There are 19 levels, scattered with some fairly well structured puzzles, and it seems this will be the first of an intended episodic structure for future Blade Kitten games. Alas, poor Kitty, isn't quite cool enough to be cult, and the game can't quite pull itself up by its bootstraps playability-wise either.

Overall, Halo: Reach is an amazing title.

In the end though, when I was done playing, I was satisfied overall with the experience.

This game could have been a lot more fun if a couple of tweaks were made in certain key areas.

Overall, this new Lara Croft game is a great accomplishment for the developers. I have really enjoyed all of the Tomb Raider games this generation, however, with that said, this breathes in some fresh air to a franchise some feel has gone stale.

If the development team had tightened up the controls and the gunplay this could have been a really fun title.

Overall, Madden NFL 11 is a really fun title. As I outlined above it does have its share of issues, however, when you look at the experience as a whole you should have a lot of fun here.

The Signal downloadable content is essentially a brand new episode for you to go through and enjoy. The great work that Remedy did with the original game was definitely brought over to The Signal.

Proving once and for all that two staples of videogaming – 2D and Platforming – are definitely not dead, and even proving that you don't need a garish palette of colours to convey a massive breadth of emotions, Limbo is technically polished, extremely playable and more than a little bit sick in the head in places, but as a 360 owner you owe it to yourself to get hold of this game.

The world is still waiting for a title that can successfully merge history with the art of taking your opponent to pieces bit by bit. Deadliest Warrior just isn't it and when you consider that you could probably pick up a genuinely good scrapper in the bargain bins for the same price, it really isn't worth you blowing your dough on this.

Overall, NCAA Football 11 is a fantastic title. A lot of improvements have been made for this year's version and it shows.

It is definitely showing its age in some respects as the developers didn't do a whole lot of improvements when they were porting it to the Xbox360. With that said though there aren't a whole lot of games like this on the Xbox360.

I thought the game's pacing was good and I never got bored going through the campaign. I think the weapon variety helped with that as well as the fact that half way through the campaign I was still learning new ways to take out my opponent.

What is most disappointing about Naughty Bear is that it had a good premise. This game could have been really awesome. Unfortunately this game was rushed out the door in an unfinished state.

Overall, Transformers: War For Cybertron is a fun title. I was a little nervous when I heard about yet another Transformers title but High Moon Studios has done a tremendous job here.

Overall, Space Ark is an enjoyable title and a great addition to Xbox Live Arcade. It’s a new take on an old formula and the developer has succeeded in creating a enjoyable title.

There are some really good things about this game. Unfortunately they are marred by other aspects of the game which are a technical mess.

Where Blur scores highly is in the variety of races and the challenges you'll find at each tier of the game's career mode.

UFC Undisputed 2010 has enough content for the hardcore MMA fan while at the same time it doing an excellent job of introducing newcomers to the sport.

Alan Wake is an absolutely fantastic title and it was definitely worth the long wait.

Thoroughly enjoyable, superbly atmospheric and deliciously detailed, it performs the enviable task of giving Rockstar yet another solid IP to produce a series of games from.

If you are a fan of arcade racers then make sure you don't miss out on this title. If you aren't a fan of that type of racer be sure to try out this title anyways as this might be the one that turns you into that fan.

Thoroughly recommended for plank stompers everywhere.

Overall if you are a fan of the Dead to Rights series be sure to check this game out. If you are brand new to the series you should definitely give this title a shot to see if you like it, however, rent before you buy.

Nice as it is to see old Atari VCS titles revived and preserved, give me a stonking slice of beat ‘em up action like Final Fight every time.

This is a game that everyone really must play and, hopefully, other developers will pick up on some of the ideas in this title, mainly the excellent cover system. Be sure not to miss out on Splinter Cell Conviction.

To summarize, the first batch of downloadable content for Mass Effect 2 is a little on the light side, and though the Kasumi mission is relatively cheap, it’s over so quickly that you’d better hope you don’t sneeze while playing it as you’ll miss the lot.

If you are a big Prison Break fan and you still want to experience this title for yourself then do yourself a favor and rent it before you buy it so you know what you are getting into. Everyone else should just go watch the show via Netflix instant streaming.

The few bugs and annoyances you’ll encounter are vastly outweighed by the amount of fun you can have with this, so strap on your grapple arm and get busy!

Needless to say, if you’ve still got a lot of fond memories of the original Perfect Dark and your clunky old N64, try the demo at least – you might still love it despite its rather old-fashioned look and feel.

Metro 2033 is a title that fans of the genre should definitely give a try. It does have some issues but I enjoyed my experience overall.

