NBA 2K18 is a beautiful sports game. The Neighbourhood lets you feel, live and experience basketball and an NBA career. The body-scans allow for much more realism and the new layup and shot system works well. MyTeam is a also true blessing.

What you end up with is an almost perfect game within the MetroidVania genre. If you have to mention something to blame the game, it is perhaps that more could have been added in the form of online or multiplayer action, but even that is a conscious choice. Developer Moon studios knows what it is good at and opts for that. While playing, you never feel that you are missing anything.

Nothing less than a masterpiece. The game looks absolutely phenomenal and Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe deliver a great accomplishment with their acting. Writer David Cage grabs us with his compelling and emotional story. There are a few downsides, gameplay is pretty much the same as Heavy Rain, but that doesn’t spoil the greatness of this game.

Rockstar told us the PC-version would be the ultimate version and they were right. GTA 5 on PC looks incredible and it works almost perfectly. Sadly you might still encounter some bugs and glitches in GTA Online that you already saw on the consoles.

With the second episode of Season 2 of The Walking Dead, TellTale delivers it's best episode yet. Everything you want from this kind of story driven game is here: difficult choices that really matter, a high pace and no glitches or technical difficulties. You are probably already invested in the story, but if you still need to begin with this great series, this is the time to do so.

The PC-port of Returnal fixes one of the biggest issues of the Playstation-version; not being able to safely quit the game without losing progress. In keeps its smooth combat, even with a mouse and keyboard and allows the graphics too be even better on modern hardware. An amazing roguelike with just a few minor complaints.

The original Nier missed that finishing touch in the gameplay department. With Platinum Games on board for the sequel Nier Automata became an absolute masterpiece. The combat, world, music, and story fit so well together that it would be a crime to sit this one out.
