We aren't spoilt with a multitude of western games, which is why Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood poses such a fresh gust of air. Graphically this game is excellent, and if you play on the hardest level you'll encounter resistance enough to make it a challenging experience. Online mode is not as fun as it could be, though.

This game offers such an immense variety of levels and fun gameplay that you cannot simply ignore it, even as an adult. Kids will absolutely go bananas over the fun characters, the colorful environments and the fun storyline. The only let down is a touch of the soggy control syndrome, but hey - chances are you won't care if you're a 10 year old kid.

Ghostbusters: The Videogame feels just like a new chapter in the saga with its well-penned script and excellent voice acting, but apart from the ghost wrangling the gameplay itself never manages to reach any greater heights. The graphics are average at best, and the repetitive 8 hour story isn't that exciting. However, the oodles of charm that the game exudes more than makes up for this. A must for Ghostbusters fans, but only mildly interesting for newcomers to the series.

Seeing as neither Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero 2 or Guitar Hero: Rocks the '80s were released on the PlayStation 3 this compilation isn't too shoddy, especially since all the songs now work with the new peripherals. Bomberman Ultra is exactly what we want from the Bomberman concept. Easy, highly detailed game configuration and loads of fun and yelling out of frustration, delight or simple anger. Many Bomberman games in the last decade have been disappointments. This one isn't one at all. It's excellent.

This is a perfect time killing game. It is simple and relatively minimalistic, yet strangely entertaining if you overlook its core gameplay. Heavy Weapon was originally designed for the web, and it shows as it utilizes very little of the power the PS3 has to offer. Sadly, the web is really where this game belongs, not on a cutting edge gaming machine. Save your money, pal.

It's difficult not to like inFamous. The open air feel more than makes up for the uninspired story, with repetitive quests and average boss battles, and the uneven quality of the graphics. However, the karma system is flawed and Empire City is hardly bustling with life, but at least the game is fun while it lasts. Puzzle Quest: Galactrix is a vastly inferior sequel to the amazing Challenge of the Warlords, and manages to alter several feature for the worse.
