Dec 13, 2017I had a blast playing through Slayaway Camp. A simple puzzle game that lets me play through some of my favorite horror movies and franchises. The blocky graphics have a great charm to them even though it sometimes gets in the way of the kill animations.

Dec 11, 2017Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut is as good as you heard it was. Thanks to a great wealth of content, not all of which is as exciting as others, it would be easy to get lost in the seemingly endless list of new levels and character unlocks, without feeling overwhelmed. Really, the game's biggest strength is how smart the puzzles are and how it balances a lot of content without feeling like there's too much. Unfortunately, some of that content feels underwhelming, almost like the game is ripping itself off.

Oct 31, 2017If you're looking for a simple and addictive puzzler that features plenty of insane cartoon violence and horror references then Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut is a must-buy game. However, if you enjoy it too much then please do society a favour and see a psychiatrist.

Dec 3, 2017Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut offers a wealth of content for those who like puzzles. The '80s horror film aesthetic adds a lot of character to the huge amount of cleverly built levels but some may find it a little too repetitive before they reach the end.

Nov 5, 2017Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut is an enjoyably addictive sliding puzzle game that although it can get repetitive has enough variety within its puzzles to keep you returning for more. Its cartoony visuals help to make for some humorous, murder cut-scenes that will either make you chuckle or grimace. If you're a huge Hallowe'en hooligan or a profoundly psychotic puzzler, Slayaway Camp is well worth checking out.

Nov 15, 2017There's a lot to do in Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut and most of it is actually a lot of fun. Quite surprising for a mobile game, ported to PS4. Shame the price tag is a little high.
