A great launch game for PS3, but it could have been even better with precise aiming controls and more open battlefields. [Feb 2007]

An interesting and entertaining combination of shoot 'em up gameplay, electro music and technoesque visuals. Very much like Rez, then. [June 2011]

Return of the premier tactical wargame series to World War II is marred a bit by clunky camera and some big UI issues (no grand unit list after ten years, really?). But the game beneath is solid steel, and the additions of new Combat Mission engine good. If only the game would cover more than three months of combat. [June 2011]

Arma II is truly excellent military game operating system, but Bohemia really should outsource development of single player content. [July 2009]

A run-of-the-mill real-time strategy that is saved by its story driven campaign mode. Next time, some actual strategy, too, please. [Sept. 05]

This relic may not have the greatest looks, but the atmosphere is as good as it once was. Retro enthusiasts will get their money's worth and this re-release is something that new generation of gamers should definitely take a look at. The ride gets even better, when you share it with friends. Rock solid multiplayer features ensure, that Joanna Dark's debut is ready for another round. [May 2010]

One of the best games in the Twisted Metal series. Controls are a bit sluggish, but driving and shooting works well in short sessions. Net play is also well implemented. [Jan 2006]

Assuming connection problems are solved, Demigod is really surprisingly fun when played against human opponents. However, new content will be needed on regular basis. [May 2009]

Mists of Pandaria harkens back to the good old days of WoW, sometimes even a bit too much. The leveling up experience is great and Pandaria as an area looks fantastic. New little things like pet battles and handling your own farm are surprisingly good fun. The real problems lie at the end of the game where everybody is forced into grinding daily quests day after day since there are no other ways of getting reputation anymore. The new talent and glyph system is also very bland. Thankfully the new instances are as fun as always, even if they do not help at the reputation grinds anymore. [Sept 2012]

An interesting thinking man’s shoot ’em up. Too bad the enemies blend to backgrounds a little bit too well on some levels. The timelimits are mostly unnecessary. [Sept 2007]

Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam Bros is an action-packed, varied and in places, amusing RPG with familiar Mario-faces. The story is pretty much nonsense, though. [Feb 2016]

The new Driver is something that has been long in the making. The result is quite good, despite the surprisingly tight difficulty level. Soul shifting is a nice innovation and the arcadish feel for cars makes it fun to push through the tight streets of San Francisco. [Sept 2011]

Not all RPG’s should be about dialog and inter-party romances, and Blackguards 2 proves that well. Nice set of varied combat scenarios, with a great battle system, fine by me. [Feb 2015]

From Dust feels like a demo of Populous 4. Tutorial parts (with too much hand helding) ran too long, but couple of levels display the possibilities what From Dust could have been. Still worth the price, though. [Sept 2011]
