Tokyo RPG Factory's third attempt at the RPG genre was their closest one yet to being a very good game - it just falls a bit short on some places.- Vgames

The best game in the series, and a masterpiece in the RPG/Tactics genre. A must-have game for Switch owners and a fabulous game outright.- Vgames

This is a wonderful example of a Superhero video game done right, with all the proper colorfulness and hectic combat one would expect in a game like this.- Vgames

Judgment is too afraid to let go of its defining "Yakuza" features, pushing detective gameplay to the side to let the combat mechanics shine. Its story is gripping and very enjoyable, running alongside the extra side content which is full of heart and entertainment. Give Judgment a shot, whether you're a die-hard Yakuza fan, or a newbie to the franchise.- Vgames

A game worthy of being called a spiritual successor to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and one of the great examples of a very good Kickstarter video game.- Vgames

Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled is a fun high-paced racing game that isn't just there to cater for your nostalgic feeling. It's also there to be a top-tier kart-racing game. It's definitely not too simple and not too hard either, and takes a bit of practice in order to win it. It's Beautifully colorful, full of fun customization options and a large amount of tracks to master. The different modes with the addition of battle mode makes it even more diverse than the Mario Kart games. The Online may require fixing, but we all know it was meant to be a couch co-op and not a ranked online multiplayer.- Vgames

Super Mario Maker 2 makes its predecessor look small and limited compared to it. And that by itself says a lot about the game.- Vgames

Days Gone feels like a medium quality candy in a very high quality wrap. It’s extremely beautiful and starts off brilliantly, but lacks the ability to maintain the tension and interest over time. With some good combat and lots of content, but a boring story and repetitive gameplay, Days Gone never unlocks its full potential.- Vgames

Mortal Kombat 11 is not just a sequel to Mortal Kombat X, it's an entirely new genre of fighting game that no one has experienced before. New and veteran players alike will love the new tutorial system as well as the new fighting mechanics that makes every match tense and exciting from beginning to end. The finishers are more brutal than ever and the story mode will make you feel like you are watching a big budget movie. Single player content is quite poor, repetitive and grindy but overall, Mortal Kombat 11 is a huge and fun fighting experience.- Vgames

Assassin's Creed III Remastered version is just a nice try. It's a nice try to bring glory to a mediocre game, which hasn't been good enough upon its release and surely isn't good enough now. The UI changes definitely improve the gameplay, and the graphics are truly amazing - but still aren't close to other games from this era. If you haven't played it before, you might want to check it off your list since it does have a unique story. If you have, I recommend not wasting your time unless you're feeling really, really nostalgic and have nothing better to do.- Vgames

This is exactly how a video game should be made: Fun, exciting combat coupled with a good story and a great soundtrack to create one of the best games of the year.- Vgames

Even if I ignore all the bugs, glitches and disconnects I had, Anthem is still, by and large, a mediocre game. The lackluster story, loot system and gameplay make this game one to pass on. At least in its current state.- Vgames

The game lost a bit of its original atmosphere by switching to a semi-open world gameplay style, but it gained so much more, making it an early contender for a game of the year award.- Vgames

Jump Force is a great game - if you only play it for 2 hours max. The graphic design decisions make your beloved anime characters look like cheap action figures, the story missions are bland, boring and repetitive, and the combat system is mostly flashy animations rather an actual challenge - it's just too easy to win once you get to know the controls. Seems like the developers were targeting a younger audience, since Jump Force just isn't worth your time while there are games like Tekken 7, Naturo Ninja Storm & Dragon Ball Xenoverse out there, which offer an actual challenge compared to it. Jump Force offers a big anime crossover... but nothing else.- Vgames

It falls short in more places than I'd hope, but KH3 is still a good, enjoyable game, even if the story and some worlds take it down a couple of notches.- Vgames

Fallout 76 isn't your typical fallout experience. You don't have NPCs or dialogue, but instead get real players that should fill this void - that ultimately fails to do so. It does some things right, but as of now I cannot recommend getting this game as long as it stays a broken and boring mess that it is right now.- Vgames

When I look back at this game, I know it won't win any GOTY awards but in my eyes, it's the most fun I've had in video gaming this year. The characters are great, the single-player campaign is great and the music and stages selection is amazing. A must have for Switch owners.- Vgames

Darksiders 3 tried something new with the series yet again, but unlike it's two predecessors, this game fell flat. The only redeeming factor here is the combat, while the graphics and unfitting hard difficulty hurt it.- Vgames

Everything that makes Hitman 2 a good game, also makes it a boring one. You still have the ability to be anything you'd want to be - a silent, smart assassin who can forge anything in this world into his weapon, or an assassin that likes to leave some mess behind him and run away. The absurd part is, despite the endless opportunities to advance and complete your tasks, every mission feels the same, and you can't play 2 missions in a row without having to catch a break or go back to whatever else you have to play. Hitman 2 proves that even creativity could be boring, which is truly a remarkable accomplishment.- Vgames

Even with all its changes, Pokemon Let's Go still feels very much like core Pokemon Games. The games are fun, unique and serve as both a good entry point to the series for newcomers and a basis for the next Pokemon games on the Switch.- Vgames

With 2K, I hoped that Playgrounds 2 will be the street-ball game that we all waited for. Except for bringing some new players into the game and implementing a customization system with their hated VC points, nothing of my wishes came true.- Vgames
