In an era where everyone wants a new Silent Hill, The Medium is launched. This game by Bloober Team goes out of its comfort zone and shows us on a silver platter what the storage speed of the Xbox Series X | S can offer. Sure, it's not a perfect game, even the number of puzzles is questionable, however, the narrative is fresh, the use of split screen as a mechanic is something technologically remarkable, and the overall experience delivers when it comes to scaring and entertaining the audience.

Lies of P is a title that perfectly replicates the soulslike formula while giving it its personal touch with Pinocchio's arms and weapon making. Aside from technical problems, it is a highly recommended title for fans of this type of game and those who want to get started since it is challenging but not frustrating.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door on Nintendo Switch fully achieves the goal of bringing back the best game in the Paper Mario series. Graphically, it looks refreshed, as if the years hadn't passed. Its localization for Latin America is also perfectly executed. Several quality-of-life adjustments make it a must-play experience for series fans. It's funny and still retains those key elements to be considered a timeless RPG.

Now that Fantasian Neo Dimension has escaped the grasp of Apple Arcade, more people will be able to experience another delightful adventure from Hironobu Sakaguchi's studio, which continues to prove that what made JRPGs famous in the '90s still works. Not only does it deliver an efficient gameplay experience for the player, but it also presents a story with which one can empathize, keeping you engaged until the very end to achieve the satisfaction of finishing a game that is quite challenging.

Dragon's Dogma II takes everything from its predecessor and enhances it to give us one of the most entertaining RPGs of today. Its flashy combat, satisfying exploration, lively and uncertain open world, and complex pawn system make getting lost in its fantasy world a delight, although it has some technical issues.

Forza Horizon 5 improves over its predecessor in almost every way, except that some of its main events aren't as entertaining or spectacular. This is not only a love letter to its Mexican fans, but also a great contender to Game of the Year, because anyone, no matter where they are from, will be able to enjoy this great driving experience.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 on Switch 2 delivers a complete, portable, and surprisingly fluid experience. With extremely fast load times, all content included, and one of the series' strongest narratives, this port enables full enjoyment of the Dragon Engine outside of a home console environment. Despite occasional performance dips, it remains a highly recommended version for both newcomers and returning players seeking to revisit one of the franchise's finest entries.

Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon will amaze you from start to finish. Its combat system is challenging and requires learning to handle an Armored Core far from a perfect machine. The dramatic narrative goes hand in hand with the game's missions. Visually, it could be better. However, it must be a solid title that mecha fans should play.

Assassin's Creed Shadows overcomes its controversies to deliver the feudal Japan journey that fans of the series had been eagerly awaiting. This is all thanks to a great combination of the saga's past and present, which provides a lot of variety. It's a portrait of the country of the Rising Sun that will make you explore every single level inch by inch.

Forza Horizon is visually a masterpiece. Its audio is excellent. The production used all its resources to demonstrate all its graphic potential. The point is that as a simulation game, it is terrific but could be more excellent and as accurate as its direct competition. We do not mean that Forza Horizon stops being an enjoyable and entertaining experience. We have one of the most attractive titles that can be played on an Xbox Series X or S, which is the most important thing.

Jusant is a game that promotes a message full of emotion, trying to show it interestingly through a visual and sound environment full of clarity and detail. Jusant generates a melancholic experience but is also brilliant. Despite the stellar and dynamic narrative around which the videogame revolves, the mechanics propose a delightful experience at all levels since they are simple and clean. Playing this title is like watching an autumn sunset, with a compact misty but burning melancholy.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus refreshes the Pokemon formula, it's completely different setting and original quests hook you from the beginning. Nevertheless, it also shares the franchise's best and worst attributes. Yes, it isn't a perfect game, but it aspires to offer something more for the Pokemon fans out there.

Pokémon Pokopia is a wholesome management, building, and cooperative experience that blends ideas from Animal Crossing, Minecraft, and Dragon Quest Builders, yet maintains a distinct identity of its own. Although it can feel somewhat overwhelming at times, the gameplay remains highly engaging and ultimately delivers a message of hope: even in a desolate and harsh setting, dedication and collective support can rebuild anything.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an excellent Metroidvania. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is a fun game, very well-planned, with great narrative and strong ambitions to entertain the player. Star-Lord's interaction with the Milano crew and the rest of the characters is magical. Combat and physics can be problematic, but the errors don't overshadow the positives. Even the Latin American dubbing is a delight that you are sure to enjoy.

Black Myth: Wukong is not just a game, it is a unique adventure that you won't soon forget. The strength of this game lies in its genuinely outstanding boss battles, each one a unique and challenging experience. While the journey to those moments might not be the smoothest, the experience is well worth it. This is a game that promises to be an unforgettable adventure in 2024 and beyond.

Scorn is a beautiful game with a sophisticated setting. On the other hand, the narrative feels slow but intuitive in terms of history and exploration. Although the game's performance is not that stable, the gaming experience is solid and shows that the Nintendo Switch console still has a lot to offer.

The reality is that FIFA 23 presents enough changes at the game mechanics level to make the experience feel fresh and entertaining. The game modes didn't receive noticeable improvements or adjustments, but that doesn't make the game terrible or unplayable. This installment of FIFA changes the gameplay experience, which is the most important thing because it does not happen every four years. If you are a fan of the series, this is the installment you were waiting for to feel that real change.

Super Mario Party Jamboree takes the simpler route by delivering straightforward and fun minigames. The user doesn't need anything more. Those who play the familiar experience will find that losing friendships remains a factor generated by this video game. Those who opt for the competitive side will also encounter a system around meritocracy. The online mode is suitable but not enough to be considered extraordinary.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is ambitious and packed with content, though not flawless. Its campaign shines through emotional moments and brilliant psychological sequences, even if the villain and ending fall short. The multiplayer remains solid despite balance issues, while Zombies makes a strong return without major innovation. Treyarch delivers a lot in a short timeframe, but the inconsistent polish exposes the rush of the annual release cycle.
