The Devil in Me is a worthy final chapter in this season of The Anthology. It provides a believable, interesting story that carefully builds tension, but also provides space to build out the releations between the team members. The game is firmly rooted in a classic horror story of a team trapped in a remote location and an all-powerful, manipulative enemy, but the execution really delivers.- XGN

Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition brings Vergil to the party. The new character gets his own share in the game and you get to complete the whole story as the katana wielding demonslayer. It brings a whole new dimension to this already cool game. Next to that the game has various next-gen upgrades like ray tracing and a higher framerate. You'll have to choose which one you want to activate, so a full nxt-gen experience is out of the question. Still, a worthy upgrade to a brutal game.- XGN

The Ascent provides a vibrant, living environment for you to run around in and shoot at. The world is brimming with walking-talking NPCs and neon-filled areas. While the story isn't really that memorable, it's decent enough for you to push on to the next mission, which will lead you to diverse locations and up against different enemies. The bigger enemies can be a bit too much bullet sponges, but otherwise the gameplay and diverse possibilities are quite satisfying.- XGN

This game is so much fun for almost everybody. It looks great and is nice to play. You would enjoy this much as you love Mario Kart games. Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe is a joy to play, particularly in co-op, as two players can spot more secrets than one. However: co-op is also the game's greatest weakness as everything revolves around player one: it's a dated approach to co-op compared to newer games that treat all players as equal participants. Thankfully, improved graphics and great additional content make this new version of Return to Dream Land truly "Deluxe".- XGN

The season finale of Telltale's Game of Thrones has its moments, but the story of Gared is disappointing as there are some game-breaking glitches. However, the overall impact of the choices is very good and may give us a good glimpse for the next season.- XGN

The King of Fighters XV is a great fighting game and SNK did a good job on bringing it up to par with the likes of the competition. However the game has a fantastic roster, great gameplay and is looking fantastic, there are still a few things missing. You can't really unlock things, there aren't as many modes as you would wish and the story just isn't that long. If those things were better, then the game which already kicks ass, would bring even the greatest of competitors on its knees.- XGN

L.A. Noire still is a great detective game. With 4K resolution and HDR support it looks better than ever. The strong ambiance and gameplay remains and all the DLC is included. Though not much has changed and some technical flaws are there, it kicks ass.- XGN

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE is the long0awaited result of a Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem cross-over. The game provides quite the challenge, but a challenge that's worth experiencing because of it's light-hearted story and traditional JRPG gameplay.- XGN

Even though there are still some bugs left The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is a really fun experience. The game plays wonderfully and Lady Katarina is an awesome sidekick. This is a great starting point if you want to get your hands on an Action RPG for the first time.- XGN

Pokkén Tournament DX is an enhanced port of Wii U's Pokkén Tournament. It fixes some of its previous installments problems by simple adding some new Pokémon and having everything available from the get go.- XGN
