Wanted: Dead reminds me of the PS2-era Onechanbara games but it's substantially less entertaining with its clunky gameplay and odd story, characters, and dialogue that I'm not quite sure if I should be laughing at or with.

I'm surprised by how much fun I had with Elrentaros Wanderings. Although it has limited gameplay, what's here is satisfying and its addictive blend of upgrading weapons with loot and completing challenges kept me coming back for more.

Gigantosaurus The Game is a wonderful 3D platformer that definitely knows its target audience: kids. With that in mind, it's still a fun game even for adults, especially if you're looking for an easy breezy collect-a-thon to wind down with.

If Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight offered more original and enjoyable core gameplay, it would be a highly recommendable game. That being said, it does feature solid combat and its simulation component is an undeniably interesting complexity.

Theseus is one of the most atmospherically immersive video games that I've ever played. Although you'll be on the edge of your seat throughout, you unfortunately won't be there for very long.

Jump Force features a massive cast of characters but its gameplay is definitely flashier than deep which makes it eventually become incredibly monotonous and tough to enjoy. Hopefully, Arc System Works will make Bandai Namco's next crossover fighter.

Earthlock: Festival of Magic is a solid attempt at making retro RPGs fun again. Although it's not as engaging as similar titles from the turn of the century, fans of the genre will enjoy the time that they spend adventuring with Amon and his ragtag group of chums.

I don't understand the appeal of cleaning and renovating in a video game, especially when it's as boring as it is in House Flipper.

With only four chapters, Perception is a short game that doesn't justify its launch price. However, its unique gameplay mechanics are genuinely smart and imaginative and its quartet of narratives are morbidly engaging. After having been a little put off by its initial negative reception, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's actually pretty good.

If you're some sort of incel who finds underage anime girls enticing then by all means, give Gal Gun 2 a try. However, if you simply want an enjoyable arcade shooting experience then you're better off looking elsewhere.

Neptunia Virtual Stars is one of my favourite spin-offs in the delightful franchise as it contains a brilliant blend of gameplay elements, a wonderful cast of characters, and one of the funniest meta premises in gaming history.

Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop is bursting with charm and tons of enjoyable content. Fans of the series will gladly spend hours in Mama's kitchen but those who find stylus-based mini-game compilations boring probably won't be won over.

If the developers tightened up Fin and the Ancient Mystery's gameplay, it could be a rather enjoyable 2D action RPG.

I thoroughly enjoyed SAMURAI MAIDEN's combat with its wealth of skills and charming cast of lovely ladies. However, it does have its issues, especially if you want to take photos of the characters' panties because you'll end up incredibly disappointed.

Predator: Hunting Grounds is a fantastic game to enjoy whenever you're in the mood for some chaotic and overly violent online multiplayer action. With that being said, playing it in long sessions will make the experience wear thin sooner rather than later.

Your enjoyment of Azur Lane: Crosswave will almost entirely rely on your affinity for gawking at anime girls. If that doesn't align with your tastes then you'll likely be disappointed by the mostly tedious and repetitive experience offered here.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures may not be an in-depth amusement park management sim but what's here is a ton of fun. Plus, the amount of content is superb so if you're looking for a less demanding theme park simulation experience then this is a game for you.

In the end, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is just a mess. Between its technical issues, repetitive gameplay, subpar gear system, and sinister microtransactions; this is probably the worst open-world live service game so far. Hopefully, its technical issues will be patched soon but the base game will still remain one of the most soulless experiences that I've played this console generation.

Even though Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure contains some ridiculous glitches and flat combat, it's still a fun 3D platformer that acts as a decent throwback to the PS2 era. So, if you love Scrat or have nostalgia for the genre then it might be worth checking out.

Othello is a classic board game that holds up well after all these years. However, this version is so bare-bones that you may as well pick up an 8-bit iteration as it'll probably be more fully-featured.
