No More Heroes 3 brings together the best elements of the franchise to give us one of its greatest experiences, although it also maintains some of the flaws of its predecessors.

Thanks to the Mr. X Nightmare DLC, Streets of Rage 4 feels fresher, more challenging and with more options to enjoy a game that already felt complete. The new animations in the added movements and the Survival Mode are such great additions and make this a more robust experience.

The story of Martha is Dead reflects upon the horrors of war. It's a magnificent psychological thriller, that makes historical events evident. It also attempts to voice the quiet terror that women experience in fascist countries.

Valkyrie Profile Lenneth is a true classic from the PlayStation era. However, the PSP version was the brightest, especially with all the improvements it received. Thanks to PS5 and PS4 emulation support, it can be played one more time by a whole new generation, with strengths and weaknesses, hits and misses. Its price could be more friendly. However, its quality and replayability make it an option that any Japanese RPG fan should experience.

Return to Monkey Island is an energetic installment not to be missed. Not only does it keep you engaged with a hilarious narrative that maintains the franchise's essence from beginning to end, but its graphic design is lovely, its soundtrack does an incredible job of immersion, and the mechanics are clever enough.

Although Super Robot Wars Y does not reinvent the tactical RPG formula, it refines it with mastery. Its combination of robust strategy, updated visual presentations, and iconic roster provides sufficient strength to rank among the best recent entries. Even players unfamiliar with all represented franchises will find value in the progression curve, level design, and attention to detail. For veterans, every cameo, animation, and narrative crossover functions as a tribute to the mecha genre.

Pentiment is a grand narrative and illustrated success. The story is true to its historical context, and the manuscripts are beautiful. The sound section is welcoming, and the presentations of the characters are humorous and transparent. This game shows you a little piece of history and human relations in context. It will teach you curious historical facts you may not know while you solve a medieval mystery: through the gossip of years and years.

It seems that it was a simple task to bring Monster Hunter Rise to PC because the result was pretty okay, especially when it comes to performance. The only bad thing is that its graphics don't look better, even if the resolution is 4K. Nevertheless, it's worth your time, you're going to have fun from first to the last hunt.

Suppose you were very patient and hoped that Monster Hunter Rise would come out on PS5. Guess what, congratulations. In that case, you will have a very worthy version of an entertaining video game that, until now, could only be enjoyed on two different power platforms. The battles against the enormous monsters, the duels to defend your village, and even the music make the gaming experience worthwhile.

Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven is a remake of the classic Super Nintendo game, now adapted for current consoles. Its gameplay mechanics continue to position it as one of the most original franchises in a market saturated with this type of adventure, offering a unique experience at a great price. However, its artistic presentation may spark debate due to its world's simplicity and its music's repetitiveness.

Emio - The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club is not a revolution in visual novels. However, its intricate narrative and dark plot show that Nintendo caters to all kinds of audiences beyond its most popular franchises. It has good technical aspects and a Spanish translation, and it is recommended for fans of the genre, those seeking a dark story, or anime enthusiasts.

Little Goody Two Shoes is the correct execution of several styles: dating sim, graphic adventure, role-playing game, and much more. Best of all, it is a manageable experience. It has challenges, narrative, and much replayability. It is a clear example that an unrealistic investment is unnecessary for a video game to be outstanding. Its impeccable visual presentation and character design will have you stepping into Elise's shoes to discover what kind of endings are in store for her.

The true value of Monster Hunter Rise lies in three key areas. The first is adding game mechanics that strengthen the exploration of hunting scenarios, the second is the attractive design of the monsters you face, and finally, playing with others is easy. With that in mind, you have one of the most robust multiplayer games in Nintendo Switch.

Subnautica: Below Zero takes up the basic elements of its predecessor to give us a fun experience with a more narrative approach. The environmental and sound design stand out, but the experience falls short compared to the first game. Despite this, Below Zero is a good survival game.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is a solid remake, but with design choices that will divide opinions. On one hand, it retains the magical gameplay of the series, with precise controls, infinite combos, beautifully redesigned levels, and an excellent soundtrack. On the other hand, changes to the levels from THPS4, the loss of iconic missions, and the progression structure likely leave fans less happy with the final product.

Raidou Remastered is a satisfying remake that makes a genuine effort to breathe new life into a title that saw its best years nearly 20 years ago on the classic PS2. Its revamped combat system, quality of life improvements, and aesthetic fidelity position it as a worthy remaster, crafted by Atlus.

We're not wrong when we say that Live A Live is the whole package. Its gameplay mechanics are unique and entertaining, the characters are memorable, and the presentation is incredible. Sure, it also has all the elements from 30 years ago that make the gaming experience slow or tedious, but at the same time makes the experience adorable and enjoyable.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is a great deal for those who didn't own the original Wii U game, but what about those who did? The game has discrete adjustments to both its mechanics and graphics and it doesn't feel like a common port. On the other hand, the Bowser's Fury experience is short and good, but also a forced addition to justify the relaunch of Super Mario 3D World on Nintendo Switch.

EA Sports FC 24 continues EA Tiburon's hard work that has evolved, especially in recent years. The experience is more fun than before and the learning curve feels shorter than before. Sure, many vices cause many errors in the game, but that does not make the video game inoperative. Electronic Arts soccer game is going in the right direction and is worth enjoying for what it is.

WWE 2K22 is a great wrestling game. Its grappling and strike mechanics are entertaining. The attack physics and animations work in perfect harmony. Doing a 619 on your opponent will be fun again. The development team delivered on their promise, and once again, you will be entertained jumping off the top rope over your opponent as Rey Mysterio does.

EA delivered a solid soccer game that you should enjoy beyond a simple online match. Both Pro Clubs and Volta received solid upgrades and the created players have an interesting development thanks to the improvements that you can implement in them. Overall, the game mechanics have been polished enough to feel that this year FIFA 22 is very different from other previous deliveries.

There is no doubt that Marvel's Avengers did improve a lot in its new presentation for next-gen consoles. Crystal Dynamics had a long time to develop a more solid version when it comes to technical aspects such as graphics and performance, however, the game remains the same: entertaining, but repetitive, with a so-so multiplayer and an enjoyable story.

One Piece Odyssey is a passion-filled installment of the story of Monkey D. Luffy. Even though these games are usually a recap or summary of events, this one goes beyond. It rescues the original tale but adapts it to a new video game, taking advantage of more recent platforms. Odyssey is entertaining, fresh, and charismatic.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare II opted for a new graphics engine, and the result was outstanding. Visually it looks impressive, especially in the water effects. The combat mechanics are great, and the multiplayer is also entertaining. Despite being short, the campaign is enjoyable and worth finishing, not only to unlock extras but also to appreciate all the technical advances this title has to offer. Its price is high, and it makes perfect sense to buy it if you are a fan of the series. We also recommend being patient and finding the best offer first.

Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master doesn't show anything different (and it doesn't need to), it is an excellent option for those who have an Xbox and want to try this traditional drumming experience. The musical selection is quite decent and the unlockables will give you dozens of hours of play. You're not going to become a taiko pro, but you're going to have fun trying.
