Decline's Drop is a great action platformer that shows how an idea can emerge from a desire to want more of something. Decline's Drop is much more than something inspired by Super Smash Bros; it's a beautiful creation of art and sound, with combat that has its own hand-drawn style, all from the mind of its creator.

People of Note has a great story about a world that breathes music, but it lacked a better application of the theme in combat: it's much more challenging for the player and easier for the opponents. It's not difficult, but it loses a lot of dynamism because of this, and ends up feeling more like chess than an RPG. Despite everything, its plot and script are quite fun, as is its soundtrack.

No-Skin is a different and reflective horror game. Although it didn't quite manage to deliver that reflection, perhaps fans more deeply involved in the genre will understand. The idea of being a roguelike could have worked better if it had some kind of more positive reward, but it seems that doing so during the journey goes against the essence of No-Skin.

With well-implemented mechanics and a gradual difficulty curve that blends combat and platforming in a challenging yet fair way, along with enjoyable exploration and a story that does, in fact, fit the series, Legacy of Kain: Ascendance is not without major flaws: besides being short, it features repetitive enemies and environments, and it does not allow players to skip dialogue when revisiting stages for further exploration. Trails Beyond the Horizon can be described as a new start inside the current Calvard arc and, at the same time, a synthesis of the series up to this moment. The story is certainly something fans will love it, as well as the interactions between the teams. The combat system showcases new systems and it’s very dynamic. Assassin's Creed Shadows on the Nintendo Switch 2 is a technical marvel that showcases the potential of the new hardware. While visual trade-offs are evident – such as the removal of Ray Tracing and lower foliage density – the use of DLSS and VRR ensures a solid and engaging handheld experience. Here is another indie that relies on the Overcooked formula, but does not seem to understand what made the saga so successful.

Spy Drops is a charming stealth espionage game with a nostalgic feel and concise gameplay. However, the lack of polish, poor AI behavior, and randomly generated stages that always feel the same make the game boring very quickly. It has good ideas but is poorly executed.

Let’s not sugarcoat it: Dead by Daylight: The Walking Dead is the worst chapter BHVR has released in a while. Not because of the characters - they’re well-made, with original voices and cool interactions, plus at least two genuinely useful Perks - but because of everything around the release. The update is a mess: packed with bugs, riddled with stability issues, and with all the communication issues, it gets even worse. BHVR dropped the ball hard this time. Here’s hoping they can rebound sooner rather than later, because right now, playing DBD is a sad balance between fun and frustration.

Karma City Police is a very interesting and creative narrative adventure in many ways, but its gameplay lacks polish. It succeeds in conveying its story, but it loses immersion because of it.

Even though it may not be as polished as Monster Hunter, Wild Hearts S is an amazing game that tests the true potential of the Nintendo Switch 2. With beautiful, realistic graphics and a more action-oriented approach than Capcom’s counterpart, it offers technical combat, addictive gameplay, and rewarding exploration and progression. Not to mention the incredible online multiplayer mode: easy to jump into and packed with opportunities for fun. Wild Hearts S is a must-have for any Nintendo Switch 2 owner.

The Wandering Village is a breath of fresh air in the city-builder genre. Juggling a thriving settlement atop the back of a massive, living creature that you have to take care of offers a delightfully unique twist — and while the story isn't the deepest, the sheer variety of gameplay modes ensures hundreds of hours of engaging playtime — an absolute gem.

Beat 'Em Up Collection (QUByte Classics) is far from having titles that could be considered classics like Final Fight or Streets of Rage, but brings solid titles (and a few pretty bad ones too) to the mix. It’s fun for those who enjoy classic Beat ‘em ups or to play with friends.

System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster brought QoL improvements that make the game a lot better, but even so, it doesn’t cover all the flaws the classic had due to its variety of menus to support all the complex game mechanics. But it’s undeniable that, after going through the hardship of the start of the game, what awaits the player is a fun, challenging, incredibly addictive first-person survival horror in all aspects, from the history and atmosphere to its action, providing many hours of fun.

Dead by Daylight: Five Nights at Freddy’s wasn’t just the most anticipated chapter in DBD’s history—it delivered. A landmark moment for horror gaming and a stellar kickoff to DBD Year 9, this chapter gives us the Animatronic Springtrap (a nightmare perfected for DBD’s roster), a meticulously crafted map, and quality-of-life updates that feel long overdue. A love letter to FNAF fans, merged perfectly with DBD.

Locomoto promises to be a relaxing train game, and maybe it is for some, but it lacks immersion. It lacks polish in many aspects, such as graphics, interactions and quality of life. It would be much more interesting if its decoration and crafting system were more optimized.
