The Top Spin franchise is back and what the game does well is presenting you nice tennis gameplay. Indeed, you play a delightful game of tennis in this game, which you learn through excellent tutorials. The career mode is also a pleasure to play through, but so much for the good news. Less good news is that visually it looks questionable, especially the tennis players and outside of career mode the game is not that engaging. Online you can also get started, of course, but there, as always with 2K Sports games, you have the VC ruining the fun.

Sker Ritual copies the Zombies concept of Call of Duty and throws its own sauce over it. This results in a pretty fun title that excels mainly in its level design and gameplay with friends. Still, it has a lot of shortcomings. For example, the story is nothing, at times it is unfair and technically rough. Also, the game is rather ugly, which is a shame. Not a must have, but if you're in for a Zombie-esque adventure, you'll be fine here.

Strategy as a genre isn't that well represented on the console. With this in mind, History Channel: Legends of War is a fun attempt to change that. If not for the annoying response and the mediocre graphics, it might even have succeeded.

Chromagun VR is an integral VR port of the original game which came out a few years ago. Clearly a take on the Valve's successful Portal series, Chromagun manages to fully stand on its own two legs. Blending colors to solve puzzles is fun even though difficulty isn't balanced out very well as you progress. Although this certainly isn't a system seller, it's a decent game overall. It is merely ok, nothing more and nothing less.

A fun collection of mini-games, though some are significantly better than others.

Epic Mickey 2's concept is simply brilliant, throwing together a fun Disney-themed universe, fitting music and very enjoyable gameplay elements. It's a shame that the brilliance doesn't amount to AI, clear mission objectives and general sloppiness. The game should be praised for its fantastic PlayStation Move implementation and playing the title with a friend cuts down on the frustration. In the end, though, we cannot recommend this mousy adventure.

VEV's low price tag is a plus, as is the unique concept behind the game. You should keep in mind though that VEV also offers extremely repetitive gameplay and controls that don't always work the way they should.

Racing Monster Trucks is a lot of fun, as long as you don't mind the fact that every truck feels exactly the same way. That's not the worst thing in the world, though - especially if you consider the meaty career mode and enjoyable online modes the game has on offer.

A mysterious and varied world, as well as inventive puzzles, make Soul Axiom definitely worth checking out, even if long loading times, annoying bugs and clumsy controls don't exactly turn it into a must-have.

A fitting tribute to classic dungeon crawlers, though low difficulty, a lack of a level editor and a boring esthetic keep it from becoming a classic in and of itself.

A great story with interesting characters is done wrong by a lot of backtracking and muddled puzzle design. This could've turned out much better.

As a cycling game, Le Tour de France 2014 isn't all that bad. There are however far more interesting sports to turn into a videogame and this title suffers from that fact. Even at its best, a virtual tour remains a rather dull experience.

The spiritual successor to Mega Man lacks context and piles on the technical mistakes. There's something to build upon here, but as of now, it's not exactly what we (or anyone) would call great.

It's an enjoyable and accessible shooter, though the lackluster AI, shortage of innovation, uninspired level design and over-used killcam keep it from rising above mediocrity.

Dynasty Warriors 8 sticks to its guns. That means repetitive, but deep hack & slash gameplay. Fans will enjoy it, newcomers won't be that impressed.

Drowning tells a deeply personal story about depression. There are multiple endings for you to unlock and there are plenty of beautiful environments to admire accompanied by fantastic music. The major drawback is that Drowning -like many games in the walking simulator genre- is completely devoid of any other interaction with the world around you besides walking.

Well, Army of TWO: The Devil's Cartel is a little bit of a letdown. Long loading times, invisible walls, dumb AI and a lot of graphical glitches takes away from the experience. Thus, it's not as good as the previous games in the series, which doesn't mean it isn't a fun shooter. Especially when playing with a friend - and let's face it, that is the way you should play Army of TWO - the game might just be worth your while.

It's a bit weird how the fifth episode of the series sets up an entirely new story, leaving players hanging when they were probably looking for some closure. The episode itself is fine, though input registration remains flawed and the puzzles once more lack challenge. Telltale has made better series in the past than this one and it's without a doubt making better ones as we speak.

As far as audio, graphics and physics go, The Girl and the Robot is basically archaic. Add the severely limited combat to the mix and you'll understand that The Girl and the Robot really isn't worth your money. Shame, because there's some fun to be had with the game's story and puzzles.

There's a lot of potential here, thanks to the game's interesting characters and intriguing storyline. The controls are a bit clumsy though and the puzzles often more confusing than enjoyable. In other words: there's definitely room for major improvement in the following episodes.

You win some, you lose some... that's the case with anthologies, isn't it? Unfortunately, with PlayStation VR Worlds, you lose more than you win.

Overpass, unfortunately, deserves to be passed on. The game offers an interesting concept, but fails in its execution. Framerate problems and a frustrating difficulty curve, as well as unnatural physics, are the main detractors.

Storywise, this could've been an animated feature film. Maybe it even should have been, since the game's severe lack of interaction is its biggest flaw, offering - when push comes to shove - a rather boring experience.

The unique artistic vision behind the game deserves a tip of the hat. However, the same cannot be said for the unimaginative characters, deserted multiplayer modes and technical shortcomings.

Balan Wonderworld offers a great story, accompanied by an absolutely wonderful soundtrack. That's about all it offers, though. In the end, mediocre graphics and rough gameplay make for a rather disappointing package.

The interesting game world is worth exploring, thanks in part to the many fun easter eggs and missions you get to choose from. The fact is that it is technically rather messy. For example, the game has quite a bit of screen tearing, frame drops and more. Also, the battles are stiff, making it all feel a bit shaky. If you know how to get past this, then the game is quite nice to play.

Don't be deceived by first impressions , The Long Reach is a very mature and impressive adventure thanks to some powerful storytelling and some great story twists. The atmosphere makes this game a real joy to play. Even though some of the puzzles are a little bit far-fetched, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Absolutely worth it.

WRC 5 could have been fine, with its decent controls and beautiful environments. The good, however, far from outweighs the bad, which is why we can only recommend this to die hard rally fans and people who like an adversary that lets them win every single time. Shame.
