The Suicide of the Rachel Foster is a masterpiece in atmospheric storytelling. The slow-paced unveiling of the truth is crafted meticulously, and whilst the ultimate ending is a little disappointing, that doesn’t make the journey any less thrilling. The game knows exactly how to manipulate emotions and does so throughout. Equal parts intriguing, frightening, disturbing, and thrilling, The Suicide of Rachel Foster sets a new high-bar for the already strong first person exploration genre.- The Digital Fix

Supercross is by no means a bad game, but I would have a hard time recommending it to someone that isn't already a fan of motocross in general, or the supercross series in particular. If your patient, you'll be rewarded with a solid dirtbike racing sim, but the average racing game fan likely won't have the patience to tolerate the game's shortcomings.- The Digital Fix

Even though its quite simplistic, I really enjoyed Box VR. Its music is great and its design is well thought out. It may feel a bit light on features but the game gets you straight into the action and burning off those calories. What more can you ask for? While I enjoyed my time with The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, I felt it was a bit too simplistic. Especially in comparison to games like Disgaea, which in my opinion is the leading game in this genre. This game is enjoyable, especially later on where more tactical options are unlocked. It is pleasing on the eyes, ears and it does its source material justice. However, I do wish more was done to help new players and players who have not watched the Netflix series. They may feel a bit lost with some of the story details.- The Digital Fix

Might & Magic: Chess Royale is an excellent game for passing small bits of time, though the lack of depth makes it feel stale over time. Nothing revolutionary has been added to either genre here. In all, It Came From Space and Ate Our Brains: Remastered is a perfectly fine shooter that offers plenty of fun. At $15 it's well worth the price considering the good times that the split-screen multiplayer is sure to bring. A few more levels, a slightly better soundtrack, and maybe an extra gun or two would've elevated this game from simply "great" to "fantastic."- The Digital Fix

For an Indie title, this game has been one of my favourites. It is definitely something to get stuck into and perfect to kill a bit of free time. I feel it fits the needs of so many gamers at the moment, a nice break from all the overly saturated game genres we currently play. It is beautiful, both visually and audibly. Nothing seemed broken or negatively affected gameplay in any way. I couldn't really give a suggestion on how to make this game any better. It is just right, which to me gives this game a well deserved perfect ten. What a great little title.- The Digital Fix

Jump back in time to the 16-bit era with these Disney classic games originally found on the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. Not a collection for everyone, but for those gripped by this pure nostalgia. These titles haven’t necessarily aged well, but there are enough added features to mitigate some unfair difficulty with; save features, a rewind button, extra difficulty settings, and the ability to watch a game playthrough and jump in at any point. Also with a lot of bonus content with multiple versions of each game, interviews with the creators and a plethora of original art that grounds you in the context to help you appreciate the games more.- The Digital Fix

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is more of one of the best games of this console generation, and for many, that’ll be all the recommendation you’ll need. It’s a tough, punishing battle against incredible odds punctuated by elation and carving your vanquished nemesis into a sword with which to hunt its compatriots - and it’s bloody brilliant.- The Digital Fix

Attractive visuals and level variety could not quite make up for the technical difficulties present in Fin and the Ancient Mystery. However, given the approachable price point and mild replayability, this game might be worth a quick playthrough for fans of platforming games, assuming depth is not part of your gaming pursuits.- The Digital Fix

Like Skyrim's VR port, Borderlands 2 VR feels like a curio. It's a fun way to revisit a modern classic, but isn't the best way to actually play the game. As a VR title, it's excellent, but I'd argue if you're looking to get caught up before Borderlands 3, you'll find it more comfortable to do so in the Handsome Collection.- The Digital Fix

I enjoyed Whipseey but I wish it had deeper gameplay mechanics and maybe some sort of progression system. Its bright, clean and not very expensive. Its a good one for trophy hunters, it has a fun trophy list to complete and does not overstay its welcome or become repetitive.- The Digital Fix

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a beautiful, ambitious game of evolution. Unfortunately, the sheer initial difficulty, repetitiveness, and discouragement associated with some of the mechanics and replayability will likely limit this title to only those most dedicated to seeing the game through to the end. For a lack of better words, it feels as if this game needs to go through a bit of evolution itself in order to smooth the roughness and make players want to journey through this odyssey.- The Digital Fix

Train Sim World’s 2020 upgrade certainly adds some much needed polish, but doesn’t fix the base game’s poor visuals or technical gremlins.- The Digital Fix

Sadly, you can’t help but compare it to Until Dawn which quite frankly did everything better. Man of Medan is over far too quickly and doesn’t have the same impact of Supermassive’s previous entry. It is, however, a short but sweet enjoyable romp which is way better when played with friends.- The Digital Fix

Hotline Miami and its sequel stand the test of time as two titles built around an excellent combat loop while offering so much more as well. The visuals, soundtrack, and kinetic combat combine to form one of the greatest indie titles in history - and one still worth playing in 2019.- The Digital Fix

While not a bad game by any means, Damsel seems to lack polish and direction. With a mediocre story and overly cluttered environments, it struggles to find its footing as either a story-rich game or speedrunning twitch fest. If one direction was chosen, the potential seen here could certainly be reached.- The Digital Fix

Snooker 19 is a great snooker simulation that runs very well. It gets slightly let down by repetitive commentary and be prepared to be bombarded if you do not have a Nintendo Online subscription. Apart from that its a lot of fun and every snooker fan should give it a go.- The Digital Fix
