and looking really good. The problem isn’t our rigs it’s your engine and the optimization and choices you made. Not taking full advantage of the best possible hardware and giving options to the community for our choice of graphics cards is dumb. Makes me wonder what their test rigs were running ? Thankfully a community full of modders will make their game better and probably take it to where it should have been originally. Ultimately I still think it’s worth playing the main quest is done well and some side quests are fun. There’s some enjoyment to be had. After playing Baldurs gate 3, Zelda, and we still have Spider-Man 2 coming. I fail to see how anyone at all can say this deserves game of the year. It’s simply not even on the same level of these other titles. I question all the media outlets giving this game 4/5 or a 9/10 when the bar for great gaming has been raised so high and we got a reskinned Skyrim that no only doesn’t run as well. It also feels far emptier and less exciting on many ways than previous titles from Bethesda. So yeah it’s mid don’t believe the hype.… Expand

    It’s the stereotypical Bethesda rpg, but newer and better. And isn’t cut and pasted too much from fallout or Skyrim, so it feels new and has different features. Pretty seamless release compared to most new releases. Not buggy like others may suggest. Runs great on both Xboxes (series s and x). Well done. Can’t wait to see what this new world has in store for the future.

    This game is excellent!!! It is crazy ambitious, exciting, and entertaining. I love exploring and building outposts is a really fun concept. The amount of detail and depth is incredible. I am excited for the game now and what they have in store for it's future.

    I'm absolutely baffled by how restrictive this game is. It's touted as Bethesda's biggest game, and yet it feels like the smallest of their games. It feels more restrictive and closed in than the really old Elder Scroll games- I can't believe that I'm saying this about a 2023 Bethesda game but Morrowind is more expansive and full of life than this game is. You can't naturally fly to different planets, you can't naturally explore a city, you can't naturally LEAVE a city and explore the area outside of it, you can't naturally do anything. All you can do is fast travel. Fast travel outside, fast travel inside, fast travel to space, fast travel to a different place in space, fast travel to get to a different planet and then fast travel again to get on that planet.

    Exploration is lackluster. Yes, you can explore all of those empty randomly generated planets, but you won't get much out of it. There are no unique locations to stumble across. No locations with environmental storytelling. Nothing like Bethesda games of the past. I don't feel compelled to explore in Starfield like I would in previous Bethesda games. Last night as I was walking through New Atlantis, I was hit by the overwhelming feeling of "I want to go play Skyrim or Fallout 4". I wanted to go play other Bethesda games that have life, substance. Uniqueness. Interesting and fun things to find.

    This game is so large that I felt like it had infinite story content for the first 30 hours of my playtrough but without me playing any of the main quests it also runs decent on a 3070 laptop which is really good for a game optimized for amd tldr: best game I have ever played

    Peopl complain about this game non having seamless landings, hyperdrive etc.. It is a space RPG game, not a space sim, if you expect it to be like Elite Dangerous or Starcitizen then you're just wrong ... and should stop comparing it with them.

    Manually landing and travelling from planet to planet is fun at the beginning, but then become boring in the long term.     The graphics are stunning (on PC, it's better to use a custom LUTs mod called "NaturaLUTS" to remove the green filter and have better contrast), the dynamic weather is stunning, every single planet and asteroid are dynamically orbiting, so what you see is actually the current state of the system, and the game even has eclipses...

    I'll put a 10/10 just to balance the wrong/incorrect reviews.    … Expand

    There's a lot of flaws in space in Starfield. But that does not prevent me from exploring our galaxy again and again.

    I fell in love with Starfield. It's my cup of sci-fi and I can't wait to spend the next thirty, fifty, maybe seventy hours here. I enjoy the exploration, the shootouts, the art style, the ship building, and the diverse worlds. I gratefully acknowledge the good optimization and the absence of major bugs. But I can't overlook the flaws. There are bad animations, ugly faces and repetitive moments.[Issue#329]

    In a year dominated by sequels to franchise favorites, there was a hope that Starfield would carve its own path to success. While the team at Bethesda should be commended for taking such a big swing, there’s no denying that the game doesn’t feel like a cohesive work. Maybe continued support and future sequels will make something more meaningful out of a work that is clearly deeply enamored with both science fiction and space exploration. Unforunately, this first launch has had far more mixed results than desired.
