Swamps of Corsus is a good DLC for the price. The random nature of the base game means you might struggle to see all the content it offers but the Survival mode is an excellent addition.- PlayStation Country

Yuppie Psycho : Executive Edition is a fun take on the survival horror genre that succeeds for the most part, though the less said about the save system the better. It can feel a little bit constrictive, but then again isn't going to work? It works for the most part, but get used to replaying sections over and again.- PlayStation Country

The Final Station mixes exploration with some run and gun gameplay. It doesn’t do either thing extremely well but when you have to clear out a room full of zombies with a pocketful of shells and not much else, the game delivers a good mental challenge and a dollop of tension. As the story, and challenge, develops the game hits its stride. Confident and artsy, maybe it has tricked us into thinking it’s good. Or maybe it just is. You might want to wait for the inevitable PSN sale with this one.- PlayStation Country

Middle-earth: Shadow of War still has a great mechanic in the Nemesis System but struggles to find the perfect game to fit around it. The missions are straightforward and repetitive and the fortress attacking and defending is stretched to breaking point. It just about manages to keep you entertained, but if every element was up to the quality of the Nemesis System then it would be amazing. Instead it's just good.- PlayStation Country

I find Spongebob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake to be an enjoyable, comfortable romp through a colourful world. There's plenty of the show's personality translated into a smartly paced adventure and I do think that will appease plenty of fans. Some of the technical hitches may have been resolved by the day one patch but I didn't encounter anything fatal. It's not going to provide a challenge for most players but the writing maintains a quirky charm that fits hand in glove with the cartoon.- PlayStation Country

Grow Up shares the same relaxing pace and exploration as its predecessor, Grow Home. With its satisfying upgrade system, enjoyable puzzles and pleasant game world, Grow Up is a nice way to spend a few hours and will no doubt appeal to fans of Grow Home even if this time you have to pay for it.- PlayStation Country

Seasons after Fall has definite artistic merit even if this comes at the expense of gameplay. The animation and graphics are truly wonderful to look at, and the voice work and music tie everything together but, the repetition in the puzzles and copious amounts of backtracking means, it is not as fun to play as it is to look at.- PlayStation Country

We weren't fully sold on Flightpath after we finished the story but the Endless Mode hints at the game it probably should have been all along. Either way, this is a competent and enjoyable shoot 'em up but maybe not the most exciting or polished.- PlayStation Country

If you liked Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift but thought it had 16 million too many colours then this slick, arcadey drift ’em up is for you. While it has style for days and is easy to get into, the game’s mayfly-like lifespan is a real shame. If you like shaving lap times, and games that look like technical drawings, then Absolute Drift: Zen Edition is one to check out.- PlayStation Country

Into a Dream is a thoughtful and well-observed effort that manages to get the broad strokes right. I was compelled by John and Luke's relationship although the cast don't seem to hold much in reserve. The voice acting and writing does suffer a touch from some stilted delivery but it largely manages to hold together. The gameplay offers to move things along with some simple puzzles and, despite some technical hitches, it's a recommendable effort.- PlayStation Country

Lethal League’s certainly a game that’s seen plenty of consideration and refinement through its lengthy development. The finished product is a deceptively deep effort that can sometimes become a victim of its own velocity. For the budget price tag you can’t really complain for a compact, likeable scrap. Just beware that the fun of competition might wane sooner than you’d like.- PlayStation Country

Legend Bowl is well meaning enough with a fair stab at the Madden games of yore. Just don’t mention the kicking mechanics. They’re awfully implemented and will lead to you being on the back foot in matches rather more often than you’d like. The extensive franchise mode and pixelised gridiron are fun enough, but our frustration at the kicking meant we found Legend Bowl whiffed wide right rather than being on target.- PlayStation Country

Bloober Team have made some important strides with Layers of Fear 2. Visually, there is a sharper, clearer look on display. Pacing is improved with scares not being laid on so thick and heavy. It does seem to lack some atmospheric qualities but the chase sequences do offer the player something to beware. Failure can hamper the flow and the storytelling is a little heavy-handed. For the most part, Layers of Fear 2 is a good effort.- PlayStation Country

Starship Disco is a no-thrills rhythm action shooter that benefits from PSVR and the use of a Move controller. While it is short lived and lacks variation, the game offers some immersive, toe-tapping action at a budget price. We like it a lot and will be crossing our fingers hoping for a more fleshed out sequel one day.- PlayStation Country

In a competitive genre, Biomorph manages to stand apart with a clever approach to ability acquisition. The varied creatures you can inhabit lead to options in traversal and the map is full of secrets. It makes for a game that is fun to discover, even if the narrative doesn't quite grab me. The presentation doesn't do anything special, although the cartoon aesthetic does have a couple of surprising moments.- PlayStation Country

Death end re;Quest is half JRPG and half visual novel. The serious tone combined with the usual Compile Heart characters don't gel perfectly but the story is worth seeing through after a slow start and the combat has plenty of interesting ideas.- PlayStation Country

Remnant II is great and so this DLC catches some of that greatness by playing things pretty safe and just giving you more of the same. But we were a little disappointed with how familiar it all felt and looked. But, it's more Remnant II so just play it.- PlayStation Country

Rally Arcade Classics presents a solid handling model coupled with some bite-sized action that can feel rewarding. The chase to complete the tour mode can devolve into a grind and it's a pity there aren't more rally locations. It definitely has issues that hamper the flow, for example the not-so-quick restarts. Despite this, it's compelling enough to bring me back. The vehicles offer a decent selection whilst trying their best to stay within the arcade confines. It mostly succeeds but the star-based structure can lead to some repetition.- PlayStation Country

As striking as RUINER is with its bold visuals and violent gameplay, the effect initially wears off pretty quickly thanks to some very repetitive level design. Stick with it though and the game's varied arsenal and multitude of upgrading options give it some depth and make the core shooting action stand out from the crowd.- PlayStation Country

In My Shadow does succeed on most fronts. As mopey as the narrative can be, the puzzles are thoughtful but not too tricky. There's a good momentum to the game's handful of rooms and the controls behave fairly consistently. Being largely unpunished for skipping levels is a welcome bonus but a full run shouldn't hold players up too much. It's inventive, enjoyable and not too taxing.- PlayStation Country

Settris is a slight package but fun enough with it. Some puzzles are a shade too easy and the platinum unlock after only sixty percent of the levels, while typical, feels like you’re barely scratching the surface. Play beyond that at the very least.- PlayStation Country

Battle Brothers is a dense tactical RPG that would really benefit from a more explicit tutorial. It's a hard game to get into but I found my time with it to be tense and rewarding. Preparation before each battle feels crucial and most of the decisions I took felt weighty. Combat is ultimately where most of your money is made and, whilst your brothers are expendable, escaping with a clean bill of health can be satisfying. Presentation is hardly spectacular and it can be clumsy at expressing a ton of information, but there's a compelling game here.- PlayStation Country

Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut offers a wealth of content for those who like puzzles. The '80s horror film aesthetic adds a lot of character to the huge amount of cleverly built levels but some may find it a little too repetitive before they reach the end.- PlayStation Country

DOOM VFR makes its way to PSVR but doesn't do so without compromise. The graphics are great and it certainly feels like DOOM but every controller option has a downside and it feels like it's been dumbed-down to compensate.- PlayStation Country
