Greak: Memories of Azur is an interesting metroidvania. It achieves unique gameplay by allowing you to control multiple characters simultaneously to solve puzzles or fight enemies. In addition, graphics and audio stand out among other indie titles.

Crisol: Theater of Idols delivers a survival experience that feels unique while still borrowing from other titles in the genre. However, thanks to its distinctive mechanics and a truly well crafted art direction, it stands out as a very entertaining odyssey with a distinctly Spanish flair.

Strikers is far from being only a Dynasty Warriors game with a Persona skin. Besides being a pleasant surprise that will exceed its followers expectations, we could be facing the game that will lay the foundations for the next battle system, in order for Persona 6 to steal our hearts again.

Square Enix brings us back the acclaimed game that, two decades ago, surprised the video game industry by defying all the canons of its genre, and that comes to do it again. Now for the enjoyment of users of almost every current platform.

EA made an excellent decision by removing Volta and introducing the Rush mode in EA Sports FC 25. This mode offers a more dynamic and solid experience that everyone will enjoy. On the other hand, the reality is that while the other improvements are promising, more is needed to claim that this is the definitive installment. This franchise urgently needs real competition to motivate further enhancements.

SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium on Nintendo Switch is an option that feeds the nostalgia of many gamers, especially since it does not have noticeable adjustments nor changes and the experience remains intact. Now, the price is quite reasonable and if you like this series of crossovers, it is a must-have.

High on Life offers an irreverent, messy story with lots of dialogue and profanity everywhere. It is a tribute to games like Halo or Doom, but without being pretentious. It's what you expect from a title involving Justin Roiland. Beyond that, we have a simple shooter with solid game mechanics worth praisable. It is what Xbox needed a long time ago.

Endless Ocean Luminous takes you deep into the sea to encounter various species and make you feel like a qualified researcher. Learning basic and valuable facts about different species and leveling up is fantastic, but the gameplay experience can be repetitive. Endless Ocean Luminous isn't a title for every user. You have to enjoy science and the sea in general.

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a great addition to the Tango Gameworks catalog. Its handling of Japanese mythology, main characters and side quests make exploring this haunted city something special to experience. However, the game had some monotonous combat and character movement that felt heavy and odd at the same time.

Evil Dead: The Game is a magnificent addition to the film that Sam Raimi made. It lives up to the gore and satirical glory that earned decades of reputation for Raimi, and this title combines them in a survival game where you must be creative and smart to know how to finish each level.

Pokemon Scarlet is that product that many fans requested, with a vast open world to explore, an adventure without ties, and an exploration full of surprises. The game achieves everything I just mentioned, and there is no doubt about that. The main issue is that the game makes a lot of technical sacrifices to achieve everything the fans asked for. The result is a title that performs poorly at times that may not matter but happens many times. The gameplay is entertaining, solid, and deep, but it's all wrapped up in a broken package.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles 2 does not aim to revolutionize its formula, but it compensates with technical enhancements, an expanded story mode, and an outstanding audiovisual presentation. The game targets fans and delivers performance that exceeds expectations.

Monster Hunter Stories is an RPG that harkens back to the classic era of the genre but distinguishes itself with a unique combat system and many side activities. Being a port of a 3DS game, the passage of years is noticeable in the graphics and some gameplay decisions, but it remains a light and delightful adventure that will surely entertain you if you give it a chance.

Yooka Replaylee provides the definitive way to experience this spiritual successor, thanks to highly welcomed changes in gameplay and a graphical presentation that further enhances its colorful levels. However, it still retains certain issues from the original, such as a camera that occasionally hinders play, a limited number of levels, and a sense of prolongation due to its extensive array of collectibles.

The main problem with Luigi's Mansion 2 HD is that beyond solving puzzles or catching ghosts, the way we control Luigi and his vacuum cleaner feels stuck in a handheld console rather than taking advantage of the benefits of the Nintendo Switch, which has more buttons. This isn't the game that forever changed the franchise, but at least it served to keep it alive in the minds of players for longer.

King of Meat arrives almost by surprise, delivering a highly entertaining title with a ridiculously fun premise and gameplay that appears simple at first glance but quickly reveals deeper complexity. Its variety of dungeons and rewards makes it ideal for repeated playthroughs, while the chaotic and unpredictable nature of its multiplayer renders it highly recommended for enjoyment with friends. Although it has areas for improvement, there is no doubt that it possesses potential that, hopefully, players will know how to leverage.

Madden NFL 26 represents the most ambitious and comprehensive installment of the franchise in years. Improvements in gameplay mechanics, dynamic weather, player locomotion, and the Franchise mode establish a turning point for the series. While certain modes, such as Superstar and Ultimate Team, still require refinement, the foundation built in this release remains solid and signals a promising future for the franchise.

Rise of the Ronin is quite an enjoyable samurai title thanks to the complex combat developed by Team Ninja, which provides ample room for experimentation. Additionally, it features a rather interesting story that keeps you intrigued and eager to reach its conclusion. Although it falls short in its open world, there are many things to appreciate, especially if you're a fan of these sword-wielding warriors.

Although Avowed is a niche experience, it's an RPG that any curious player wanting to discover a fantastic adventure could enjoy. Yes, it's an experience that requires many hours of gameplay. However, every minute spent will be worthwhile because all your decisions and actions will truly be reflected in the outcome, and not every game achieves that.

.hack// G.U. immerses us in what people used to think was an online game in the early 2000s. The game did not age well, but it's still a franchise worth experiencing, especially for isekai fans. Made up of an impeccable artistic and narrative section, the world and the dungeons feel empty.

Road 96 is a must-have game for those who like good and touching stories. The game's characters and the randomness of its narrative invite you to experience it more than once. Although it may not be a game for everyone, especially those who might be looking for something with more action.

Detective Pikachu Returns is not only a game that has much charm thanks to the world where it takes place or because its protagonist has all the personality in the world. The exercise of research seems very simple, even essential. However, it is still challenging. Each of the mysteries to be solved becomes more complex, and the challenge is always there.

Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny is a remaster that breathes new life into this PS2 era Capcom title in a remarkably faithful manner while also introducing several changes to cater to today's players' preferences. It works both as an excellent way to relive Jubei's journey and as an entry point for anyone interested, showing the reasons behind the love this saga received at the time.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok is satisfying as an expansion, keeping the game mechanics and narrative in line with the base game, but it doesn't offer enough to consider it an outstanding DLC. Aether and Iron presents a dark-toned experience with metallic resonances, offering a lucid management system embodied by a lively and resolute protagonist. Set in the heart of a decopunk New York, layers of violence unfold, requiring the player to navigate them to complete each mission. Its mechanics, seemingly simple at first glance, flow with an almost contemplative rhythm, yet remain sufficiently immersive to sustain both the narrative dimension and encounters of notable solidity.

Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition is a very special bundle that brings to life one of the most beloved games from the era of the first PlayStation. The problem here is that this is a title, like many others of the 32-bit generation, did not age very well. It has a lot of quality of life improvements, and though the characters look beautiful it feels old. Of course, reviving Radical Dreamers was the best decision Square Enix ever made.
