The PlayStation Vita version is faithfully ported to the PlayStation 3 and, as it turns out, does not make as much of an impression on the big screen. Ubisoft tweaked the free-running and combat aspects of the game, though didn't bother fixing bugs and other shortcomings. Graphically, it's a totally expected letdown.

Interactive movies are tricky to pull off and Late Shift isn't exactly the second coming of Christ as far as the genre is concerned. Its story is interesting, but unfortunately... so are its many plot holes.

Like all quiz games, this one has an expiration date. It's good fun until the questions start to repeat themselves.

There's a lot of depth to ARK: Survival Evolved, though players will have to dig deep to find it. Technically, the game's also a bit of a mess, leaving ARK firmly lodged in the 'mediocre' section of your gaming library.

An interesting story and neat atmosphere aren't enough to make your game stand-out, especially when the gameplay is as unremarkable as it is here.

As long as you're platforming, you'll have a good time. Start fighting, however, and you'll immediately notice the clumsy combat and weak boss fights. Combine both aspects of the game and the result is a mixed bag.

The intriguing story and captivating atmosphere is The Fall Part 2's saving grace. The awkward controls and far-fetched puzzle design are however far less appealing.

Riverbond is extremely repetitive. This is a shame, because the game's beautiful graphics, enjoyable characters and fun co-op mode (though only locally playable, for some reason) would've been well worth experiencing otherwise.

It is worth it because of the engaging gameplay and the steep challenge provided and because of the ability to play in coop. The level of difficulty will lead to a couple of unfair situations and graphically speaking this is a pretty lazy rehash of an older title. The game is pretty expensive too and load times are surprisingly very long. If you can accept these issues then you'll have a good time with this game regardless. But oh boy, we just can't get used to that name!

A traditional point & click adventure that does little to advance the genre but it does provide you with plenty of entertainment. The graphics are very pretty and the user interface is well thought out. Collectables aren't a chore like in many other games. The price is pretty steep and the humor is a love it or hate it type of deal. A decent game but nothing more.

Playing it safe isn't always the best option. The severe lack of innovation is one of the reasons MXGP 3 doesn't exactly make for a great purchase. Its long loading time and disruptive physics should also be considered before you put your hard-earned money on the table.

We expected a great sequel but unfortunately we walked away somewhat disappointed. The boss fights, the characters and the core gameplay are as solid as you've come to expect from a Lego game but the omnipresent and timeless Lego humor is missing this time around which makes this game lose a large part of its soul. Load times are long and the explorable worlds are bland. A missed opportunity.

A surprisingly deep puzzle game supported by a great storyline... if you can put-up with the lousy control scheme, the graphical let-down, the terrible voice acting and an overall frustratingly slow pace.

This game presents you with an adventure that is quite entertaining, but it lacks a bit of tension and urgency, which is pretty crazy in a murder case. In addition, it is often too unclear what to do, making it trial and error which takes you out of the immersion. This is due to an illogical structure. Nevertheless, the adventure in itself is otherwise fine thanks to the well-developed characters and excellent voice-acting.

A fun shooter, collecting the best moments out of five classic James Bond movies on one disc. Then again, the gameplay has aged, the graphics are terrible and both loading times and enemy AI are major disappointments. There are better alternatives on the shooter market, that's for sure.

The official license keeps the game interesting for a while. Then, you'll start noticing the clumsy controls and the mediocre presentation. It won't be long before you realize that there are better off-road racers out there.

The unique concept should be applauded, but can't keep the game from becoming stale after a while. Unfortunately, flawed input registration drags the experience down even further.

A fine port of the original to a more compact version which works especially wel on mobile devices. The point of re-releasing this game on the PlayStation 4 somewhat eludes us because if you decide to spend just a tad more, you will be playing a far superior version. Not that this game is bad, it just feels like a waste of time because there is a way better option available to you.

Sacred Citadel is the prequel to Sacred 3 and, judging by its parts, should be a great game. However, it doesn't completely succeed. The fighting system is fun, but the amount of combo's is lacking. The game lacks challenge and the story originality. Thus, unfortunately, Sacred Citadel isn't more than the sum of its parts. If you absolutely want to get it, play it in co-op.

Every year the WRC franchise gets better. WRC 4: FIA's licenses are perfectly in order, the career mode is a lot of fun and the tracks are varied. On the other hand, the game lacks challenge, has an overabundance of loading times and disappoints audiovisually.

Call of Duty: Vanguard contains a single-player campaign that is very promising on paper, but lacks the exciting finesse of previous Call of Duty games. On the other side, the multiplayer is fun and has a lot of good designed maps. The Zombies mode misses the mark completely with re-used assets being used from the rest of the game, simple to be filled with zombies, lacking any intriguing parts what makes zombies worthwhile. The whole game is technically a mess, but luckily the online part is fun.

Concrete Genie is worth playing for its neat story and the magical atmosphere of its world. You should know, though, that it lacks the depth to fully sustain its - already brief - runtime.

The PlayStation 3 version of the game was a disappointment and the same verdict applies to the Vita edition. Since this version has its own "improvements", we were expecting more. And granted, there's some neat features involving the touch screen, but otherwise it's the same mediocre game. It's fun for a while, but you have to be able to overlook its shortcomings.

Shooting at everything that remotely resembles the Zed is entertaining enough in VR although repetition rears its head after a short while. The coop action is capable and audio-visually the game is fine although it never really stands out in anything it tries to accomplish. Teleportation as a means to move around is a bit of a bummer and the fact that you automatically drop some guns is something you'll never get used to. The puzzles are far too easy. Killing Floor: Incursion is a okay shooter but it doesn't distinguish itself enough from the crowd.

South of Midnight offers you a modern, fun fairy tale characterized by strong audio and fine combat. In that context, a nice adventure, were it not for the fact that the game falls a bit short in level design and predictable arenas, making it a repetition of moves in the long run. Fortunately, the visual presentation makes up for it, but in the end it is a solid game, with the necessary caveats.

Good 2D platform/puzzle games are scarce nowadays and it almost looked like Double Fine had that part covered. Almost. False advertising made us think that we would be drooling over this game, while now all we do is cry over it. Admitted: the Monkey Island-ish humour is still hilarious and in coop play we had a few laughs over stupid things, but that’s not enough to make up for the high hopes we had, that now lie in ashes.

Tweaking engines is RiMS Racing's strong suit, though the associated quick time events eventually turn its gameplay into a drag. Add to this the game's visual mediocrity and you'll realize that RiMS Racing might not be worthy of your time.
