Even though it took a year longer for Rock Band to reach Europe, this music game manages to make up for lost time in only a few minutes. With its hefty instruments and a strong setting, this game really manages to capture the rock image setting. There are a few nagging problems, such as having to unlock all songs manually and locking the roles for the band members, together with the fact that the sequel is just around the corner, but as a whole, Rock Band is one of the most impressive experiences around.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 will only entertain players that love Marvel's super heroes and the Civil War storyline. If you don't you'd do better to play a game with better controls and more challenging difficulty.

Rolling and tumbling through the sky in a supersonic aircraft is converted into pure awesomeness in H.A.W.X. Its fast-paced arcade gameplay and stunning graphics offer lots of joy for all kinds of players, but the thin online content and lack of a cooperative mode is a huge disappointment.

It's impossible not to love Katamari completely, despite the fact that the concept, camera and controls hardly have evolved at all.

Singstar Queen is all a combined Queen and Singstar fan could hope for. Some vital songs are missing, but for the most part they are all there. If you hate Queen, don’t bother, but if you would love to pick up where Freddie left off then this if for you.

Army of Two:The 40th day is one of the best co-op games on the market, thanks to the great controls, the smart AI and the rare gem that is vertical split screen. There's no excuse not to pick up a controller and start mowing down enemies - just do it!

Mini Ninjas offers a colorful and fun glimpse into the culture of ninjas. The game itself is a little bit short but it makes up for it by adding a wonderful mix of charming characters and moments that are suitable for all ages. Simply put, this is a must have if you love ninjas and Japanese culture in any way.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine lets us walk in Logan's shoes for a few days. And we like it. Although the game doesn't offer anything new to the genre, it is still worth playing. It has a few welcome gimmicks, like the feral sense and the ability to deal with enemies in many various ways, but the dull boss fights and occasional bugs lower the total score.

Seeing as neither Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero 2 or Guitar Hero: Rocks the '80s were released on the PlayStation 3 this compilation isn't too shoddy, especially since all the songs now work with the new peripherals. There are loads of classics to rock out to, but there is no excuse whatsoever why the game won't work with downloadable content from the store.

Gravity Crash is a modern clone of a couple of old retro games, such as Thrust from 1986. Clone-wise, it is flawless and great looking. When compared to modern games it lacks certain aspects that games today need. On top of it all, the multiplayer is not that good.

Trash Panic looks fun at first glance, but is mostly repetitive and annoyingly hard. The environmental angle is appreciated, but cannot alone save the game. There are several brain challenges and other games in the PlayStation Store that give you more game for the buck than Trash Panic.

Taking inspiration from games such as Grand Theft Auto IV and Assassin's Creed, The Saboteur lacks the polish of either of those titles. However, the end result is greater than the sum of its parts, and Pandemic Studios last game is a charming and entertaining sandbox-title, with a nice graphical touch.