So far the Xbox Live Arcade has treated us to some stunning games this year, and Scrap Metal is no exception. Tons of fun in single and multiplayer, and beautifully put together (there’s even a 3D Anaglyph mode if you’re the sort of person who can stand to play 3D games without developing a blinding headache).

Overall, Final Fantasy XIII is an exceptional title. I really don’t have any big complaints about it and thoroughly enjoyed my time going through the world of Cocoon.

The world may still be waiting for the perfect gritty World War 1 game, but Toy Soldiers is a rollickingly entertaining game, superbly produced and definitely one of the high points of the XBLA releases seen so far this year.

Overall Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a fantastic title. It does have its share of bugs and glitches, however, the package as a whole is fantastic.

Overall, Lazy Raiders is definitely a fun title.

Innovative, extremely slick and thoroughly enjoyable. If you fancy something that feels like a gamer’s game, and are tired of disappointingly shallow XBLA releases, then Darwinia + should be on the top of your purchase list.

The star of the game though is undoubtedly the setting, and though I’ve enjoyed Bioshock 2 a lot less than the first game I am pretty sure that if 2K have got a third game in mind, I’ll be unable to resist the temptation to go back to Rapture once more.

Overall Dante’s Inferno is a pretty fun game. There is nothing really great about it, however, I enjoyed my time with the title.

When you’re in those tween-game moments where you need an ocean of calm, and you can’t afford your own personal masseuse or steam bath, Chime is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern gaming.

Overall, Mass Effect 2 is a title that everyone has to experience. As fun as the first title was it did have its own share of issues. It’s refreshing to see a development team take in all of the criticism from their previous title and use it to improve upon their concept for the sequel.

Overall, Army of Two The 40th Day is a much more polished experience than the first game and greater care was exercised in trying to address the concerns everyone had from the original title.

Overall Matt Hazard Blood Bath and Beyond is a pretty fun title. Whether you like this game or not will depend on whether you enjoyed similar titles like this back in the day.

Overall Darksiders is an amazing game. They did borrow the best things from some of the most popular titles out there, however, they did a great job combining that with their own ideas.

Overall Alien Breed Evolution is a pretty good title on XBLA, however, it isn’t great. Your experience with this title is going to depend on how you feel about these types of games.

Overall, Rogue Warrior is a fairly mediocre shooter.

Overall, this is a fantastic off road racing title.

Diner Dash is a classic title and a great addition to XBox Live Arcade.

You can tell that Ubisoft put an incredible amount of work into this title and the development team should be proud of what they accomplished.

The idea for Tony Hawk RIDE has merit, it just wasn’t executed very well in this instance.

Overall this is another incredibly polished game by Valve. I know there were a lot of people worried because of how quickly this sequel came out, however, Valve seems to have hit a home run with this one.

The campaign, while short, is epic and a lot more intense then the original Modern Warfare. The enemy A.I. is a lot smarter and will make you rethink your tactics from time to time.

Overall, I had a lot of fun with Lego Rock Band. Although there should be more music and modes on the disc, the ones that are on there are fantastic.

In the end, Band Hero is a lot of fun. Your enjoyment of this title will depend on the track list.

Fun in spades, slightly easier and quicker to complete than previous episodes but with plenty of new stuff to bring a new sheen to those grubby city streets, The Ballad of Gay Tony is worth the 1600 points it’ll cost you, and if you’ve previously ignored the preceding tale from Liberty City, The Lost and Damned, you can buy both as a handy boxed catch-up package (probably a wise move if your broadband connection is as crappy as mine).

DJ Hero is an exciting new addition to the scene and one you won’t want to miss out on.

With the numerous customizable options allowing both casual and hardcore players to enjoy this title you won’t be disappointed.

Overall CSI Deadly Intent doesn’t do anything groundbreaking, however, it is a fun title.

Overall Fairytale Fights has a unique premise and quite a bit of potential. Unfortunately lackluster execution on a couple of key features detracts from the experience.

There is so much to do in Smackdown vs Raw 2010 that you will be kept busy for a very long time and it is well worth the price of admission.

Overall existing Bakugan fans should have fun with this title. If you aren’t a Bakugan fan or card games aren’t your thing then this title probably won’t change your mind.

Overall, If you are over seven years old you really don’t need to play this game unless you want to get a quick 1,000 points added to your gamerscore.

Overall, if you like point and click adventure games, then I definitely reccommend giving this one a try.

When most companies try to mix a bunch of different genres into one title it usually results in a complete mess. Double Fine did a fantastic job of balancing it here though and everyone should find something to like in this title, regardless of their favorite genre.

Overall, Cars Race O Rama is simply another licensed game. There isn’t anything that will keep a hardcore gamer interested, however, the younger audience will probably love this title, especially if they are a fan of the movie.

