    It's refreshing to play a game like this. I don't think I've experienced one since Conker. Although this game is not nearly as complex as that, it works well to send Scrat on his way.

    Some technical issues aside (like the rapid frame drops) Scrat's game is a decent platformer built specifically for young children. It may not be the best game ever or the best 3D platformer for that matter, but it can guarantee some 4 to 5 hours of fun for your kids.

    Overall, Outright Games’ Ice Age Scrat’s Nutty Adventure shows some passionate love for the film series and constructs a game that young gamers will eat up. Does it have a fair share of issues? Yes, the levels feel too big and there’s not enough to do at times, but young gamers won’t really need that intricate design and complication to enjoy it. Ultimately, this game wasn’t built for me, nor was it built for teenagers, rather it was built for young gamers just getting their feet wet with 3D action adventures.

    Even though Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure contains some ridiculous glitches and flat combat, it's still a fun 3D platformer that acts as a decent throwback to the PS2 era. So, if you love Scrat or have nostalgia for the genre then it might be worth checking out.

    Ice Age: Scrat’s Nutty Adventures isn’t a terrible game, but it is so old fashioned and average that it is difficult to recommend. If you have kids of the right age range and find it on sale, then it's fun enough. The lack of a movie to tie into leads to a particularly weak story that feels like it's tacking on a license instead of a genuine entry in the Ice Age series. Scrat may find his nut, but I was left unsatisfied by a functional but mediocre tie in.

    Honestly for an indie Game not that Bad.
    The story of the game is simple, Pretty much the beloved character of Scrat find Himself in trouble    Honestly for an indie Game not that Bad.
    The story of the game is simple, Pretty much the beloved character of Scrat find Himself in trouble once again and he was task to travel in 4 areas(representing Ice age 1-4) and collect Nut gems).

    The gameplay is simple and rewards the player with extra movements such as double jump, ring interactions telekinesis that eventually help you to collect all collectibles. and there are alot in the form of puzzle and statues.
    The game on the ps5 runs smooth.

    However
    The sound effects of the game are annoying. The sound of the flies for some reason are extremely loud and although they re away, they sound as if they were next to you.
    The puzzles are not challenging
    The enemy variety is low and most of them are re skin.
    There are alot of bugs here and there and the no1 most annoying thing is Scrats 4 same screams over and over and over again. (my guy only has what 4 sound effects?)    … Expand

Grafisch ausreichend, nervt teilweise aber die Kamera. Steuerung geht okay, hat hier und da aber auch seine Macken. Spielerisch kann man das Ganze gut mal spielen. Erst wollte ich auch alle Sammelgegenstände sammeln, bis ich mitgekommen habe, dass es Backtracking gibt, weil einige Items bekommt man nur mit Fähigkeiten, die man erst später im Spiel bekommt. Somit hatte ich das dann sein gelassen und war nach 5-6h durch mit dem Spiel.

    Schlussendlich wieder eines der durchschnittlichen Lizenz-Games von Bandai Namco ähm Outright Games.    … Expand
