We really hope that Konami will treat the upcoming Castlevania and Contra collections with much more love and attention to detail because this first outing in the retrogaming market is far from remarkable.

A Mortal Kombat with great customization possibilities and lot of single player content, even sometimes grinding could be avoided. We loved the more tactical gameplay that leaves to the player much more control over the simple combo connection.

We. The Revolution throws the player into the febbrile days of the French Revolution, judge and main actor of a stabbing drama that it doesn't have all the pieces in the correct place.

Rediscovering Assassin’s Creed III on this remastered version is a bit weird. The game still retains a great vision on representing the American Revolution, but it’s also clear that their ambitions for Connor’s adventure were too grand. Despite its renovated graphics the game still suffers technical issues both old and new. Only the inclusion of the Assassin’s Creed Liberation chapter could still make this game worth a try.

The first Darksiders still remains a game developed with competence and most of all concrete passion for gaming; its limits are consequences of both hurry and inexperience. All its flaws were reasonable on old-gen, but the flowing of years has grown them bigger, and this is a thing we cannot neglect by reviewing it today. But we must also honestly say that a very little effort is enough to overcome all these flaws and live War’s quest with the intensity it deserves.

Tropico 6 is the natural evolution for the series, but not a revolution.

RemiLore is not a bad game, it's more of a missed opportunity, because the gameplay loop feels familiar and funny just in small doses and there's a complete lack of innovations, enemy variety and customization.

Left Alive fails to deliver a modern stealth experience. A good story can't save this total mess of a game which sports too many flaws and too many frustrating moments.

We would have expected something more from this porting, unfortunately Modern Combat 5 still looks like a mobile game and it does not do justice to Nintendo Switch's hardware.

Devil May Cry 5 is one of the best entry in the series and fully represents Capcom renaissance. Three characters with three different combat systems are enough to satisfy every fan of stylish action.

Death End re;Quest is Idea Factory's and Compile Heart's best work to date, with believable characters, a fresh combat system and an interesting twist con virtual reality-themed topics.

It would have delivered a far more solid experience, but the same old gameplay and bugs didn't make it get to the point.

Degrees of Separation is difficult to judge. It features a traditional side-scrolling progression with hand-drawn graphic, but it’s somehow limited by its own design. And are these features that save it from the abyss. But only from it.

However, this Switch edition is basically the same that was published on PS4 and PC on last two years, so if you already own it on one of these two platforms, there is no real need to buy it again.