Overall, Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising is a competent title, however, it fails to reach the great potential that it had.

Overall, taking into account the general atmosphere the game builds for you, the graphics and the excellent soundtrack, as well as looking at level layout, storyline etc. I’d personally (and I’m laying my life on the line here a little) have to say this is the best Halo game yet. Even if it is a bit short.

Wet is definitely a competent shooter and hopefully it does well enough where Artificial Mind and Movement will get a chance at another title.

Overall the Beatles Rockband is a fantastic title if you are a Beatles fan or even have a passing interest.

Even if you are someone who tends to like their racers more “arcade-y” you owe it to yourself to give this title a chance. You might be surprised by how much you like it.

Overall, Section 8 is a competent shooter but there really isn’t anything amazing to speak of. If you are one of those people who are all about the multiplayer be sure to give this game a try.

Overall, Guitar Hero 5 is an absolutely fantastic title and is the best Guitar Hero game in quite some time.

Shadow Complex takes a classic formula and brings it in to the high definition era giving us a beautiful experience, in more ways than one. It is well worth the asking price and a title that everyone needs to try out. Be sure not to miss out.

Overall, Wolfenstein is a competent shooter. It doesn’t really do anything to break the mold, however, there are definitely some fun moments and you should enjoy going through the campaign.

Overall Madden NFL 10 is a fantastic title. It is one of the best Madden titles released in quite a long time.

Simply put, Trials HD is one of the best Xbox Live Arcade titles ever, and a seriously nice showcase for the machine too.

Overall Turtles in Time can be a pretty fun title, however, it is incredibly short.

Overall Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is still a fantastic fighter.

Die-hard fighting game fans only need apply.

Overall, Splosion Man is a really fun title and a great start to the “Summer of Arcade”. It is a unique take on the side scrolling genre and definitely something everyone should experience.

It’s certainly not perfect, but the impressive visuals, straightforward yet complex gameplay and range of different game types ensure there’s something for everyone to get their teeth into.

Battlefield 1943 should be on everyone’s list once the server issues are sorted out, and the game’s back end infrastructure expands enough to incorporate more players.

Though I slightly miss the facility to generate random landscape types, this is a tiny insignificant niggle. Worms 2: Armageddon is sublime and should definitely be high on your XBLA shopping list.

A really fun title. I enjoyed the western setting as well as a couple of the twists that were in the story. In addition the fact that I can go through the campaign a second time and get a slightly different view of events is a great idea.

While the gameplay does tend to get a bit repetitive at the end kids should have fun controlling their favorite characters throughout the whole adventure.

Overall, Infernal: Hell’s Vengeance had a lot of potential that it just didn’t reach. If Playlogic had devoted the same energy on designing the game’s heart as it did creating its skin, they could very well have had a surprise, off-season hit. Instead, the game is best taken in short play sessions with countless pause-save breaks for sanity’s sake.

It’s a deep multi-layered game that boxing fans absolutely should not miss out on, and even if you find boxing a little distasteful, you can’t deny that it’s one heck of a game.

Additionally I could also see really big Transformers fans getting a kick out of playing this title. Just be sure to rent this title before you buy it so you know what you are getting in to. As for everyone else just spend this time catching up on some of your older games before we have more games than we know what to do with this fall.

It can be a little rough around the edges (some of the voice-over work stutters and cuts during scenes, and the framerate is atrocious at times, resembling a minimum-spec PC being forced to run a high-spec game on full detail settings) and it can be more embarrassing than funny at others, but there’s more than enough here for those hankering after a new point-and-click adventure game.

Despite some of the flaws the game has I had a really great time going through it.

There really isn’t a whole lot to say about this game. It is a cash grab by Activision to see how much money they can still get out of the franchise.

It can become horribly repetitive as you progress through the game. As cool as that idea is they didn’t bother to take the concept any further leaving you doing the same thing over and over again.

If you’re a hardcore golf gamer then it is worth going out and picking up the game, the same applies for if you’re a US Open and USGA Championship nut who welcomes the inclusion of the prestigious tournaments in the game. Otherwise, rent the game and then see what you think.

Overall, Damnation is a complete mess. With the amount of quality titles that have been released so far this year it would be time well spent if you spent it elsewhere.

Overall UFC 2009 Undisputed is a fantastic title. If you are a UFC fan you owe it to yourself to at least try this game out.

RPG games in the past had never been my bag, but lately I have enjoyed playing a steady stream of them and going back to how I opened this review and while I did state Sacred 2 is not perfect… in my view is certainly a game to consider and one you can have a lot of fun playing.
