    This is the wrost sh*t Bliizard done ever. I'm a huge fan of diablo series, but afer this I regret my D3 and RoS collector's edition... I sincerely hope microsoft fix all this, because 0 hype for Diablo IV after Diablo Immoral...

    A decent cross-platform game, with some entertaining diablo lore, fun gameplay, corrupted ,without redemption, with ill-will from the publisher that wants to get you addicted to **** in-game mechanics and gambling, also microtransactions galore, eventually entering an eternal loop of wasting    I don't remember exactly if I wrote a review, or if my review was deleted, but here's to truth:

    Blizzard has become an unrecognizable duck lipped Botox nightmare, pumped full of micro transactions making it hard to remember what we ever saw in them to begin with. Makes me wonder if NetSleaze had dirt on one of the higher ups and twisted their arm for a finger in the pie. Diablo can go to hell.

    One of the biggest money grabs in the mobile scene, I guess because they're using such a big name like Diablo. The game plays decent on mobile, but pretty bad otherwise(PC with kb/mouse or controller). The game is also extremely grindy, even for a mobile game. The in-game chat is trash, and PVP is extremely P2W. It's the biggest insult to the Diablo name.

Not only they slap you in the face with constant reminders of spending money, it's definitely targeting weak minded people who spend hundreds, if not thousands, in crap like this.

    I went into this game blind not looking at any reviews or news extra finished the game and reached paragon 30 after a hard weeks grind some days I didn't even receive 1 legendary drop I play about 14 hours a day and now a few moments ago uninstalled the game the amount of paywalls is so bad tried PVP did win the first match but had a player with all 5/5 gems on our team with a huge KDI went into this game blind not looking at any reviews or news extra finished the game and reached paragon 30 after a hard weeks grind some days I didn't even receive 1 legendary drop I play about 14 hours a day and now a few moments ago uninstalled the game the amount of paywalls is so bad tried PVP did win the first match but had a player with all 5/5 gems on our team with a huge KD difference no deaths sad to see this when I was exited for the game downloading path of exiles again where the grind is hard but nothing is behind a paywall… Expand

THAT IS INSANE. the game starts well not making you pay but by the end, they are milking you for money. one guy even spent 3000 us dollars and didn't even get ONE legendary.     I'm not supporting this game anymore and uninstalled it minutes ago.

    You can grind your way up to a certain point without much issue, but eventually you'll realize that it's taking much, much longer to level up. They make it take significantly longer to level after you've already invested a certain amount of time on your character to make you more likely to give in to impatience and buy experience boosts to finally reach endgame.

    Buying in-game currency will often give you more than enough to buy something you want, while leaving you just a little bit short of buying something else. That premium currency will go to waste unless you buy just a little bit more so you can spend it, right?

    Any time you kill a boss you're "rewarded" with the opportunity to pay for better drops. Normally there's a small chance of a boss dropping a decent item, as you'd expect of the kind of game this is supposed to be, but if you pay enough real money you can guarantee upwards of a dozen legendary items on the spot.

    With every action you take, the game constantly reminds you of how much more you could be getting out of it if you can spare the cash. I wouldn't call the game pay-to-play, so much as play-to-pay.

    I'm conflicted as to whether I should check the "Contains spoilers" box. I haven't spoiled any story, for sure, but that's only because there really isn't much to this game other than its collection of disgustingly predatory marketing practices designed to wear you down to the point of cracking open and emptying your wallet.    … Expand

But the biggest problem is as a simple game it should work fine, and it does not. Diablo Immortal is a badly coded game with some truly pathetic bugs. Number one is the targeting system does not work! There are several others like easily getting trappedIt is a simple game with a fairly simple learning curve.     If you don't care about humanity, worker rights and art it might be your game. At the beginning it is kinda fun but lacks in endgame because you have to put hundreds of dollar inside. Let's review the game for what it is, not what it could have been. I get that people are upset about the micro transactions, but I played through the entire campaign without spending a single cent. That has tremendous value. I've played this game for at least 60 hours and never felt like I had to spend money. The micro transactions really only come into play at the end game. I played on a Galaxy S21 and the touch controls are perfect. Probably the best touch integration I've ever seen. I like the MMO aspects. It's nearly bug free. It's fun and free.     The interesting thing would have been the PvP, however even that is dominated by P2W.

    Blizzard somehow managed to recreate the universal disdain of the launch of diablo 3 with blatantly greedy business practices. I can only imagine buying diablo 4 requiring some sort of labor agreement where you work in a strip mine for bobby kotick or get sent to prison.

    I played the game for more than 80 hours and the endgame mechanics destroys it all. The shear amount of money that you should spent to get your gear levelled up is just abusive even criminal. I'm so sad to see a good legacy game become a tool to abuse players.

    played the game for 3 days so far. The gameplay is solid, good. But was destroyed by company's greed, there is no way you can get good stuff without spending ton ton ton of money. This simply push me away further and further.

    Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
