Continuing down the path carved by Yakuza 3 Remastered, this fourth installment in the Yakuza franchise doesn't reinvent the wheel, but offers 25 plus hours of fun for all the fans of the series, even if with a barebone remaster.

Rigs manages to deliver fun and thrilling online matches. While some may experience motion-sickness due to the fast-paced gameplay, Guerrilla has done everything to contain the problem. What holds Rigs from achieving greater scores is the small number of game modes, which could make the game boring after a short period of time.

Resident Evil: Revelations is not one of the best games in the series, but had the advantage of coming out between two of the worst chapters. This Switch version is well done and adds motion controls and a minigame.

With its hybrid gameplay Wings of Prey manages to bring this particular genre to a larger audience. You also find good graphics and an engine capable of running even on dated machines. A game suggested to all simulation lovers but also to gamers who want to approach this genre for the first time.

A weird experiment in RPGing, filled with irony and non conventional characters. There's a little too much grinding and some old school mechanics, yet it's still satisfying as a whole gaming experience. The budget price is great if you're looking for something different.

Gunbrella is a captivating mix between action, platform and noir storytelling. The game is enjoyable and well crafted, but its level design and the platform phases could have shine way more.

Sonic Colours is a worthy successor of the saga we have learned to love in the 90's. Quick and easy to master, the game brings a lot of fun and it's really enjoyable by all kind of players.

Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st] proposes a solid and not prohibitive combat system. Thanks to the matchmaking, and stability problems that we found during online matches and also to the not so high quality of all the game modes, we can say that Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st] is a step below the other Arc System works’ productions.

Skylanders Trap Team is the natural evolution of the brand. This fourth installment arrives on our consoles with new enemies, new mechanics and new Skylanders to collect, without however going to touch a tried and tested formula that already works just fine.

GRID Autosport performs well, but it never excels. The Codemasters logo is unmistakably synonymous with quality, and in this way we find all the good features of the British developer in this game. The contents are so many, and the hours of gameplay are sufficient to justify a purchase.

Tormented Souls 2 faithfully follows the path laid out by its predecessor, continuing to pay tribute to old-school survival horror without ever succumbing to modern action influences. This second installment is made for true fans of the classics — for those who long to relive that nerve-wracking feeling of moving cautiously through the dark, counting every bullet, studying every map, and listening to every creak. As an authentic experience for the nostalgic, Tormented Souls 2 doesn’t aim to revolutionize the genre — nor does it pretend to. What makes it stand out is the confidence with which it embraces its own identity: a heartfelt homage to the masters of the past, crafted with skill and passion. Still, some of the first game’s issues (though somewhat improved) remain, along with a few of the genre’s age-old flaws.

Generally speaking, UFC 5 shows various improvements both in terms of graphics and gameplay. Technically speaking the game is excellent, with an incredible level of attention to detail that makes the title truly pleasant to look at. The blood, the sweat, the blow effects and the animations are truly impactful. The gameplay is smooth and the combat system quite solid, albeit with its difficulties. We also appreciated the tons of contents, the new online career and the more classic one, which, however, is a bit monotonous in the long run. In short, a title that is very funny to play, very impressive graphically and very complex in the combat system.

We enjoyed Trails of Cold Steel II as much as the first chapter, and that's a great compliment, as we're talking about two of the best JRPGs available at the moment for PS4. Just be sure to play Trails of Cold Steel first.

Hitman: Blood Money Reprisal still stands as an excellent chapter in Agent 47's saga, taking us back to the heart of the '00s with more compact levels, though not entirely sacrificing the freedom offered to the player. The game has aged better than we might have expected, at least in terms of gameplay, and the mobile conversion work has proven to be quite good overall. Nevertheless, we hesitate to call this version the best way to do justice to the game, as it still remains more enjoyable in its console releases, of course.

Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is much better than its predecessor in all areas. The gameplay is well balanced, the duality of the gameplay works well and can give you reasons to play the game at least twice. The action is more intense, the scenery changes very frequently, and some sequences differ significantly from competition. Some players will find some choices limiting, such as the inability to use at will the cooperative actions, but we can assure you that the level of quality of the design and pressing action, tend to make you forget the substantial linearity.

Like many jack-of-all-trades games on the market, Rune Factory 4 ends up being master-of-nothing. Still, the sheer quantity of things to do, the freedom given to the player and the quirkiness of some of his characters may be enough to give it a try.
